I believe most people are good and would help save a life if they could. Prison is filled with inmates who made bad decisions that don't necessarily define their overall character; very few are actually evil.
Yes Rehabilitation does work to ones that want it! More programs for people that want to change there life in society or prison be the example that it can be done Change! Awesome story
