17:00 isn't the threshold for low int responses 3 or less? you have a base of 4 and all the alcohol gives at least -1, probably more due to your high survival stat, so any time you use it you hit the threshold I think

U know with this kind of game where there are many skill that u can upgrade i wonder if u can beat the game if u upgrade each skill balancedly. I.E. 10 skill points on everything, then if u leveled up u upgrade each skill one by one from top to botom. Anyways great video as always!
yes, you can. Especially if you have high intelligence, take the educated + comprehension perks and grab all the skill books, that's easily at least +20 or more skill points per skill, not even including the +5 from skilled, and potential +15 total if you use the glitch associated with it where you take the trait 3 times (at start, after leaving goodsprings, and then in OWB with the autodoc). Things will probably be obnoxious until you can get your skills to the 50s so you can pick open most locks and most relevant computers, as well as some of the better survival cooking recipes, but there are various things that can help stack skills a lot higher than you'd expect, like the follower's lab coat + comprehension boosted magazine can boost science by 30, along with some extra points from mentats or other chems that boost intelligence if you don't have it maxed out, naughty nightwear gives +10 speech which can stack with the magazine for another thing you can give +30 to speech for various speech checks, and various other things where there is armor/clothing that gives skill boosts you can stack with magazines to really amp your skills when you need them for skill checks. I know all this since while I haven't been doing that type of challenge run of having all skill points distributed evenly, I often leave ones lower than you'd think like lockpick and science relatively low while pumping barter to 70 for the pack rat perk (playing on survival) and repair to 90 for jury rigging, which makes a lot of other secondary skills fall behind for a while, but the potential +30 to skills lets me bypass a lot of skill checks that would otherwise be impossible to meet at the time

Just yo give some context of how I would envision that challenge: Corpo (obviously) and than only make choices that immediately benefit you (i.e. sell out Panam to Saul etc.) but at the end still have financial success. I dont know if youve done any borderlands videos, but a fun challenge run could be "Can you beat Borderlands with only common weapons and gear?" You could do any of the games to be honest, just only use white lvl stuff
