Nova Bilgisayar I'm building similar but not with a k CPU but still with a cooler so CPU will last longer from a stock cooler and just having 16gb of ram 2133 and a ga z170x gaming 7 mother board and I think u shouldn't get a 4K monitor yet because there's more to come I think like in 120hz and 144hz because say if u play games like CSGO and over watch and other games overall nice build SUB

you have to realize that there are some high-end settings that are not worth the performance drops.
Stuff like hairworks in The Witcher 3 is, in my opinion, not worth the performance drop, it's just silly.
Same thing in GTA V, even though I don't know which settings for sure, but some are just not worth having on, it's not on absolute max settings, but it's very close.
Are you also aware that 4K is 4x the amount of pixels in 1080p? It's nothing to laugh at, and to be able to run 4k at close to max settings at around 90 fps is pretty damn amazing with today's tech. 4K is still a long ways off from becoming mainstream, so you can't expect stellar performance, even with the best consumer-grade tech available right now.

Thats my dream pc right now, ( almost), if money wasn't an issue. I gotta ask though, why you didnt fork out an extra few bucks and get the high bandwidth sli bridge? If nothing else its super sexy..EDIT: i see you said in another comment that its out of stock.. ok that explains it :P, I aint gonna wait either lol. Also any reason you didnt play witcher 3 at ultra? I would be playing all my games on ultra/uber settings even at 4k. IMo witcher 3 is playable even at 30 fps.

did u not see hime install the Samsung 950 Pro M.2 SSD on the MotherBoard...That thing is top of the line SSD!!! The HDD I'm sure is just for the space for whatever else,but that beast M.2 he installed is whats running things I would imagine
No reason to really. A HDD is fast enough for whatever else but games he wants to run on his computer. Hard Drives are more reliable anyways , so it's good to have atleast one high capacity HDD on your build. If you want to spam it with SSDs after that though , then you can I suppose. After all , it's not like he needs speed; he got himself the 950 pro (though it should be noted that running a 950 pro would be better with a m.2 to PCIe 4X card since the speed gains are doubled).

Thanks for sharing this video. I have some of your parts and I was trying to decide on going to 2 1070's or getting 1 1080. I'd be getting the Gigabyte version as well. Here's my specs:

I'm using a 1080p 144hz monitor and I don't plan on upgrading to 4k for a while. I know this case has been out for over 3 years but I just got it about 4 months ago and I like it. For a split second I was thinking of upgrading to the new 740 but I'm gonna stick with this one since I have done some custom painting on it.
Thanks for sharing. I like seeing people with similar builds to get suggestions. I'm also wondering if my PSU would be ok with 2 1070's vs 1 1080.
How do the graphics cards cool effectively so close together?
they don't.
But probable they didn't have any other choice than placing these cards like that on this specific mainboard in order to get the best SLI performance. This CPU supports 40 PCI lanes, so they need to use both cards in PCIe x16 slots. Just top 2 of them are X16 on this motherboard. If they would've plugged those cards in any other sockets, cards would run at x8 speed instead of x16.
So in this case it would be better to use different motherboard or different graphics cards with different cooling.
@@merihkaner People is so confuse with using x16 pcie lanes, the difference in games between x16 and x8 it's about 0-1% (check gamers nexus channel they did a review on that) so in this case with this board the best option it's put some gap between the GPU and avoid thermal throttle and play x8

They are in stock but you have to make sure you use the 16x 16x ones that your motherboard say are 16x. I made a mistake and thought I could put them anywhere. Had 8x 8x or 16x 8x. Occupying a slot with anything will drop a slot to 8x. I'm on a 5930k.

The only minuses of that rig are: videocards too close to each other and fans on the watercooler of cpu are directed inside the case.

Daha iyi performans sunması için her ikisi de 16X slotuna takıldığından arada boşluk bırakmayı tercih etmedik, biri 16X diğeri 8X bağlıntı yapılarak arada boşluk bırakılsa da monitöre görüntüyü aktaran üstteki kart olduğundan yine de bir sıcaklık farkı olacaktır.
Bir diğer etken de üstteki kartın alttaki kadar hava akışını sağlayamaması.

I would put the second 1080 in the PCIE slot below for better cooling (But check the motherboard manual first because the third slot could have a 4X PCIE interface as opposed to 16X).

Bro, you should separate 2 GPU`s like connecting first and third graphic, theres little space between those 2. That explains temp difference between first and second card. Also u shold activate Open Gl instead of Vulkan cause u are rocking Nvidia graphics. Although gj on pc, all i see is 2much time and effort in this video. Subbed ;)
