Hello Ma’am! Good morning! Im back again! Im filling today and I have a question regarding the online question stating, “What is your basis for eligibility?” One of the choices that applies for me is “I am atleast 18 years of age and have been a lawful permanent resident of the US for at least 5 years” Does this apply to me since im doing 90 days early filling? Or Do i choose the option that says “Others” and then just provide an explanation saying “90 days early filling?” Thank you so much!
yes sis, yan ang eligibility mo even 90 days early ka, to make sure that you can apply now go to the USCIS.gov website and type citizenship calculator then type mo kung anong month ang anniversary mo this year 2022
Thank you! and oh wow, try to contact the USCIS in your state, usually for the process of the N400 is only 6 months or less. but it might depends on your state.
hi did you mean after you send your n400 it gave you a processing times? regarding that most of the time it is not accurate. for the n400 usually only take 6 months or less, that's the whole process. but of course it is still depends where is your service center. I wish you good luck and fast processing for your n400. :)
Please help me. Since im not married to a US citizen, my 5 yr anniversary date is on July 25, 2022. And im planning to file my n400 90 days early too. After i will apply my n400 with 90 days early filling will I still receive the receipts and letters even though its still not July 2022 (my 5yr anniversary)? Or My application wont be processed until my 5yr mark?
@@canoneoellaryn3194 Hi yes I did apply before my 90 days 3 yrs anniversary , if your 5 yrs anniversary will be on July 25 you can send your application this month April 26, don't send it before that date because they might send it back.
