As a home remodeling contractor this video gave me huge amounts of anger frustration and anxiety 🤣🤣😂 Reminds me of when I would let friends or family help me, it never worked out stuff like this would always happen lol
I’ve never built or remodel anything in my 52 years of life but it pissed me off every time he help!!!
Me too!! I have been remodeling now for 7 years and 9h my gosh I can't even have my husband help me.... he gets so upset when I am like this is done like crap!! We have to redo it! He acts like I am being picky!! Um I think I would rather have a square wall than have to fix the tile later jerk! Lol gotta love him!

This guys a douche. I havd been using a 21 yr old f150 with a 6ft bed and leaving the tailgate down to haul plywood, couches, lumber, etc using a ratchet strap properly for decades with incident. This clown uses some foreign truck to look like a douche effectively..and yes i know it is made in merica cash goes to japan.

I mentioned to a very dear friend and my husband 3 tiles in the shower were loose. 3. Three. After 5 trips to Home Depot, 2 contractors, housing inspectors threatening litagation, around 16,500.00 worth of repair..nope. never again. No friends opinions, no husband's saying "We KNOW what we're doing!! Have a little faith, will ya for Pete's sake??".
my wife is lucky she doesn't have to worry i build houses for a living when i tell her i'm going to do something it gets done right
3 tiles loose is a clear sign of a cracked and slipped foundation. 2 tiles is a faulty water heater. And one loose tile is just the kids playing around. You’re lucky it wasn’t just the kids playing around. That shit gets real expensive.
@@giordanobruno1333 amen to that kids could tear a city block down faster than a dozer if you let them, and to be fair your probably right about all of it. a big issue can show itself with seemingly small issues like that. what are you going to do, keep replacing tiles and the small issues while avoiding fixing the actual problem? i have seen houses that being bandaged instead of fixed and eventually the owner gets to either pass is on to some sucker and be a pos, or they take their well deserved loss and learn from their mistakes and not pass it on to a victim. this is why you have to be careful going straight thru an owner unless you get a great inspector, dont risk something as expensive as buying a house on luck.

@@michelew2191 It was staged, we never saw it from the inside, the house was obviously being worked on, and we never actually saw a finished product. Cutting holes, and putting a few screws to hold something in place wouldn't be that hard, and if a larger window, or second window was being installed it would fix the off center problem... and some people really don't care about what others think is the "right way, since it is all subjective.

I’m a carpenter, retired now but I’ve helped with friends and neighbors remodels. Usually the first thing I do is tell them to remove everything they have done so far. Then I ask for the prints, you know the plan. They usually give me a blank stare. Then I give them names of remodel companies I know will do a good job at fair price! Fun

LOL, in Michigan if you bring up a project like that people would say "Yah for sure" then never show up. Invite them over for beers then bust out the nail gun to shoot a few squirrels, ease them into it. Great video.
I'm in michigan..if you bring it up i would say enjoy Your project. I have helped one friend remodel his bathroom..i came in did my part right then left. 6 to 7 months later he almost had the drywall up.

Unless you're hauling a 5th wheel, trucks are useless. I started buying Chevy/GMC extended cargo Vans in the 90's, never looked back. What don't fit in the box, you strap to the ladder racks. You can get them with a hitch option. Box, roof, and trailer, you can haul alot of crap. They make canopies that bolt to the ladder rack, use it for camping. Best part is, nobody wants to borrow it, it's a van.
I agree about the truck bed. Anything less than a 6’ bed (preferably 8’) is pointless and you might as well have a Prius. Lol.
i miss 8 foot beds
The retired Hubs has an 8 footer...he uses it to drive to Walmart and doctor appointments. Why? He sez ya never know...
And it's not too much an inconvenience, either.
