@@chuckh4077 From watching Tow Trucker he only drops for free when the property requests it and they are the customer. Otherwise they pay and in Georgia the rate is set by law. Unless he is not hooked, then there is no fee if the vehicle is drivable and leaves the property.
My Father was a carpet salesman for many years. He sold carpet to a new muslim mosque in Michigan back in the mid 80's that even then came out to just under $15,000 dollars. After he took the time to measure the entire building and calculate how much carpet of each color was needed (2 different colors changed at 3 feet for their prayer rugs). Dad handed them the bill and the first thing they did was say "That price is too high, we will give you $9500." Dad took the quote back, crossed out the $15,000 and wrote in $25,000 and then told them, "I didn't know we were going to play that game, now let's haggle.

Even in Georgia it is minimal $100 and most are $125 and that was over a year, closer to 2 years ago. And everyone should know that in tourist towns everything is a little more expensive. Just can’t see the problem of paying to park.
It’s amazing how many people we would tell they needed a parking permit to park and they’d leave anyway. We’d end up having them towed and they’d complain that they didn’t know.
I hope there were some sort of effective consequences for the young man who literally “ditched” his car and then took off for a game and left it there unattended. Too often we see the only consequence is an upset parent. Being more afraid of the team coach than his parents or law enforcement tells you all you really need to know.
Unless he tore off the license plates and VIN plate, they're going to know who and where he is pretty quick, so unless you're willing to just start a new life and move to Mexico or something, consequences will find you sooner or later, and the later it is, the worse it is because you're on the hook for the impound fees, and they accrue daily, until it reaches the point where they're legally allowed to sell it, plus at any point if you pop up on a police search, this'll come up and they'll be taken in for it... assuming this lugnut doesn't get picked up this day or the next, which is typical with this kind of brainless offense..

11:34 Near my home we have roads exactly like "Buckthorn & Ogle" but, there is posted signage "NO RIGHT TURN" at the sharp turn (Ogle Rd.) to prevent people from: 1) crashing like this car, 2) trying to turn while impeding traffic.

11:34 Near my home we have roads exactly like "Buckthorn & Ogle" but, there is posted signage "NO RIGHT TURN" at the sharp turn (Ogle Rd.) to prevent people from: 1) crashing like this car, 2) trying to turn while impeding traffic.

Hope the kids parents aren’t too harsh on him, we’ve all been there or close to it. We all are in the learning curve at that age, or sometimes the ditch, but you can’t gain experience and skill without mistakes along the way. On the illegal park, yeah, she knew what she was doing.
I know it has been a long time since I was 17 ( I will be 80 3 days after Christmas ), but the drivers book I learned from said "DON'T LEAVE THE SCENE OF AN ACCIDENT .
