Grandpa looks to be at least in his 70s and is using a cane... The parents should be raising this girl, not the grandparents. Go after the girl but cut them some slack.

We raised 4 of our grandchildren and yes it will make or break you. We were lucky and we all made it till they got thru school and praise be all are responsible, happy adults now. Raising their own families and letting us be great grandparents and spoil and enjoy.

(Referring to you driving truck back to customer) Just a heads up for some vehicles no idea what ones besides my truck that do that.
