Thank you, thank you! As a single woman trying to move my little Teardrop trailer was difficult and time consuming since I had to hook up my car then move it where I needed. Your video was captivating and so helpful that I completed the assembly today! I will use it tomorrow and see how much easier its going to be. Your awesome!
I've been searching and watching these trailer dolly videos for a while now and I do believe you have the BEST diy trailer dolly video/build hands down!!! 👏👍👍AWESOME!!! I think I'll use your ingenious plan to build my own. Thanks for sharing.
That's Awesome! 'We just bought to an Aliner. It's a fixer upper. I am wondering how this will hold up to that type of camper. Let me know if it works for you and I will make another one. When I sold my fiberglass camper I gave them the dolly.
@@1funcar It was very lightweight. About 700 pounds. But I think it’s the tongue weight that matters though. I actually gave it to the person who bought my camper . Then I bought a 2000 pound camper and I was going to make another dolly but found one at Harbor Freight that was cheaper than this or about the same price.
This worked for my poontoon boat. But, just not well. I still ended up spending 300.00 on a trailer dolly. But, this on a camper??? You gotta be kidding.
Thank but you are incorrect. These are Galvanized steel pipe coated with black polyethylene (PE). They sell them at Home Depot. Here’s an example of one. Click on product specifications. www.homedepot.com/p/The-Plumber-s-Choice-1-1-2-in-x-72-in-Black-Steel-Pipe-1572PBL/307780439

So, scratch up the dining table for a trailer. Awesome
Lol it’s already a scratch and dent table I bought off clearance at rooms to go. Thanks for your concern though!
very nice
Damn that is very very good
Thanks. It’s still holding up. The camper sits on it full time.
@@connellyoff-roadadventure3265 I wonder if my trailer jack tongue will fold up with this tires
This is dope great jobs guys! How does the stow away work out when you are pulling your camper.
I just put it in the back of the pod. Makes moving the trailer a breeze.
There is definitely it.y a difference between galvanized and steel pipe!!!!!!
How much does the trailer weigh that you’re moving with this dolly?

@@connellyoff-roadadventure3265 do you think your arrangement would work with a ~2,000lb trailer?
@@1funcar I think it's the tongue weight that's important. So not sure in your situation.
Your washers should seat against the bearing races. Not the rim
Thanks for the info. So far it worked out good for me but I will keep it in mind for the next time.
How much did all the parts cost ?
👍
If my trailer jack doesn’t already have a wheel on it what is the middle piece the wheels are assembled to called ?
Found it caster wheel assembly

Yup. My teardrop was a Mypod and it weighed 700 pounds. Worked great for this camper.
Good
how big is your trailer?
Overall Length 11' 6". This is used on a small camper called the "Mypod"
What size tire is this 10in or 13in?
If I remember correctly I think it was 10.
If Anyone is going to the store looking for these materials. It's "black iron or gas pipe" not galvanized. Neet build though
