The bad temper is not about the car, he has something in the car that could get him in deep trouble and he is scared you found it and the police is waiting for him. His attitude is way of beyond his concern about the crappy 4wheeler. You are to damn apologetic and nice about this people that do not show you the respect not to lie to you about knowing or not and being told by third parties not related to you to park where you towed them from. The jocular gentleman that asked about the liquor store cut accused of running a racket and you just laughed. Did you not get the gist of what he was saying to you to your face while standing in your lot. Get your go pro and Mike on and conduct your business with this folks like a cop in front of the hood of your truck and record the whole thing, post everywhere that your interaction is being recorded and will be posted on You Tube. One of this guys may not like it and lawyers are a dime a dozen looking for their business to get paid. Protect yourself at all times. Most people are not as nice as you seem to be. It’s not EA’s fault and they clearly do things by the book. But it does seem like the parking in Gatlinburg sucks. And I could easily see an out of tower getting confused over where to park. Edited to add: I had only watched the first tow when I made this comment. As the video continued I realized you may not have been talking about that couple. Aaaaannnd now that I’m at the end, I realize who you’re talking about. For the record, I now agree with your comment!

I work for a nation wide organization that has a TON of vehicles. I'm the local fleet manager, so it's my responsibility to take care of bills, and such...well, we had one truck get creamed from the back. It was completely totaled! So, the tow truck driver gets there, tows the thing...yada yada yada....a couple of weeks later, I run across the same tow truck driver, (I had no idea until he pointed it out as he was delivering a broke down truck), he says, "Hey, I towed that truck here a couple of weeks ago!".....I grinned, and said, "Yea, there's some damage I wanna talk to you about!"....and started laughing....(I can never keep a straight face)...but he thought for the split second between when I said what I said and started laughing that I was serious!! I could see it in his eyes!! I found it even funnier!! That thing was about 4 feet shorter that it had been originally, so, there was absolutely no way he could have done more damage. Thanks for the great content.

Most of the time together, I did 2 days alone and he did 1 day alone and the amount of times when we were there together and someone came to pick up a battery ‘the other guy’ gave a price on $50 cheaper than we told them was incredible. The other guy huh, what did he look like? You know the other guy, he was here yesterday morning. Oh yeah, that’s us. Years ago I worked in the layaway department at Kmart.
Whenever I started a layaway I had the same exact spiel for everyone. Detailing when payments were due, for how much. The pick up deadline and what would happen if payments weren’t made or the layaway not picked up by a certain date.
Yet I’d have numerous people whose layaway was returned try to claim they were never told that and it isn’t their fault.
With the way the contract is set up I could look and see which employee did the layaway. All the employees were good at out giving all pertinent information, but obviously I can’t guarantee what someone does when I’m not there.
However if I saw my employee number on the contract I would shut down the people’s gripping because I knew damn well how I do layaways and what I said. And all that information is circled or underlined on the contract as I go thru it, as further evidence that I did give them the information. They either didn’t listen or decided not to follow the rules.

And did you notice how she moved in front of Little Man with the Jeep and Jeff and Kristen as if she could shield them? That poor woman has done this many, many times before. Whether it’s been placing herself in front of children, pets, projects, or dinners etc., to get them out of harms way, she’s been “trained.” Then he got in the Jeep while it was still inside the gate and was revving it like an impatient four year-old while the two sisters were having a conversation. How very sad. I pray she’ll see her amazing self-worth and LEAVE HIM. If she doesn’t, she runs the risk of losing her precious children. Not by the state. Not by him. By the children themselves. Having your child tell you that you were worse than the hated step-dad because you didn’t get them out sooner? Well, living with that is nearly impossible.
