      Yoga With Adriene I did it sort of I mean I feel like I did not do the one leg fly pose well enough, my arche was like hurting and side of my feet but I kept trying until I did get other leg off the floor and held it for a few seconds on each side but it was not as perfect but I did was my body could handle and a little extra because I believe, so thank u for another amazing full body experience 💗.

    Adriene, I can't thank you enough. I have practiced with you for 75 consecutive days, starting with Home, then Dedicate, and now True. I hope to work my way through all of your 30 day programs and then try them for a second time to round out a full year of daily at-home-yoga. I realized I'm not coming back each day because I set the goal to practice for one whole year. In fact, that was never my intention. I've realized over the past 75 days that I'm coming back each day because it is a gift that I get to return to myself, my center, my mat - a place that I felt so far from for so long. And because of this gift I am finding a sense of peace, an ease from anxiety, and love in coming back to my true self. Thank you, thank you

    I’m a yogi since over ten years and exercise different cardio classes 5 times a week and an additional five hours is dedicated to ballet and deep stretch. This is not me bragging, just simply explaining that I’m not a rookie.
    I’ve been following you for at least 3-4 years and participated in all of your previous 30 days of yoga’s and loved them all of course. But I have to say that this year… Well, it’s beyond words. Each practice is so complete and meaningful. And apart from the stretching and breathing I have never felt such a difference in my core strength as I already do after 14 days. I literally feel that I can cycle faster, I can stand taller by my desk at work and move more gracefully at ballet class and actually lift my legs a little bit higher - simply giving an extra thought to my core area. So I wanted to thank you for this. THANK YOU for being so amazing and for knowing what we all need and for explaining how to move and to improve our search for finding what feels good and what serves us well. You are a true star, Adriene. 🌟

      I've done all of Adriene's yoga challenges too, and they just keep getting better, and I just keep getting stronger! I'm no novice either, but some of these moves really challenge my body (which is awesome)! And just like you Sara, I feel stronger and more connected to my core, and my pushups are now so perfect and solid I can hardly believe it. We all have our gifts, and it sure looks like one of Adriene's gifts is teaching, not just yoga, but how to be (if that makes any sense LOL).

      I totally agree. I've had so many different yoga teachers and my Russian ballet teacher is SO good but no one can teach the art of moving like Adriene. It's one thing to give an instruction but it's another to teach the meaning of that instruction. This year I'm blown away and I can't wait to see the results after the end of this challenge! Also, a funny thing is - it's like you have a mini Adriene in your head right now, constantly reminding you to be conscious and mindful of your posture. Last year's Yoga Camp challenged my mind a lot more but this one affects me on a different level. Perhaps I'm more at ease with my inner self this year to be able to rest longer in difficult positions.

      I agree, being pretty athletic myself, this challenge, journey is special. I've been doing old 30 day ywa journeys all year and this was the best blind choice thus far.

    This is unbelievable ! Yesterday i wrote in my journal .. what do I need to heal ? I answered "believe " then I slept , wake up now to see that we will practice believing today :) alignment !

    Love that "flying" pose! A little unsteady on the left but pretty strong on the right - It's ALL good. "She believed she could, so she did."

    I slipped on the ice this morning and intuitively activated my core and righted my balance. Then, I come in to this video, all about balance and believing. I believe in this is process! Lets keep going!!

      I recently slipped on the ice as well. I'm no spring chicken so I was surprised when I got up and later that I didn't suffer any injury, not even minimal, from the fall. I attribute my Yoga with Adriene!

    I've been feeling really down with myself lately. I'm falling behind with university and my general self-esteem has plummeted. Yet I've still stuck to this journey (a few days late, but still). When Adriene said 'we all wouldn't be here if we truly didn't believe' , it touched so much. I wouldn't be doing this if I didn't believe in myself and my potential and also if I didn't believe I'm worthy. Thank you, Adriene for bringing such a beautiful creation into the world and improving the lives of many

    I apologize in advance for the long comment but today's practice was... amazing. I have recently left behind my family, friends, and husband to pursue my degree. Something that I have been wanting to do for years but never had the courage. Today a couple things happened during practice. 1. When you said "if your mind starts to tell you you can't, be kind to yourself." In my mind I thought "Holy shit look at me go!" A huge improvement from where I have been in the past. 2) when we went to go "fly" I did it. I FREAKING DID IT! No wobbles, nothing! Once I started to realize it of course I fell over but I started to cry... i believed I could so I did. Moving. Starting over in a new place where I don't know anyone. It's because I believe I can. It's hard and sometimes it's not so fun but believing in myself, not needing someone to tell me I'm doing well, these things come from me... and you. Thank you for sharing your practice and helping me find me :) You're a beautiful soul and the community you've created is beautiful. Thank you. Namaste

    Am I the only one grateful that we have passed the hip dips and now we're flying? Loved this practice. Definitely one I'll return to once this journey completes. Mind you, I'll also do day 13 over and over again so more hip dips in my future. Namaste all.

    I had an exam today and I was going to wait until I got home to enjoy this video, but I was getting so worked up I decided to give it a go and see how things went, and it honestly took all my anxious energy and put it into something incredible !!     I'm discovering center and balance. Not only am I hunching over less off the mat ("raise the heart," "lengthen down") I can actually lean back in myself, supported by my spine. My back's got my back! After less than 2 months on your channel.

    On 11/28/16 I twisted my ankle while stepping off a curb, in 2017 I underwent 3 ankle surgeries and spent over 6 months on crutches. A year ago (or even 3 months ago) I would never have believed I would ever be doing yoga again, let alone "flying." I'm so proud and happy to be able to balance on that foot, and perform some of these moves. I couldn't have done it without Yoga with Adriene. This has been as much of a mental battle as a physical one! I Believe in the power of my mind and body to heal itself. It has been a long painful journey, with an amazing outcome! Thank you.

    I am noticing my posture is improving. I was in a pew and a restaurant booth, and I wasn’t doing the middle age slump. I was sitting with purpose. My granny would have been proud. Thank you for your daily dose of balance, strength, and joy.

    I made it to day 15, wow. This journey has gently demanded a sense of believing in myself, believing I could do it, and releasing fear, judgment, comparison, and expectation. Going into this I had no idea I was going to get SO much out of it. This journey has been a gift, a powerful gift, a life changing gift.     I'm really glad I'm doing this for myself, because it's really making me feel so much calmer. I went to a yoga class a couple years ago and thought it would be my thing, but at that time I didn't feel any difference. Now tho, it feels so good to everyday take a moment, relax and do yoga after stressful days. Thanks Adriene for being such a good yoga teacher!

    A forward fall never felt better than it did today. Absolutely restorative. Autumn is talking daylight away from us, whilst I feel like getting stronger in the inside... I am 24 years old and I have no idea where all this time on the mat (life time) in going to lead me, what I know is that I am enjoying the ride. Feel like getting closer to my meaning.     This whole experience so far has been beautiful, bold, beneficial, and is helping me to remember to believe in myself. When I forget to judge myself and trust in the process, I end up doing things I would normally talk myself out of with self-doubt.     Wow, I activated muscles in my back outer thighs that haven't been touched in awhile (hopefully that was supposed to happen). I'm noticing quite a few changes physically and mentally thus far, can't put a price on that! Cheers to all of us. Namaste 🙏💕

    4 and 1/2 months of yoga 120 days plus 15 makes it 135 days and I have pretty much done it every day. My body and I are one and we are great pals with my head. I feel so good, strong happy and weirdly relaxed about food. thank you Adrienne and her team.

    Day 15! Yay! Also Adriene I wanted to thank you. I've been doing yoga for about 3 years on and off, and none of my instructors have ever told me to claw at the ground to release pressure from my wrists. That little technique has made yoga so much more enjoyable for me. My downward dog and planks have never been better! Lol. Thanks.

    I love this practice because it helps encourage unconditional self love. I have been eating poorly and gained some weight and was so ready to spiral into a place of negative self talk, but this practice inspired me to believe in myself, that my body is strong and capable no matter what, and that I am worthy of love and respect. When I do yoga I feel beautiful, no matter what I weigh. Thank you for this.

    It's not very often that we think about reasons why we love ourselves! We might list our good qualities in an interview, or we might know what our partner/friends/family like about us. But to actually think of a reason why you love yourself is a good exercise and I don't think I had every considered it in this context - pure self-love! Thank you!

    I've just realised that each time Adriene tells us "Notice how you feel", my inner reply is "I feel amazing, Adriene, don't worry". Isn't that absolutely amazing that just 20 min of yoga per day makes you feel like this? People call it YWA, I call it magic =)

    Day 15 woohoo!! We're halfway there and FLYING... amazing. My legs are full of awesome energy 🔥 and my entire self too! Big biiiiiig smile today as I bowed because I'm super happy to be right here, right now.
    I want to say thank you everyone, thank you for sharing your experiences, beliefs, hopes and love! Reading through the comments is my favorite thing to do after the practice. It gives me the extra boost of amazing energy 🙌💕

    woke up at 4:30 because I know I won't have time after school to do this...I never thought I could stick to any workout/yoga challenge for 15 days (as in, I never done it before because when I hit day 8, I usually enter my mental-block). I feel unstoppable! Thanks for this amazing challenge and I cannot wait for Day 16

    Today, when I was flying, my mum turned up the radio downstairs and had a good, passionate sing along to "edge of glory" by lady gaga.:D not that long ago I would've been annoyed by the "distraction". But today I just accepted and actually kinda loved it. And I'm pretty sure I've learned that from you. Just moving along with what is, like the marching Band.:) plus my body feels overall amazing. I'm glad I've been showing up. Absolutely excited for the second half!! Lots of love from my corner of the earth to Texas!!

    today was a bit rough for me! the back of both of my legs are really tight so doing a lot of the positions was tough for me. plus my balance was all over the place! still proud of myself for making it halfway though :)

    Hi Adriene! I've been using your videos for near-daily home practice for a couple of years now, but I really wanted to thank you especially for the True series. The Center practice was really pivotal for me and I've already noticed how I hold myself differently. I'm a fairly fit women in my early twenties so I can power through some harder practices, but some easier things still felt a bit weird. Halfway lift never did anything for me until you prompted us to move from our center. Suddenly it became a move where I could expand and feel confident and now I always smile when I lift up. For stronger poses I would enjoy the wobble and burn but now I feel a new strength and ease when holding high lunges and such, and I can feel new muscles in my legs stretching. It's wonderful! Not mention I hold my shoulders further back and my head higher when off the mat. Thank you so much for your dedication to sharing such beautiful practices. Thank you for helping us all find strength we didn't know we had. Namaste x

    Back to lovely TRUE for our Truesday practice. This one is fun and makes me focus. Second time around I concentrated on my breathing more and enjoyed the flow, as I knew what was coming next. And I couldn’t believe how my balancing has improved ... yey ! Thank you Adriene, see you tomorrow on the mat for that Power Yoga 🧘🏼‍♀️🙏💞
