LOVE this song! About once a year I binge-watch the entire series of Grey’s Anatomy and find myself here after I watch the episode with Izzy’s party in season 1 every time.
As someone who has binge-watched Grey's Anatomy more times than I care to admit, I gotta be honest: I'm not sure re-watching that entire show on an annual basis is a healthy choice for a human being. I truly hope that it's somehow uplifting for you and just a silly tale of how not to have good relationships or handle emotional difficulties! But if it's a sobfest every time, maybe consider something more positive? This probably sounds judgy, but honestly I'm just speaking from my own experience. If yours is different, just ignore me :P

This played around the 19ish minute in Spoiler Alert and I INSTANTLY came back to revisit because my CD era brain told me to ... GORGEOUS even after all these years.... Time flies by. Good music shall forever remain

Beautiful song. One of my favorites from IVY. Sorry to say I just heard about them. Pandora played a song of theirs on my Zero 7 channel. I looked up the group and bought the CD immediately. I can't stop listening to it. Long Distance is a perfect album. Every song is great.

I have hundreds of favorites from before 2000 but I can probably count on two hands how many good artists have come out since then. If you want to hear another great female vocal group from recent years check out Goldfrapp. Their best album is Supernature and a good song to start with is Fly Me Away. The lyrics “sha lah lah” are perfect for these times. At one time I thought the lyrics “sugar love” would be better, but not now. I see the simple beauty of it.

I knew about this band when I was looking some songs from Shallow Hall's soundtrack, Then I tried to buy a CD from then but in Mexico is really hard to find it so i got it by internet, and honestly I like more this version than the Long distance album; great music, great band, great song, great action to post it!!!
Holy goddamn. I've been looking for this song for a decade. Whenever it got stuck in my head I tried googling "shalalalallalaa", "cruise commercial song shalala", "there's a place I've heard about" which turned up nothing. I just whistled the tune into Google and it brought me here instantly. It's so good to hear this again.
