So crazy. The last two days I had randomly off work, so I decided to deep clean my space, donate clothes, and get things done that I’ve been putting off for a loooong time. And I feel sooo much better. And then I found this video today and was like, ‘God she’s right. A mid year reset was so needed.’ And I also think it motivates me a lot more than a beginning of the year clean, because I feel like it keeps me on pace and motivated for the rest of the year. All of this is so true.
The way I didn’t even realize that you have become a part of my Sunday routine! Wake up, church, come home and reset my room while playing Jaz’s new video 😅❤ love you so much and learn so much for you 🤗

Embrace every moment especially when it gets overwhelming ❤ Deep breathing and being grateful for my busy teacher life helped me not to feel so overwelmed. Also take some time for yourself and learn to say no to people 😄

Right on time….funny you mentioned the pie chart…my therapist had me do that and I revisit my pie chart once a month. The pie chart is my likes/and dislikes. If I find that I’m floating into the “dislikes” ie. Being on my phone or not being social…I step it up and do something social and spend time with family.
I’m a student teacher going on break and I’m using this time to give myself a well needed reset . Namely getting back into a consistent routine, getting 10k steps in daily, decreasing my screen time and also just being intentional about planning fun activities ❤.

Creflo Dollar, who is also in Atlanta. He is well versed in the Bible; and takes his time to educate the body of Christ, as opposed to preaching to them.
Jackie Hill Perry- She just really loves Jesus, her heart seems very sincere.
John Elmore- I love his audacity to be human while preaching; and he is very knowledgeable in the Bible.

I see a lot of black girls using all these skincare products that’s breaking out their skin. I have been using Obagi for years and it never disappoints. It’s a bit more expensive but I’ll pay anything for a clean and clear face
