I work for Horizon Air as a FA, I love watching your Alaska videos. It warms my heart to know that our hard work makes a positive impact on people. Come back and see us again soon! Fly Safe!
I’ve flown Alaska Airlines a couple of times from LAX to Manzanillo, Mexico. Always a great smooth flight, the attention the FA give you are always superb. This is def one of my fav Airlines to fly In
While I haven't flown in almost 6yrs,I do have a FC experience with Alaska--I didn't and still don't have the technical know-how to do a vid such as yours--check out my SEA-IAH run in November some years ago on my channel--this was before AS introduced their -900's on this route--wish Alaska had gone with Skyteam rather than oneworld--my understanding is that my AA miles will disappear if not used by a certain time period whereas with DL,my miles stay in my Skymiles account forever, never expire. Your cabin crew excelled at service, offering to take your picture in the aisle! I'm assuming you're over 21,could've chosen one of those 3 beers or the wine since you don't normally touch Coke.Beautiful scenery upon takeoff, living in Texas,I wonder why anybody would want to move away from Seattle--I'd move there in an instant if the cost of living wasn't so stratospheric!
I love Alaska airlines you can probably tell by my logo great trip report you should fly Alaska to Alaska just took a picture of that exact plane yesterday
I've lived off grid in Trapper Creek Alaska for 22 years now and I've flown on nothing but Alaska airlines when I've traveled back to the lower states to visit family and friends!!!💋❤🌻🌻🌻🌻🌻🌻
Thanks for reminding me about Alaska’s upcoming entry into One World! I almost exclusively fly American or Alaska. I just flew American to Cabo and got a small bottle of water along with a bag of pretzels and a wipe. You’re right, Alaska goes all out to please their pax. Can’t wait for them to be One World! Great video Emil, even if the end was cut off❤️😱✈️
I am taking an Alaskan cruise that departs from Seattle. This helps solidify wanting to choose Alaska Airlines as the airline I fly on for my trip. Thank you for sharing!
I've flown Alaska twice. Once roundtrip to Seattle from San Diego and another time roundtrip from San Diego to Newark. Really good airline, reasonable fares, not a whole lot of nickle and diming, good customer service. The planes they aquired from Virgin America are the best and most comfortable. Even though they took the tv screens out of those. All in all, good airline for the price you pay.
Great trip report! Back in 1999, me and my father flew with Alaska Airlines on board one of their old MD 82 aircraft which wasn’t bad because we flew first class. This was a round-trip flight from Los Angeles to Portland Oregon. Flying time was about 2 1/2 hours one-way. I loved it!!
Flying Alaska (skywest) E175 in first class from Fresno to LAX next month. Will be my second time on Alaska and first time in first class. Looking forward to it!
I flew Alaska last Thanksgiving Break. Seattle was a nice airport. Our flight home was delayed for three hours that I got to enjoy the airport even more.
I loved this report! Being from Brazil, I was fortunate enough to fly Alaska once, in the SAN-SEA route, aboard an older 737-700 (N609AS). Yet, it was an AMAZING flight. Looking forward to fly them again whenever it's possible!! Thanks for sharing this great trip report!
nice trip report! The last time I flew with Alaska was in 2015, but I didn't enjoy my flight though as the plane appeared to be very old indeed. I love the mood light of this plane, so relaxed
Yes.I still love the B737 CFM56 engine buzzing.Last flight for B737 is Malaysia Airlines Boeing B737-8H6 from Langkawi to Kuala Lumpur and return leg.Still remember the sound.Very like it.❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️
Alaska's first class food options have improved since this video. Now offering a breakfast sandwich or fruit and cheese plate in the morning and a chicken curry wrap or fruit plate on afternoon flights and well as a warmed soft cookie and the snack basket later in the flight.
Love flying with Alaska, excellent service when I fly from L.A. to Guadalajara. Sad that they stop flying to Mexico City. Very good job, like very much your videos.👍💯
Speaking of tough times, I recently had to call Alaska to purchase a ticket due to a discount code left on my last ticket that I canceled back in Feb. They thanked me so many times over the phone for being MVPG, something that wasn’t done before COVID. I guess they do value their customers more so than ever.
I also love to fly Alaska Airlines when possible. I have flown them to Alaska five (5) times and Hawaii, yes... Hawaii, once. I watch QFS Aviation a lot and notice you must be around Quentin's age. How old are you and how is it you are able to fly do much ?
I can’t wait to fly again, I at least tried to do some plane spotting at Hartsfield-Jackson Airport but surprising there was barely only one departure I saw in 2 hours lol
I was not able to go to WDW this past June ( COVID-19 ) but when this pandemic is over, I want to fly Alaskan as much as I can to MCO . I don’t know if currently they do or not. Definitely flying First Class. 🥰💺🛫
I enjoy Alaska overall. They're not my preferred airline (that's Delta), but I've had good experiences every time I've flown with them. I've sat in first class for shorter trips and in premium economy for transcon. The FAs were always friendly and happy to be there. I'm not thrilled with their BYOD only entertainment and miss the VA screens and wish they had more food choices for longer flights, but I'd still fly with them.
Eseibio BYOD is "bring your own device." There are no seatback screens onboard, so the available entertainment is provided via WiFi to your own device (smartphone, tablet, laptop, etc).
I like them and have started to prefer them over JetBlue since I moved to the west coast, but I really wished Delta flew my route non-stop (LAX to FLL/MIA). I'm thinking of purchasing first class with Alaska for the Holidays, so thanks for sharing.
Thanks for the post. Personally the seats seem outdated compared to what American and Delta offer. But the industry leading legroom is a nice touch. What is your take?
I have a question about the elite status boost Alaska is doing right now. For flying in first class, is the boost only applying to the main 100% of mail you accumulate or does it also apply to the cabin bonus as well?
Alaska Airlines is the only US airline allows First Class Passenger accessing the business lounge . The other airlines United , AA & Delta treated their paying First Class passenger like dirt especially United who sometimes kicked & bashed their passenger because they refused to give up their seat for their non paying employees like the case of Dr. David Dao at Chicago Airport some years back . I will definitely fly Alaska Airlines if I return to travelling USA one day in the future
Tan if you fly upper class in any airline you can use there lounge right. I mean some big international airlines have 2 lounges one for first one for business class. I don't know if that includes the new upper economy classes on long flights. London's airports Gatwick Heathrow now have a lounges that you pay 20.00 USA you can use them to relax and shower. Why airports never did this years ago I will never know. In fact Frankfort airport and Paris Charles degauil wrong spelling have it. They make good money from economy class passengers.
Their FC meals have been going downhill pre COVID. Let’s see once things are back to normal, how they will compare to that of other majors. I love their FC seats though...a lot more comfy than that of American’s.
At 11:30, why did you use your face covering as a eye-mask? But those surgical masks are for medical staff only. You usually have your black face covering that you always wear even when you're traveling.
Hey great flight. Love the 900 first class. Do they offer a comfort plus like economy Xtra. Also did you fly down the coast. at what hight. Like 35.000. if I could ever charter a plane I would love the 737.900. can this fly to Honolulu I think it can right. Hey post more love the take off thanks.
Amazing video on the hometown airline. Was interested in seeing how flight are with Covid going on. Quick question, does everyone on board receive the “picnic pack” complimentary or is it still a charge for economy?
I work for Horizon Air as a FA, I love watching your Alaska videos. It warms my heart to know that our hard work makes a positive impact on people. Come back and see us again soon! Fly Safe!
Will Alaska ever fly the 737 max 9 to DCA
Thank you for your service
Of course Alaska Airlines is my favorite airline! I live in Homer, Alaska. They are great. Can't wait to be able to travel again. I really miss it.
You just made my up coming trip on this Airline much more exciting, I’m ready for my trip.. thx for the video ✈️👍🏽
I'm going on a trip next month Alaska Airlines. This video was helpful
11:19, gotta love the RUclips adds based on your recent web searches, "Manscaped"🤣. Like your choice of video you're watching too.
I noticed the "Manscaped" ad, too (It is very familiar to me...) LOL! Hope he plays for my team.
I knew someone was gonna comment on that Manscaped ad. 😂😂
I’ve flown Alaska Airlines a couple of times from LAX to Manzanillo, Mexico. Always a great smooth flight, the attention the FA give you are always superb. This is def one of my fav Airlines to fly In
Alaska Airlines? I rate them my TOP domestic airline!!! Great video and fantastic window shots 👍👍!!
Why
that flight attendant is adorable! 😍
I do agree

I love Alaska Airlines! They are my favorite airline hands down. And wheels up!
I am very excited to start flying again! awesome video!
Alaska is the only airline I’ve flown for years! Best customer service.
Fantastic! It was my first exposer to Alaskan. Thanks. Great video! Am now subscribing.
"Alaska" not Alaskan -- they get touchy about that I heard. :-)
@@ScottAdventures I've lived off grid in Trapper Creek Alaska for 22 years now and I'm ok with it.
Just gained a new subscriber!! Loved the video!!

Weirdly enough RUclips decided to cut off the last minute of the video 🤦♂️.
Okie

That 'Sky Interior' is a very pleasant design.
THAT CABIN is perfect.
That’s what economy should always be
So happy to see your comment about the 737 Max I have no worries about that fantastic plane
I cant wait to fly! It looked so fun, great vid!
This trip will never be forgotten
Tho it should be.....

I've always flown Alaska ever since they started service into Tucson years ago. Wonderful airline.

I miss the old Alaska airline interior, gives me such a nostalgic feeling from when I was little
Planning to fly with Alaska First Class and really enjoyed your video!
Very nice video. A friend flew on Alaska today, that's what brought me here.
MIke in Oregon
Flying Alaska (skywest) E175 in first class from Fresno to LAX next month. Will be my second time on Alaska and first time in first class. Looking forward to it!
Being able to follow the shadow was awesome
I can’t wait until you’re on one of my Alaska Flights!
Love Alaska Airlines!

That’s awesome dude! 😎
Is it able to mount the GoPro 7 on a normal window with filming though the same window at the same time?
Great trip report Emil! I've always loved how Alaska has a more 'cozy' feel to their planes. I'd love to try one out soon!
I have flown AAL 3 times from Tampa to Seattle and 1 time r/t Seattle to Las Vegas and found superior service and on time reliability.
Great vid!
Cool takeoff with Mt. Rainier in the background!
Bigfoot saw the plane take off. With a very slow flying enconomy if he had money they would let him on. He's been seen on mt Rainer I saw it on utube.
Merci, thank you for sharing this vid I love it 🤙
You should fly to RSW in SWFL later this year when Alaska starts non-stop service from SEA & LAX.
Alaska's first class food options have improved since this video. Now offering a breakfast sandwich or fruit and cheese plate in the morning and a chicken curry wrap or fruit plate on afternoon flights and well as a warmed soft cookie and the snack basket later in the flight.
Im flying LAX to Guadalajara on Sunday with Alaska ,may just upgrade to first ya know :)
No trouble no one's flying. Have a great flight. Love the leg room.

Southwest.
I can’t wait to fly again, I at least tried to do some plane spotting at Hartsfield-Jackson Airport but surprising there was barely only one departure I saw in 2 hours lol
This is the aircraft I’ll be taking from San Diego to Austin in April. My first time flying first class lol
I’m flying down to San Diego today and was wondering are cockpit tours still available?
I was not able to go to WDW this past June ( COVID-19 ) but when this pandemic is over, I want to fly Alaskan as much as I can to MCO . I don’t know if currently they do or not. Definitely flying First Class. 🥰💺🛫
Hi Lynn, I live in Orlando and Alaska does currently does fly here. I am planning to fly First Class for my trip as well. It looks amazing.
@@gktwgreeter thank you for the info...I’m hoping that I can fly from RNO to ATL and then to MCO round trip.
Alaska Airlines = THE BEST
Where was that spot along the runway? Great video!!
Are planes loud inside? I haven’t been on one in like 30 years I can’t remember
Do you think Alaska will put spacebins into the remaining 737s that don't have spacebins like what AA did with their 737s?
I enjoyed the video, thank you. Any news on the OneWorld front? Different routes, worldly connections in SEA? I hope so!

I'm going to watch this 100 timed to get over my fear of flying
Yes...I feel nervous also. But planned a trip to get over my fear
So is first class the same as business for this airline? I only see business for sale for $100 more than economy to Cancun from LAX.
Gorgeous sunset 🌇!
I just Added your plane on my Flight simulator X. I almost have all the Alaska fleet
Dave what's the difference between the 700.800.900. size and engine s right.
When is the. MAX 9 Alaska inaugural flight?

Hola Emiliano.
¿Cuál sería tu orden de calificación dentro de las aerolíneas estadounidenses?
Where is the location of the first clip?
A friend of a friend has always thought the man on the vertical stabilizer was Johnny Cash, now I can't get that out of my mind! Johnny Cash Airlines.
Thanks for the post. Personally the seats seem outdated compared to what American and Delta offer. But the industry leading legroom is a nice touch. What is your take?
Will they be back to normal or almost normal by end of august? Where there be more passengers?
I like the shadow on take off
I have a question about the elite status boost Alaska is doing right now. For flying in first class, is the boost only applying to the main 100% of mail you accumulate or does it also apply to the cabin bonus as well?
What does it feel like in the air
I've flown like 10 times within the last few years, it feels more like taking a bus. Though I am not sure how much has changed since the covid plague.
I have alaska air from sfo to ewr next sat.. I'm so nervous I might cancel
Did you find any deals with this pandemic or the prices are higher? Nice videos

First of all, it's called a joke, second of all, I've seen tons of people wear surgical masks out, I even wear them.

Yes, Alaska has Premium Class, which is the first few rows of the main cabin, with extra leg room and other perks.
I want to fly for nonessential trips NOW!
