I think they will start adding Ascended Non-OC Heroes too at some point. A lot of lords & main characters at the launch were 3*-4* units even though they were capable of selling banners like Eirika, Seliph, Camilla, Robin, Roy etc. and even after their refine, the units are not as good as they should be and will get more outdated as the game continues. Like you mentioned they have mostly used all the popular characters from most games, I guess it's about time they use the popularity of these characters and release them in strong versions permanently in the summon pool. Btw, I love the visuals you presented here highlighting the ranks and characters with green!
Yeah, ascended non-oc heroes have to come at some point. A thing I would really enjoy would be the ascended heroes like Fjorm (and Laegjarn eventually) choosing fighters from main games to share the ascension with to help them fight their battles. Seeing them form teams across games would be kinda epic *-*
The new banner's are only adding new characters, that must of the people don't know or care. Hope to see new forms for popular units (not seasonal or legendary) like Exalted Chrom in the past.

Very cool analysis. You have been on the ball with a couple of things so far which is great. Like Neimi & Colm appearing alongside ascended Joshua, Manuela only appearing as a seasonal (and what a great seasonal btw damn), Astrid volke appearing with an OC, etc. very cool! As a Thracia fan, based on those top results I think we could see the following banner: Machua - either sword or axe infantry with built in vantage (demote?) August - staff cav? Buffs your squad and has built in cross spur atk/Def/res Lara - the dancer of the banner. She could do something like “grants target all stats +4 and inflicts panic on units within 4 spaces and 2 spaces within those foes” when she dances. She is a dancer than can also steal in Thracia so she is “stealing” your buffs here). Ascended Nanna - just give her the earth sword please w/ dc, healing on hit, adaptive damage and 30% DR for allies within 2 spaces of her. Please. And then either Brighton (Machua’s hubby), Galzus, or Raydrick (the villian?) for GHB. The theme for this would be the “manster escape” squad. All of the above units join you when you’re trying to get out of Manster and since Raydrick and Galzus are your opponents then, it would make sense for them to be the GHBs. Galzus also scored very high on the list and he can function as either a villian OR a hero.
Well, i can definitely imagine the Dawn Brigade debutting with an Ascendent Veronica, for pretty much the same reason we manage to get the whole Wolfguard thanks to be carried by Fjorm. Veronica is popular after all, she managed to win CYL, and still gets Alts (as herself and as Thrasir) to this day. Edit: Oh, and about Galle being the GHB for the Guinivere banner; he's also Melady's former lover, and they have unique interactions if you made her talk with him.
I wonder about Veronica... I guess we'll need to see book 6 to know if lifs and thrasirs appearance in book 4 leads to something or not, if not I strongly believe the next tempest trial will cover book 3
honestly its so crazy how many characters we do not have in the game at this point, all my personal faves are in the game already but my heart goes out to those who do not have their faves in the game yet
Mustafa probably got added because of two reasons: a) IS loves banners with themes (just look at the recent Archanea banner), including a fitting GHB. Emmeryn, Gangrel and Mustafa basically represent a certain story chapter, while Anna and Sayri were simply popular (and female) at that point. b) Mustafa did fairly well in that Twitter campaign IS started at the beginning of 2019. One of their question was something like "villain, you just can't hate". Aaand Mustafa did get a solid 7th placement with over 1k votes - making it before Black Knight, Grima and Idunn if I recall correctly.
You know, back in 2017 I though "Man, my favourite character, Franz, isn't in the game but I'm sure he will be added within a year or two." I'm still waiting, IS.
What the Dawn Brigade needs is a remake where they can have actual supports. The lack of unique dialogue/supports among them really killed their character in FE10 😭
for 3H we have the sprites of Hanneman (green tome), Alois (axe) Cyril (Bow), Manuela (healer) and Rhea on GK animation so they can be there someway and TMS, I see Ayaha on the fallen banner since shes possesed and Tiki (dragon) Maiko (insta 3*) Touma (demote) Yashiro (sword inf) and Barry (axe) as GHB
The only character that I desperately want in FEH is Boyd! I really want him even if he’s seasonal or not. After him well, I’m all game for anybody else and that everyone gets their favorite character added soon!
This, also he's the only remaining Greil Mercenary that has yet to be added in the game. I really hope they use his reaver design from Radiant Dawn and give him a Prf weapon and then I can forgive IS for taking this long to add him.

I actually think the next Awakening banner is Severa and Inigo being the five stars, Laegjarn as the Ascended hero, Noire and Laurent as the demotes and Validar as the GHB
Just gonna throw out there, if there was a banner of Lucia, Geoffrey and Volke, you can almost be assured Bastion would be on it or a GHB for lore. He is Lucia's potential lover, Volkes only potential friend and Geoffrey's best friend. It would just make sense, plus green mage to round out colors.

I can see IS getting back on their flying Nino and Olivia wagon, releasing new versions of popular characters that are already in the game to boost banners with less desirable new characters. Plus the Ascended and new Mythic heroes, of course. That would slow down the rate at which entirely new characters get into the game. I could also imagine that we won't get any remakes of old games just so IS can capitalize on the next set of new characters in FEH.
Something to consider is that we don't know yet if IS will strictly stick with only giving OC's Ascendant forms. For the Awakening banner you gave I could easily see IS creating an Ascendant F!Robin, A!Tiki, Lucina, Cordelia, or any other popular Awakening Girl to help fortify the banner.

I hope they start ramping up the POR/RD banners... There is so much untapped content that could keep this game going. Elincias knights, dawn brigade, Goldoan dragons, Laguz alliance (seriously, we don't even have Skrimir yet), Tormond's crew, rest of the Greil Mercenaries + Greil himself. That's 6 easy banners right there before they even have to begin scraping more minor characters. I get that they are not all popular, but that's 3 years of 2 banners a year no problem when FEH is struggling for content. Also they have the option of doing a timeskip for units that were in both... I think this will likely present itself as a young banner with likely young Sanaki and Sothe headlining it, since I don't think it has the same popularity as 3H where they could give both versions of everyone (also a lot of units have only minor differences between the games)
yeah unlike the other massive FE casts like FE6 & FE12, Tellius doesn't have that many "filler characters" that only a handful of people like. part much every character has a sizeable fan base and deserves to be in FEH. Me personally there's like 2 or 3 more characters from each game i'd really like to see added but there's easily 20+ Tellius characters i'm still waking for. Hopefully if the specalutaion of a PoR remake turns out to be true we'll see a lot more Tellius banners to drum up hype.

I do see a FE8 banner (Gilliam is one of my most wanted units) my prediction is Gilliam on blue as the star of the group since he's the most wanted, Colm on colorless with a reskin of Courtly Fan+ since is a very popular weapon and also as a 5*, Garcia on green as the demote since he's very low, the new OC and Neimi added directly, with Ismaire as GHB

I was considering one solution that could bring new life to old units, and bring back old players, is to add generation locked challenges: maps that only allow characters and skills released at different times in the game, kinda like classic servers on long running mmorpgs.
Fascinating analysis! They've already done non CYL alts for units that are added to the normal pool (Reinhardt and Olwen, horse Chrom to an extent) so they could re-launch old units based on that precedent.
LUCIA AND GEOFFREY PLEASE They are my most wanted units in FEH. I do think Bastian will be on the banner, but having 3 men and 1 woman would be crazy. It's not like the Gerik Mercenaries banner with a new flashy duo so anotjer woman would have to be there. Astrid is a safe assumption. Great job with the video!
Even though Maiko is not even playable, they can do something similar to Gatekeeper.but shes still a totally normal(and hot) girl so probably a support sword/dancer or something. or she gets in leading via Duo/Harmonic seasonal where they can give her anything.
So to add to the Flavia Bashilos being on the next batch train their Japanese voice actors recorded lines for bridal Juno and Zealot, often when a jp va records lines they double book and record multiple characters. Example natasha is voiced by yui ogura who voices Thrasir then we got Valientines lif and thrasir and there are a lot more examples of that.
4:35 One way to look at it could be with this order: Fates > Tellius* > Awakening* > 3H* > Archanea > SoV* > Sacred Stones > Binding Blade > Thracia > Jugdral > Blazing Blade. *Tellius* (IS groups the 2 games together although fans dont like that) Jill's banner was pused back some turns placing it after Archanea. *Awakening* was recently pushed back as well a reason might be similar to SoV where the remaining characters are few. *SoV* as most know was greatly pushed back after Balzing Blade. *3H* gets a free pass they can appear almost whenever for being the recent shiny game but is limited to 2 appearances per "rotation". Tellius and Binding Blade got "extra" banners at the beginning of Book III since they said the were highly requested. TMS may appear anytime or not at all. Now since they have skipped Tellius and Valentia and very recently Awakening there's no reassurance they wont keep doing it or do it with other series but this is more or less how they tackle New Heroes banner ever since Book III. I think ascended heroes and out of nowhere new ocs might help them not skip any series but who knows
Man I hope your Binding Blade prediction is right. Hugh, Niime and Elffin are the characters I most want from that game. Would also like Zeiss but that isn’t going to happen. Knowing IS I half expect them to make hot granny Niime, not sure whether I find that more horrifying or amusing.
I commend you for making me watch the entire video. Despite being a bit busy, I decided to squeeze this 37-minute video into my day because my impression is you'd make great quality content. I agree with a lot of your logic upon seeing all these patterns. The only thing that sticks out to me is Gonzales. I don't know if its my bias speaking or not on him being a safe bet to include. I guess people that don't know him will find him unappealing? I wouldn't be surprised if someone like him is given a broken set of skills though. Or maybe as a seasonal.
Sacred Stones won't be skipped - your reasoning for it feels also kinda random. Since Asscendend Heroes will cover the premium/bait slot and the highest scoring not in game gets the semi-premium kit, the rest will basically fill up the banner thematically. The NMotE banner shows this already. They picked Wolf as the lead (saved Nyna for next time) and filled it up with the Wolfguard squad. Roshea & friends scored less than 150 votes in CYL5 and probably are freebeis in IS eyes anyway. So yeah future New Heroes banners will be designed around Ass&Cended Heroes + whoever scored decently for a new theme around it.
don't get me wrong, I'm a big FE8 fan, and I did say that I could see someone like resplendent Tana saving a Frelja themed banner. As of right now there are no Ascended non-OC heroes confirmed, and Tana just recently got an alt, so I wouldn't be surprised if FE8 would get skipped for some time, doesn't mean there will never be another banner. Wolf and Malice were 2 desired units, + Fjorm makes three. All of the others are freebies anyways. For FE8 I just couldn't find a similar pattern. Even if you say there is 1 "desired" OC, who are the other 2 desired heroes? Vanessa and Gilliam? Colm and Neimi? Maybe. I don't see it, but I might be totally wrong, I would be happy for another FE8 banner

It's easily predictable where he is going with new hero banners.
@@soulmate5589 well, I was right, as I said there wouldn't be an FE8 banner UNLESS they added ascended Heroes to maintitles, which they did. I even wrote "Colm and Neimi? Maybe." They were most likely for me, I think I even said they were probably gonna get seasonal alts if FE8 gets skipped. And I'm also not wrong in saying that the banner wasn't high in IS favor as they literally put them as the January banner which historically sells the worst (as we have very desired Christmas and NY units summonable at the same time). And they didn't even care to give anyone besides Joshua good skills... I'm glad we cool though ;D
I'm surprised you didn't mention the sprites in Gatekeeper's tome. Aelfric was in there and he just got in. Lots of other characters not in FEH already have models from this.
If Vanilla Dorothea is Red instead of Blue it'll be more Thunder erasure just like Erk. For context, Erk is the only Anima mage in the series besides Selena to have a Thunder affinity, as well as starting with a Thunder tome in his inventory, but they made him a Fire mage in FEH. In Dorothea's case, she's the only Reason talent besides Felix in Three Houses to learn more than one Thunder spell. Considering other 3H mages got their strongest spell in prf form, it wouldn't be surprising that they would give Dorothea Meteor -- however, FEH has a no-siege tome policy, meaning we'll probably never see weapons titled "Meteor" or "Bolting" in the game.
this was totally a copy paste mistake! I made the FE4 chart after the FE1 chart and forgot to switch the orbs. In the full body sprite I have Scatach on red, Arthur on Green, Tine on Blue and Patty on colorless
Overall a great review & prediction for what's to come! That next FE4 banner prediction in particular, god every one of my orbs will be pulverised if that happened - Tine's my most wanted character for FEH, Arthur... I just said the reason a few words back, Patty's another of my favourites & whilst I don't have as much of an attachment to Scáthach, he just makes a lot of sense, given his name change not long after Larcei was added to Heroes & the fact he's been mentioned more than a few times in Heroes already. The FE6 prediction wouldn't be a big gotcha to me... if Cath wasn't there, but she is & she's my most wanted from FE6 right now - the massive spike in votes was surprising but hey, nice to know there's more than just a very few fans of her. Her artist will most likely be Sachie as they did the only cipher artwork she ever got so that also excites me! 👀
For the TMS banner, I think that Yashiro would make more sense as a GHB unit, given his role in the story, sorry for spoiling anyone since I think it’s a great game more people should play, but you do end up fighting Yashiro and a dark Yashiro in the game. Additionally since his mirage is Navarre who is also a GHB unit, it would be cool to see them make a battle that uses the same map and maybe a a generic sword master with a build like Navarre’s.
I hope not as yashiro is my favourite character, but very likely as he was presented as a villain beside excellus. Seems very likely but i hope not. Well, time to sait for fallen yashiro
I waited too long for awakening's to have Ricken and a OC in it. Miriel has to have a spot and I'm excited for her but boy please no Ricken or make him the insta 4*. I think Vaike would work well for dialogues with Miriel in it though. I'd love to see regular Inigo and Severa as well but it could be when Laurent gets in.
I think if we are to get a TMS banner I think it would be Maiko, Tiki, Touma and Yashiro as they’re all main characters of the story. Barry would be the instant demote while Ahya would be the GHB as she the second boss in the game
100% agree with the final conclusion: IS needs to find a Gatcha legal way to upgrade old units while generating revenue. As a FEH Pass subscriber, I can say confidently that Resplendent does not cut it, even though I appreciate the non-gambling mechanic. IS went for the quick dollar with PRFs and making inherits so bad, but painted themselves into a corner in the long run. Going back and re-refining is not sustainable -- so add some mechanic that lets you infuse old PRFs with an additional skill. Or, "retire" old units and make Aether farming and cooking with new D, E, and F skills. Suddenly Gunther's bad stats are an asset when it comes to slicing tomato's!
Maiko does have a Mirage type outfit in Encore, and doesn't really need to be a mirage master, her outfit when she is used in a session chain is seemingly based off of Dancers, kinda like a combination of Olivia and Azura.
Summonable upgrades of old units alongside one or two new ones would be a great way to make people pull without running out of ideas for banners. I can even be as simple as making 4* units a 5* focus on said banner, and when you get a 5* copy of them you get an object that can only be used on them. Like exclusive florets (maybe better than that but it's the idea).
Most Banner Guesses were well-grounded aside of the games you don't have recent first-hand experience. That said, I don't think Lucia and Astrid would end up sharing a banner like in your first Tellius Banner proposal because I could see an OC/Ascended taking Astrid's slot and bringing Bastian (Green Tome) as a direct demote with strong thematic connections to both Volke & Lucia, and because I could also see IS being tone-deaf enough to make Astrid share banner instead with Makalov & Marcia...
possible. I made some of the graphics only after recording, which made me realize that we got those heroes ocs in 4 ongoing banners. Then there's also 2 mythics in there, so it might be a fair guess that we won't get a single new banner without an OC anymore till the Fallen banner

I bet fe4 will be the banner in February/March. They seem to like separating fe4 content by 6ish month intervals with September as a seasonal and feb/March as the regular pool. Also the next fe4 banner is 99% gen 2 as they like alternating them. The banner would be themed around chapter 6 recruits having Arthur, oifey, Lana, schasaha and tinni with oifey being ghb. That’s my hard read
I think the constant 3H burn has more depth than "3H sold many copies, so pump the characters in feh to get more people to buy orbs". I think IS is trying to burn all the content for 3H, but only for the academy phase to get all of the students out of they way with as much money as possible. They know they still have the same amount of money and pulls by adding characters from the timeskip. I think that's when the 3H feh craze will die down a little, when all students are released. The timeskip units will be scarce however, I do feel that a new FE game may be in the works.
well, honestly, I've never been mad about any 3H banner so far. It's the newest game, has a big cast of lovable units and it makes total sense that players would like to have those units. I would have honestly expected even more 3H banners

I just want Volug to be in the game already, i really like the little bits of personality he got on RD and i really want to see how they'd portray him in Feh (and yeah mainly becuase he's hot lmao), but since i really doubt IS will ever make a Radiant Dawn exclusive banner (like only Dawn Brigade and such) i could see him getting in only as the usual random Tellius seasonal (see Pirate Vika, Groom Rafiel, Summer Rhys, Winter Sephiran, Bridal Tanith, etc), but on one of the Summer banners, he's already shirtless all the time so i guess he fits, it would be really similar to how Summer Freyr looks if anything, he'd likely be a colorless beast infantry demote, or a 5 star unit with Wildheart as either a prf or an inheritable skill (the outcoume i'd prefer, even if he's harder to get)

Also, does IS have to go through Atlus to get the rights to these characters, or are they free to throw them in the gacha? Thanks! was hoping someone would. make a video like this, it's pretty exciting that now we're gonna see a lot of underrated characters get added. Very solid predictions, i really hope Kieran & Marcia get added alongside Geoffrey but there's just so many Crimea related characters that some people will have to get left behind. Only nitpick is i'm 90% sure if Machyua is on the FE5 banner she'll bring Brighton along with her as they are recruited at the same time and are lovers. FEH places a lot of importance on related characters getting added together, even if one of them isn't very popular. recent examples that come to mind are Benny getting in with Charlotte and the rest of the wolfguard getting added with Wolf. a banner with Machyua, Brighton, Lara, Karin & Fergus would cover all the semi-important characters introduced in the manster arc of FE5 and it's what i think they'll go for.
For binding blade im PRAYING for ZEISS to come into the game he's my FAVORITE unit in binding blade and character. PLEASE IS PUT ZEISS in the game 😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭.
I'm a little worried if my girl Neimi is gonna on a seasonal banner because it's really hard to get what I want especially with no sparks, it would be horrendous imo. Ofc like you said time will tell. Still I would be happy anyways if she comes in
Watched it all now. A very interesting analysis. What I think IS will do is add characters who were added in gen 1 and 2 with promoted versions in order for them to sell banners. I can see an Awakening banner having a Great Lord version of Chrom or a Grand Master version of Robin for example.
I feel like this might've been a little awkwardly timed considering the makeup of Fjorm's banner. It's actually thematic instead of just having the appearance of such despite awful popularity almost across the board. Foregoing almost the entire top 5 including Nyna who is...very busty. Malice fills this role, but she was a bottom barrel pick to not ruin a potential Nyna banner, it feels like. We could see most of the banners in the next 2-5 months knocking out themes expected to sell like piss such as the Dawn Brigade (or Elincia's full crew for the Lucia carry) to test the carrying power of the MANY huge benefits to NH sparking we now have as a result. It really split open the possibilities. Also, I think the next 3H batch would be more like: Manuela, Cyril, Alois, Rhea, and Hanneman(?). Or continue de-alting pre-timeskip versions. Just because we already have the chibi assets for those options in Gatekeeper's animation.
well, I wouldn't say that. In the FE6 section I actually touched FE1's current banner, and I predicted Malice Wolf and Roshea. I did not think they'd go for the full wolf squad, that's true, but 2 out of the top 5 doesn't look like they went out of their way with this banner
I hope we get the last few 3h characters (especially Ignatz, i really like him) so we can move on to more interesting banners. I feel like Tellius, Awakening and Fates are more than guaranteed to be next alongside TMS. Edit: didnt expect this to age so well.
I'm assuming you haven't read some of the FE mangas. Gharnef has an apprentice from the unfinished one and then there's Al and a few others in the BB manga. Maybe IS will surprise us with them being introduce in the game.
This was a good analysis although for Tokyo Mirage Session, the Switch port added mirage versions of Maiko and Barry so I think those two could easily get in with Touma, Yashou and Tiki. Barry would probably be the GHB or TT unit while the other 4 are on the banner. That would also get everyone on the heroes team in the game, which is all they really need to do to make that feel complete.
Also, just as a side note, for FE6 I could see them totally dipping into the FE manga for that. They haven't been in the CYL votes at all but they were featured in Cipher and IS have said they like the characters so I could totally see the 4 heroes and 2 popular villains make it in the game as a banner

I think awakening has only 2 banners left, a kid banner with servera, inigo, noir and someone else and the Shepard banner I've shown, and priam doesn't fit on any of them. To explain the Mustafa case it's because they take in account both popularity and what characters have relationship with some characters that will be added(perhaps to facilitate forging bonds writing or to not be a total random salad?) This is why Veld was added despite having single digits votes in CYL, because of his connection to Sara(her Kia staff is a story counter to his Petrify spell) Neither Jugdral nor Elibe has that many shared characters so I think the problem with FE9 and FE10 is that there's too much of an overlap in cast which is why they have the same slot for "their turn", only changing between 9 and 10 when it gets to them, so next time it's Tellius' slot then it will be Radiant Dawn. About my hopes and dreams (that will probably be crushed again), personally, I hope TMS will be added on November now. It's its last chance. February will be TMS HoF unless they are skipped or they use the same available cast again(which would sucks). Plus December and January are kind of "sacrificial lambs" months as Christmas, New Years and Anniversary sucks orbs dry, as the "highest scoring" characters not be in the game yet in any shape or form it and being close to Black Friday bundles it would make sense I think? (Maiko has a design, it's a dancer with daggers) If we get a banner demote I would relegate Touma more as an option than Yashiro because Yashiro has a defined gimmick in TMS (aka Melee Fjorm) while Touma isn't as obvious(but my guess would be slaying Prf with cooldown manipulation of some kind). (If they are so hurting for females they really should add TikiIsMyWaifu to CYL voting sheesh!) TMS can pretty much put alts in the main pool using the costumes they have in their home game as most don't fit the already existing seasonal banners and a lot of fans prefers those costumes than their Carnage forms(like Kiria for example) so getting more banners after their second one isn't a far fetched idea.
after the new banners i can say,on awakening you def predicted Flavia correctly but everything else including the feh oc was incorrect another path of radiance banner and while you did predict Volke and Astrid,you predicted them with the wrong color and they had a feh oc
I think you are focusing a bit too much on popularity. IS has a thing where they sometimes just do themes like all children, or recently the Wolfguard. I think your awakening prediction will have a 50/50 shot as I see them either doing the rest of the children or doing the rest of the Shepards. Same with RD actually as I see them doing actual non fe 9 characters to represent the banner. It feels weird to have what are basically FE 9 characters for the FE 10 banner, which is why it will probably be the Dawn Brigade.
Really agreed here, yeah. I also really don't think we'll outright be canceling any games getting new banners any time soon unless FEH is _actually_ dying.

@@SweaterPuppys Literally the only things Awakening has gotten this year are four alts and a backup. That is significantly less than Jugdral at six alts, a backup and two NH banners. They’ve slowed Fates quite a bit too. There’s been a glut of 3H since the game is newest, popular, and sells well, but most other games have been getting their day. Admittedly Tellius has gotten less this year than last. The main reason so many characters are missing from Jugdral and Tellius is just that their casts are massive. Tellius has 73 playable characters and several more besides, compare to FE7 having 44.
Their HoF will be skipped since they are out of units for it. If they suddenly drop a TMS banner next month, they will have the units to fill a HoF lineup, but they will be too new to include them there....

I was hoping Eldervi would mention it in this video and he did! :) I would want Maiko to lead the banner with Ayaha as the number 2, Touma as the 4-star focus and Tiki as the other good unit. I actually love Barry and would love to see him as a dancer, too.

I think they will start adding Ascended Non-OC Heroes too at some point. A lot of lords & main characters at the launch were 3*-4* units even though they were capable of selling banners like Eirika, Seliph, Camilla, Robin, Roy etc. and even after their refine, the units are not as good as they should be and will get more outdated as the game continues. Like you mentioned they have mostly used all the popular characters from most games, I guess it's about time they use the popularity of these characters and release them in strong versions permanently in the summon pool. Btw, I love the visuals you presented here highlighting the ranks and characters with green!
Yeah, ascended non-oc heroes have to come at some point. A thing I would really enjoy would be the ascended heroes like Fjorm (and Laegjarn eventually) choosing fighters from main games to share the ascension with to help them fight their battles. Seeing them form teams across games would be kinda epic *-*

As a Thracia fan, based on those top results I think we could see the following banner:
Machua - either sword or axe infantry with built in vantage (demote?)
August - staff cav? Buffs your squad and has built in cross spur atk/Def/res
Lara - the dancer of the banner. She could do something like “grants target all stats +4 and inflicts panic on units within 4 spaces and 2 spaces within those foes” when she dances. She is a dancer than can also steal in Thracia so she is “stealing” your buffs here).
Ascended Nanna - just give her the earth sword please w/ dc, healing on hit, adaptive damage and 30% DR for allies within 2 spaces of her. Please.
And then either Brighton (Machua’s hubby), Galzus, or Raydrick (the villian?) for GHB.
The theme for this would be the “manster escape” squad. All of the above units join you when you’re trying to get out of Manster and since Raydrick and Galzus are your opponents then, it would make sense for them to be the GHBs. Galzus also scored very high on the list and he can function as either a villian OR a hero.
Well, i can definitely imagine the Dawn Brigade debutting with an Ascendent Veronica, for pretty much the same reason we manage to get the whole Wolfguard thanks to be carried by Fjorm.
Veronica is popular after all, she managed to win CYL, and still gets Alts (as herself and as Thrasir) to this day.
Edit: Oh, and about Galle being the GHB for the Guinivere banner; he's also Melady's former lover, and they have unique interactions if you made her talk with him.
I wonder about Veronica... I guess we'll need to see book 6 to know if lifs and thrasirs appearance in book 4 leads to something or not, if not I strongly believe the next tempest trial will cover book 3
honestly its so crazy how many characters we do not have in the game at this point, all my personal faves are in the game already but my heart goes out to those who do not have their faves in the game yet

Mustafa probably got added because of two reasons:
a) IS loves banners with themes (just look at the recent Archanea banner), including a fitting GHB. Emmeryn, Gangrel and Mustafa basically represent a certain story chapter, while Anna and Sayri were simply popular (and female) at that point.
b) Mustafa did fairly well in that Twitter campaign IS started at the beginning of 2019. One of their question was something like "villain, you just can't hate". Aaand Mustafa did get a solid 7th placement with over 1k votes - making it before Black Knight, Grima and Idunn if I recall correctly.
The connection for Galle was that Melady is his girlfriend. Melady is also like guinivere's retainer.
You know, back in 2017 I though "Man, my favourite character, Franz, isn't in the game but I'm sure he will be added within a year or two."

What the Dawn Brigade needs is a remake where they can have actual supports. The lack of unique dialogue/supports among them really killed their character in FE10 😭
for 3H we have the sprites of Hanneman (green tome), Alois (axe) Cyril (Bow), Manuela (healer) and Rhea on GK animation so they can be there someway

I can see IS getting back on their flying Nino and Olivia wagon, releasing new versions of popular characters that are already in the game to boost banners with less desirable new characters. Plus the Ascended and new Mythic heroes, of course. That would slow down the rate at which entirely new characters get into the game.
I could also imagine that we won't get any remakes of old games just so IS can capitalize on the next set of new characters in FEH.
Something to consider is that we don't know yet if IS will strictly stick with only giving OC's Ascendant forms. For the Awakening banner you gave I could easily see IS creating an Ascendant F!Robin, A!Tiki, Lucina, Cordelia, or any other popular Awakening Girl to help fortify the banner.
Yes, ascended game heroes would make a lot of sense, i just wonder how they would be implemented story wise... Unless IS just doesn't care about explanations 😂

I hope they start ramping up the POR/RD banners... There is so much untapped content that could keep this game going. Elincias knights, dawn brigade, Goldoan dragons, Laguz alliance (seriously, we don't even have Skrimir yet), Tormond's crew, rest of the Greil Mercenaries + Greil himself. That's 6 easy banners right there before they even have to begin scraping more minor characters. I get that they are not all popular, but that's 3 years of 2 banners a year no problem when FEH is struggling for content.
Also they have the option of doing a timeskip for units that were in both... I think this will likely present itself as a young banner with likely young Sanaki and Sothe headlining it, since I don't think it has the same popularity as 3H where they could give both versions of everyone (also a lot of units have only minor differences between the games)

yeah unlike the other massive FE casts like FE6 & FE12, Tellius doesn't have that many "filler characters" that only a handful of people like. part much every character has a sizeable fan base and deserves to be in FEH. Me personally there's like 2 or 3 more characters from each game i'd really like to see added but there's easily 20+ Tellius characters i'm still waking for.
Hopefully if the specalutaion of a PoR remake turns out to be true we'll see a lot more Tellius banners to drum up hype.

I do see a FE8 banner (Gilliam is one of my most wanted units) my prediction is Gilliam on blue as the star of the group since he's the most wanted, Colm on colorless with a reskin of Courtly Fan+ since is a very popular weapon and also as a 5*, Garcia on green as the demote since he's very low, the new OC and Neimi added directly, with Ismaire as GHB

I was considering one solution that could bring new life to old units, and bring back old players, is to add generation locked challenges: maps that only allow characters and skills released at different times in the game, kinda like classic servers on long running mmorpgs.

So to add to the Flavia Bashilos being on the next batch train their Japanese voice actors recorded lines for bridal Juno and Zealot, often when a jp va records lines they double book and record multiple characters. Example natasha is voiced by yui ogura who voices Thrasir then we got Valientines lif and thrasir and there are a lot more examples of that.

4:35 One way to look at it could be with this order:
Fates > Tellius* > Awakening* > 3H* > Archanea > SoV* > Sacred Stones > Binding Blade > Thracia > Jugdral > Blazing Blade.
*Tellius* (IS groups the 2 games together although fans dont like that) Jill's banner was pused back some turns placing it after Archanea.
*Awakening* was recently pushed back as well a reason might be similar to SoV where the remaining characters are few.
*SoV* as most know was greatly pushed back after Balzing Blade.
*3H* gets a free pass they can appear almost whenever for being the recent shiny game but is limited to 2 appearances per "rotation".
Tellius and Binding Blade got "extra" banners at the beginning of Book III since they said the were highly requested.
TMS may appear anytime or not at all.
Now since they have skipped Tellius and Valentia and very recently Awakening there's no reassurance they wont keep doing it or do it with other series but this is more or less how they tackle New Heroes banner ever since Book III. I think ascended heroes and out of nowhere new ocs might help them not skip any series but who knows

I commend you for making me watch the entire video. Despite being a bit busy, I decided to squeeze this 37-minute video into my day because my impression is you'd make great quality content. I agree with a lot of your logic upon seeing all these patterns. The only thing that sticks out to me is Gonzales. I don't know if its my bias speaking or not on him being a safe bet to include. I guess people that don't know him will find him unappealing? I wouldn't be surprised if someone like him is given a broken set of skills though. Or maybe as a seasonal.

Sacred Stones won't be skipped - your reasoning for it feels also kinda random. Since Asscendend Heroes will cover the premium/bait slot and the highest scoring not in game gets the semi-premium kit, the rest will basically fill up the banner thematically. The NMotE banner shows this already. They picked Wolf as the lead (saved Nyna for next time) and filled it up with the Wolfguard squad. Roshea & friends scored less than 150 votes in CYL5 and probably are freebeis in IS eyes anyway. So yeah future New Heroes banners will be designed around Ass&Cended Heroes + whoever scored decently for a new theme around it.
don't get me wrong, I'm a big FE8 fan, and I did say that I could see someone like resplendent Tana saving a Frelja themed banner. As of right now there are no Ascended non-OC heroes confirmed, and Tana just recently got an alt, so I wouldn't be surprised if FE8 would get skipped for some time, doesn't mean there will never be another banner. Wolf and Malice were 2 desired units, + Fjorm makes three. All of the others are freebies anyways. For FE8 I just couldn't find a similar pattern. Even if you say there is 1 "desired" OC, who are the other 2 desired heroes? Vanessa and Gilliam? Colm and Neimi? Maybe. I don't see it, but I might be totally wrong, I would be happy for another FE8 banner

They were most likely for me, I think I even said they were probably gonna get seasonal alts if FE8 gets skipped. And I'm also not wrong in saying that the banner wasn't high in IS favor as they literally put them as the January banner which historically sells the worst (as we have very desired Christmas and NY units summonable at the same time). And they didn't even care to give anyone besides Joshua good skills... I'm glad we cool though ;D
I'm surprised you didn't mention the sprites in Gatekeeper's tome. Aelfric was in there and he just got in. Lots of other characters not in FEH already have models from this.

If Vanilla Dorothea is Red instead of Blue it'll be more Thunder erasure just like Erk.
For context, Erk is the only Anima mage in the series besides Selena to have a Thunder affinity, as well as starting with a Thunder tome in his inventory, but they made him a Fire mage in FEH.
In Dorothea's case, she's the only Reason talent besides Felix in Three Houses to learn more than one Thunder spell. Considering other 3H mages got their strongest spell in prf form, it wouldn't be surprising that they would give Dorothea Meteor -- however, FEH has a no-siege tome policy, meaning we'll probably never see weapons titled "Meteor" or "Bolting" in the game.
this was totally a copy paste mistake! I made the FE4 chart after the FE1 chart and forgot to switch the orbs. In the full body sprite I have Scatach on red, Arthur on Green, Tine on Blue and Patty on colorless
Overall a great review & prediction for what's to come! That next FE4 banner prediction in particular, god every one of my orbs will be pulverised if that happened - Tine's my most wanted character for FEH, Arthur... I just said the reason a few words back, Patty's another of my favourites & whilst I don't have as much of an attachment to Scáthach, he just makes a lot of sense, given his name change not long after Larcei was added to Heroes & the fact he's been mentioned more than a few times in Heroes already. The FE6 prediction wouldn't be a big gotcha to me... if Cath wasn't there, but she is & she's my most wanted from FE6 right now - the massive spike in votes was surprising but hey, nice to know there's more than just a very few fans of her. Her artist will most likely be Sachie as they did the only cipher artwork she ever got so that also excites me! 👀

For the TMS banner, I think that Yashiro would make more sense as a GHB unit, given his role in the story, sorry for spoiling anyone since I think it’s a great game more people should play, but you do end up fighting Yashiro and a dark Yashiro in the game. Additionally since his mirage is Navarre who is also a GHB unit, it would be cool to see them make a battle that uses the same map and maybe a a generic sword master with a build like Navarre’s.

I waited too long for awakening's to have Ricken and a OC in it. Miriel has to have a spot and I'm excited for her but boy please no Ricken or make him the insta 4*. I think Vaike would work well for dialogues with Miriel in it though. I'd love to see regular Inigo and Severa as well but it could be when Laurent gets in.
I think if we are to get a TMS banner I think it would be Maiko, Tiki, Touma and Yashiro as they’re all main characters of the story. Barry would be the instant demote while Ahya would be the GHB as she the second boss in the game

100% agree with the final conclusion: IS needs to find a Gatcha legal way to upgrade old units while generating revenue. As a FEH Pass subscriber, I can say confidently that Resplendent does not cut it, even though I appreciate the non-gambling mechanic. IS went for the quick dollar with PRFs and making inherits so bad, but painted themselves into a corner in the long run. Going back and re-refining is not sustainable -- so add some mechanic that lets you infuse old PRFs with an additional skill.
Or, "retire" old units and make Aether farming and cooking with new D, E, and F skills. Suddenly Gunther's bad stats are an asset when it comes to slicing tomato's!
The only characters that I'm really waiting for to join FEH are Sain, Dart, and Guy from FE7.

Maiko does have a Mirage type outfit in Encore, and doesn't really need to be a mirage master, her outfit when she is used in a session chain is seemingly based off of Dancers, kinda like a combination of Olivia and Azura.
Looks more like Eir than Olivia as part of the combination to me.
Summonable upgrades of old units alongside one or two new ones would be a great way to make people pull without running out of ideas for banners.
I can even be as simple as making 4* units a 5* focus on said banner, and when you get a 5* copy of them you get an object that can only be used on them. Like exclusive florets (maybe better than that but it's the idea).
Most Banner Guesses were well-grounded aside of the games you don't have recent first-hand experience.
That said, I don't think Lucia and Astrid would end up sharing a banner like in your first Tellius Banner proposal because I could see an OC/Ascended taking Astrid's slot and bringing Bastian (Green Tome) as a direct demote with strong thematic connections to both Volke & Lucia, and because I could also see IS being tone-deaf enough to make Astrid share banner instead with Makalov & Marcia...
possible. I made some of the graphics only after recording, which made me realize that we got those heroes ocs in 4 ongoing banners. Then there's also 2 mythics in there, so it might be a fair guess that we won't get a single new banner without an OC anymore till the Fallen banner

I bet fe4 will be the banner in February/March. They seem to like separating fe4 content by 6ish month intervals with September as a seasonal and feb/March as the regular pool. Also the next fe4 banner is 99% gen 2 as they like alternating them. The banner would be themed around chapter 6 recruits having Arthur, oifey, Lana, schasaha and tinni with oifey being ghb. That’s my hard read

I think the constant 3H burn has more depth than "3H sold many copies, so pump the characters in feh to get more people to buy orbs". I think IS is trying to burn all the content for 3H, but only for the academy phase to get all of the students out of they way with as much money as possible. They know they still have the same amount of money and pulls by adding characters from the timeskip. I think that's when the 3H feh craze will die down a little, when all students are released. The timeskip units will be scarce however, I do feel that a new FE game may be in the works.
well, honestly, I've never been mad about any 3H banner so far. It's the newest game, has a big cast of lovable units and it makes total sense that players would like to have those units. I would have honestly expected even more 3H banners

I just want Volug to be in the game already, i really like the little bits of personality he got on RD and i really want to see how they'd portray him in Feh (and yeah mainly becuase he's hot lmao), but since i really doubt IS will ever make a Radiant Dawn exclusive banner (like only Dawn Brigade and such) i could see him getting in only as the usual random Tellius seasonal (see Pirate Vika, Groom Rafiel, Summer Rhys, Winter Sephiran, Bridal Tanith, etc), but on one of the Summer banners, he's already shirtless all the time so i guess he fits, it would be really similar to how Summer Freyr looks if anything, he'd likely be a colorless beast infantry demote, or a 5 star unit with Wildheart as either a prf or an inheritable skill (the outcoume i'd prefer, even if he's harder to get)
I mean... seeing Winter Tharja I guess he could pull of the shirtless alt in any season xDD

Very solid predictions, i really hope Kieran & Marcia get added alongside Geoffrey but there's just so many Crimea related characters that some people will have to get left behind.
Only nitpick is i'm 90% sure if Machyua is on the FE5 banner she'll bring Brighton along with her as they are recruited at the same time and are lovers. FEH places a lot of importance on related characters getting added together, even if one of them isn't very popular. recent examples that come to mind are Benny getting in with Charlotte and the rest of the wolfguard getting added with Wolf. a banner with Machyua, Brighton, Lara, Karin & Fergus would cover all the semi-important characters introduced in the manster arc of FE5 and it's what i think they'll go for.

I'm a little worried if my girl Neimi is gonna on a seasonal banner because it's really hard to get what I want especially with no sparks, it would be horrendous imo. Ofc like you said time will tell. Still I would be happy anyways if she comes in
Watched it all now. A very interesting analysis. What I think IS will do is add characters who were added in gen 1 and 2 with promoted versions in order for them to sell banners. I can see an Awakening banner having a Great Lord version of Chrom or a Grand Master version of Robin for example.
I feel like this might've been a little awkwardly timed considering the makeup of Fjorm's banner. It's actually thematic instead of just having the appearance of such despite awful popularity almost across the board. Foregoing almost the entire top 5 including Nyna who is...very busty. Malice fills this role, but she was a bottom barrel pick to not ruin a potential Nyna banner, it feels like.
We could see most of the banners in the next 2-5 months knocking out themes expected to sell like piss such as the Dawn Brigade (or Elincia's full crew for the Lucia carry) to test the carrying power of the MANY huge benefits to NH sparking we now have as a result. It really split open the possibilities.
Also, I think the next 3H batch would be more like: Manuela, Cyril, Alois, Rhea, and Hanneman(?). Or continue de-alting pre-timeskip versions. Just because we already have the chibi assets for those options in Gatekeeper's animation.
well, I wouldn't say that. In the FE6 section I actually touched FE1's current banner, and I predicted Malice Wolf and Roshea. I did not think they'd go for the full wolf squad, that's true, but 2 out of the top 5 doesn't look like they went out of their way with this banner

I'm assuming you haven't read some of the FE mangas. Gharnef has an apprentice from the unfinished one and then there's Al and a few others in the BB manga. Maybe IS will surprise us with them being introduce in the game.

This was a good analysis although for Tokyo Mirage Session, the Switch port added mirage versions of Maiko and Barry so I think those two could easily get in with Touma, Yashou and Tiki. Barry would probably be the GHB or TT unit while the other 4 are on the banner.
That would also get everyone on the heroes team in the game, which is all they really need to do to make that feel complete.
Also, just as a side note, for FE6 I could see them totally dipping into the FE manga for that. They haven't been in the CYL votes at all but they were featured in Cipher and IS have said they like the characters so I could totally see the 4 heroes and 2 popular villains make it in the game as a banner

I think awakening has only 2 banners left, a kid banner with servera, inigo, noir and someone else and the Shepard banner I've shown, and priam doesn't fit on any of them. @@Eldervi Ah, it makes sense when you think about it thematically then. I really hope he still gets in given his popularity. It’d be tragic if he doesn’t, but IS is gonna IS.
To explain the Mustafa case it's because they take in account both popularity and what characters have relationship with some characters that will be added(perhaps to facilitate forging bonds writing or to not be a total random salad?)
This is why Veld was added despite having single digits votes in CYL, because of his connection to Sara(her Kia staff is a story counter to his Petrify spell)
Neither Jugdral nor Elibe has that many shared characters so I think the problem with FE9 and FE10 is that there's too much of an overlap in cast which is why they have the same slot for "their turn", only changing between 9 and 10 when it gets to them, so next time it's Tellius' slot then it will be Radiant Dawn.
About my hopes and dreams (that will probably be crushed again), personally, I hope TMS will be added on November now.
It's its last chance. February will be TMS HoF unless they are skipped or they use the same available cast again(which would sucks).
Plus December and January are kind of "sacrificial lambs" months as Christmas, New Years and Anniversary sucks orbs dry, as the "highest scoring" characters not be in the game yet in any shape or form it and being close to Black Friday bundles it would make sense I think?

If we get a banner demote I would relegate Touma more as an option than Yashiro because Yashiro has a defined gimmick in TMS (aka Melee Fjorm) while Touma isn't as obvious(but my guess would be slaying Prf with cooldown manipulation of some kind).
(If they are so hurting for females they really should add TikiIsMyWaifu to CYL voting sheesh!)
TMS can pretty much put alts in the main pool using the costumes they have in their home game as most don't fit the already existing seasonal banners and a lot of fans prefers those costumes than their Carnage forms(like Kiria for example) so getting more banners after their second one isn't a far fetched idea.

I think you are focusing a bit too much on popularity. IS has a thing where they sometimes just do themes like all children, or recently the Wolfguard. I think your awakening prediction will have a 50/50 shot as I see them either doing the rest of the children or doing the rest of the Shepards. Same with RD actually as I see them doing actual non fe 9 characters to represent the banner. It feels weird to have what are basically FE 9 characters for the FE 10 banner, which is why it will probably be the Dawn Brigade.
Really agreed here, yeah. I also really don't think we'll outright be canceling any games getting new banners any time soon unless FEH is _actually_ dying.

Since Instsys hates Tellius and Jugdral it’s safe to say the next banner for each is easily coming summer 2022
we got 3 Jugdral banners this year and almost every seasonal banner last year had a Tellius unit I don't think they hate them
@@xord6286 we are missing way too many characters for each game not including alts to justify it. Intsys is still showing favoritism towards awakening and fates after this long and it shows
@@SweaterPuppys Literally the only things Awakening has gotten this year are four alts and a backup. That is significantly less than Jugdral at six alts, a backup and two NH banners. They’ve slowed Fates quite a bit too. There’s been a glut of 3H since the game is newest, popular, and sells well, but most other games have been getting their day. Admittedly Tellius has gotten less this year than last.
The main reason so many characters are missing from Jugdral and Tellius is just that their casts are massive. Tellius has 73 playable characters and several more besides, compare to FE7 having 44.

TMS has to be soon. Their Hall of Forms is back in like 4 or 5 months.
Their HoF will be skipped since they are out of units for it. If they suddenly drop a TMS banner next month, they will have the units to fill a HoF lineup, but they will be too new to include them there....

I would want Maiko to lead the banner with Ayaha as the number 2, Touma as the 4-star focus and Tiki as the other good unit. I actually love Barry and would love to see him as a dancer, too.
