I was so hyped for this banner to come out, and then I just… skipped it. I spent like 400 orbs already this month (for fodder purposes) and just didn’t feel like going in again for units I honestly didn’t really care if I got or not. Sorry to see that the infamous green pool struck again for you Vi, but you’ve now got a lot of Far Trace fodder (and two brand new microwaves!).
I'm a little bit late to comment! here how my experience went: -As for now i spent around 410 orbs(maybe i will spend a little be more later,i got like 500 orb remaining) The results where 12 5* (10 focus) I got terrible luck on my way to the spark with nothing,no 5* until around the 30th summon,then up the spark i got 2 focus. I kept pulling,fortunately the rest of summon where on track with the rates of the chart that you did. The distribution of the heroes was balance,3 Thorrs,3 azuras(1 spark),2 Byleths and 2 Corrins I'm pretty happy of the result,considering the fact that even when you get bad luck on this banner,you still get much more than like a mythic/leggendary banner! I initially had little goals,since i didn't know how much i wanted to pull,wanted at least one copy of each hero but Byleth(which i actually reach before the spark). Good video,this is my first comment in the channel!
not having a good time with this banner either. got so many green-less circles and pity breakers. overall haul still pretty good, but considering what it could've been... guess this is what I get for having amazing luck on thorr's debut banner.
I had absolutely insane luck. I got 15 Thórr, 9 Corrin, 10 Azura, 6 Byleth, and a ton of off-focus and 4-star specials. I think I got about 50 5-stars in about 700 orbs.
Yea, that is nuts. I also spent 700, so far, but got 25 total, with 18 focus. I was not exactly disappointed by my own results, so your results are indeed insane.
That some insane luck. I got somewhere in the 70s but spent 1900 orbs so a much higher opportunity cost lol Got a similar result in 16 Thorr 10 corrin 13 Azura and 9 Byleth. I would take yours any day 😉
Yikes man I put in 370 orbs and including spark, I got 6 hazura, 4 ninjorrin, 4 thorr, and 3 male byleth. It's shameful you spent almost triple the orbs and got similar results...thats just how gacha goes With all the fury 4 fodder, I built a thorrforce team with the help of your video! Expecting a ninjorrin+hazura AR-Offense guide next :D
yeah, then on the other hand I was really lucky and got a free summon D!Chrom and free summon A!Idunn. The orbs I saved there were wasted now, so in the end it's probably the same xDD
Don't forget we're getting another legendary this month, not a mythic! Don't want you to have a horrible moment when the trailer drops, lol. Sorry the summoning didn't go so well for you, too. I ended up on the other end of the spectrum, with 1704 orbs spent for a total of 55 5* units. 35 of those were focuses (12 Corrins, 10 Thorrs, and 7 each of Azura and Byleth), with 14 pity breakers and only 6 4* specials. Average orbs per 5* was about 31 with the specials included, around 35 if you take them out. Still above your predicted rate, but I'm honestly very happy with the results.
so it's really confirmed ö_ö I think I heard it, but I thought this might be one of the translation issues where they just talk about the next legendary banner but it's a mythic banner as the banner type is essentially the same thing... that's kinda sad
I'm so sorry to see that your summons didn't go as well as you had predicted or hoped. This banner seems to either treat summoners super well or super bad, there aren't many people in between. I got my last 3 copies of Ninjorrin to get her to +10, so this all green banner was a success for me. Best of luck with saving your orbs again and your future summons!
My experience with 3405 orbs: For Start i had 1 Byleth and the Free Corrin, also i Sparked for Byleth. When i was at 1927 (1475 spent orbs) i got my Last Thórr but i was missing one Byleth (i already +10 Azura and Byleth to this point, i even got an extra copy of Both). The funny Part is that i spent 324 more orbs to get my last Byleth and i got first 5 Corrin's 1 Thórr and 3 Azuras's and in the last Circle i got 2! Byleths 🤣. At the end i Spent 1804 orbs for +10 all, i think it wasn't bad, caus i have a Friend who spent 2300 orbs and almost +10 Corrin 2 times!! And was missing 3 Byleths (even when she spark for him)
My priorities were the same as yours, but the banner got me 5 Azura, 4 Corrin, 3 Byleth and 3 Thor! Out of these, I only had Byleth, which sitted at +1. The Azuras were sad to me, but at least I can multi-dance those Rokkrs now! Oh and it was all in 500ish orbs! My average was insanely good and, even though I got few Thors, summoning on this banner was a blast to me! Thank you all who took Edelgard out on round 1!
My deepest condolences for your experience on AHR this year. You certainly still got tons of units and Thorr merges, but it was not the results you were expecting. Still happy for you though. I got Hatari Azura on my main account in 15 orbs and my alt account again got a big boost in units. The alt got Alm, Eyvel, Male Byleth (DC fodder for Valentian Palla), Jill (probably for Speed/Def rein fodder), a merge on Thorr, 2 Hatari Azura (one merged and one for fodder), and finally 2 Legendary Male Byleth (that included the Spark for a merge). Funnily enough, after I got Eyvel, I started to switch to color sniping instead of full circles when I looked at your Summoning Odds Reddit post and comment sections. It actually helped a lot to get more value out of the banner instead of JUST doing full circles even with no greens. I left the banner pretty happy on both accounts just like last year and NOW I can resume going for Ascended Mareeta. I am pleased.
Congrats for your main goal Thorr. For me Corrin was my main goal. I saved 550 f2p orbs since November baiscally for her rerun on double special Heroes. Luckly i got 2 copies of her on her original Banner for only 100 orbs, one free copy from the special hero summon (year 5) (crazy luck), then the AHR free copy and then 5 copies of her in the AHR Banner + another free as spark. Now i have a +9 corrin, waiting for her double Special to +10 her. Alongside i also got 4 Azuras, 4 Thorrs, 5 Byleths (i had no one of these before) and some other stuff. All in all i got much more then i supossed and im greatful for that.
I free summoned Byleth and pulled a Brave Marth directly after when no green showed up which made me optimistic like you did but after that not a single focus unit until the 36th summon with Azura and a Thorr right before the spark made me bail right after. Not mention those 4 and a random Rennac were the only 5* units I got the whole session. I’m just happy my FEH bank recovered all the orbs lost spending on that train wreck.
Sorry it went pretty bad, I know how much you were looking forward to this banner :( I managed to save my orbs and not get baited, since the only unit I actually wanted from here was Azura!!! now i have orbs for summer claude 😂😂
So far I only got to like 150+ orbs in (I will still summon to spark as I haven't yet, I'm 5 summons away and I don't even know who to Spark for) and I got 2 Byleths, 1 Azura/Leanne, 1 Ninjorrin/Ninjalise (haha), 1 Thórr and a 4* Myrrh, to me it was pretty good, could have gone better but I'm pretty satisfied so far. As for your run, as you said, it might have been below average, but it was still better than other banners by the sheer amount of 5* units, I hope your next Summoning Sessions are much better though! :)
my summoning sessions are mostly bad, but I have insane luck on free summons, got A!Idunn and D!Chrom like that, so I guess it evens out in the end xDDD
Hey Eldervi i throwed 1,5 k orbs into this banner and get kind of decent outcome? 11 Thorr´s, 7 Byleths and 8 Corrins + 5 Azuras. But im kind thinking if i should merge thorr to +10 or stop somehow at a specific number? Your outcome seems kind of similiar :D
I used 63 orbs (I think) in 15 summons to get three Azuras, plus the last copy I needed to finish Ilyana (when there was no greens). I'd have preferred Thorr or Byleth just to have one of each, but it's fine. This banner wasn't interesting to me, since I want to +10 B!Tiki once she arrives, and I'm saving for it (already have like 550 orbs).
Me: I kinda want everyone except Azura. 400 Orbs later: 5 Azuras, 0 Corrins, 3 Byleths, 2 Thorrs Well guess that’s color sharing for ya lol. Still a pretty fun banner, I’m glad it happened. I certainly won’t be running out of SR Far Trace fodder for a while.
similar thing happened to me: Me:Wants No Thorr's Me: *Gets 5 Thorr, 4 or 5 Azura, 3 Corrins, 0 Byleths* So much Flow Guard, but I never asked for it, and I still have no clue on who to spark, since I have everyone.
Well hey, you can just think of it as this: if Azura were blue, and you only sniped greens, you would’ve spent the same orbs to get that number of Corrins, Byleths, and Thorrs, but then also no Azuras as opposed to 7. Count the Azuras as a gift lol Those Azuras wouldn’t have magically become those other focuses necessesarily. THAT’S how colorsharing works 👌🏻 Summoning is pain either way though lol at least you can use her fodder 😁
My goal on the banner was Byleth for +10 him. At the beginning, it went very well and I think I got 6 copies in maybe 200-250 orbs, which made him +8 and ... 600 orbs later Byleth is still +8. With this I got 11 Azura, so I'm the happy owner of a +10 Azura (my first seasonnal +10 i guess), 3 Ninjorrin, 2 Thorr, 1 Gatekeeper, 1 Rinkah, 1 Sirius (at least it's lull atk/spd fodder). So it's not a bad result but I'm not pleased with it
this banner was fantastic for me... I put around 400 to 450 orbs on this and came out with 7 Thorrs, 4 Corrin, 4 Azura and 3 Byleth... off banner: Pent, Gatekeeper, Larum, F!Edelgard, Shamir. FO Julia, Lewyn, Nina, F!Kana and Osian.
Random question, for Thorrforce was there a limit of how many merges you can give Thorr before the self damage wings of mercy stuff breaks? I remember someone mentioning something about that..
no, you can actually +10 her and she will still get in vantage range after 2 combats even during bonus week ^^ +10 Thorr has 45HP, 55 during bonus week, so 50% of that is 27, and double fury 7 does 28.
I finished the banner with a whopping... nine total Azuras, the unit I too wanted the least. It's to the point where I never want to see any kind of Leanne or Azura on my summoning screen over again XD I got over it though and in the end, you can't deny that this banner still gives you a lot of overall value since I got a lot of 5 stars I likely would have never gotten otherwise. I'm sorry about your stats, but I'm glad that at the very least, you still got a bunch of copies of what you wanted!
I’m sorry you got hate for advocating for this banner 😔 it was a pretty crazy banner for me!! In my first summoning I spent 700 orbs and got Thorr to +10 😀 she wasn’t my priority but still appreciated for the AR scoring. I got my Corrin to +8 and went back later with another 50 orbs to get another. I did get another Thorr though 😖 I also got 6 Azura 5 Byleth and 10 off focus with 750 orbs total 😳 so thank you for helping this banner happen!!!! 🥰
I’ve had some pretty good luck I think, haven’t math’d it all out yet but I spent around 1k orbs and got a +10 thorr, +5 corrin, +4 Azura (I summoned another but used it for fury 4), and a +5 Byleth (I only had the free corrin to start with too). Now I begin saving once again for CYL tiki :)
Unlucky on the summons, Eldervi. But thank you for the hard work it must have taken to do this! Unfortunately summoning in this game is dominated by small-number statistics, meaning there is a big variance in how successful your summons are. I remember needing 7 copies of Bedelgard on a hero fest and it cost me 1400 orbs (which is terrible) - which was dominated by me spending 600 orbs in the middle without a single copy.
My run was similar to yours, but I got enough Corrins to make it a +10 project in the future, so not really mad, but it could've been much better. Still, all heroes in this banner are great, so even at average or a little below average orbs/5* we're still good to go.
that is so true, and I think it is the one thing people should take away from the banner. Like, yeah, it sucks when it could have gone even better, but even doing worse on this banner gives you still the same outcome like doing good on regular banners
My luck on this banner was just really good. Managed to grab 6 byleths (+1 spark), 6 corrins, 4 thorrs, 0 azuras (nice), a brave hector, a brave edelgard, and gduel infantry 3 fodder all in under 450 orbs (23-24 orbs per 5* and 27-28 orbs per 5* focus). Planning to dump whatever orbs I can get into the banner until it ends and then save until May to hopefully +10 byleth.
I spent 1100 orbs. While I also didn't reach the average orb counr I came much closer to it at ariund 24 per 5 star. Got my first 5*+10 in Byleth and Thorr so I'm really grateful for the banner. Now I just don't know what to do with all the Azuras and Corrins I got. Do I emege them and keep them at a middling anämount of merges or do I fodder them. But those are problems for the privileged (Luxusprobleme - I love german sometimes).
I was quite fortunate. 3 Corrins, 3 Byleths, 3 Azuras, and 2 Thorrs in a bit over 200 Orbs, maybe closer to 250. No off-focuses, either besides 4* Heldigan. Not to mention, at least one of each unit besides Thorr was +Atk, so that was even better.
It seems like this banner was curse for those who hyped it like me. Glad you got some good value of it. I was hoping for one Thórr and another from the spark. I did get one Thórr after I sparked her but it took me 545 orbs to get her. I got 4 Corrininjas, 4 L!M!Byleths, 1 H!Azura and Neimi, Jill, Gerik and Edelgard before her. I really wanted more Thórr merges but I can't complain about the quality.
I don't know how to feel. I used 1111 orbs. I got 43 5*. Only 19 of those were focus. 17 non focus. 7 4* specials. I got to complete Corrin but. . .I still ugh.
The banner went great for me, i spent more than 1300+ F2P orbs and i got +10 Thorr with 2 more copies for fodder, +8 Byleth, +6 Ninjorrin and +9 Azura, the pitybreakers that i got were pretty good on green and also for red when i didnt get any green orbs on a circle, incredibly happy with my results on this banner, i would have liked to get byleth to +10, but hes at +8 so i can get the last 2 copies in the future.
295 orbs and all I got for 5*s are Thorr as a focus unit, Azura as redeem, annette whi broke my pity at 3.5%, and a bunch of 4* special rate units. I should have gone for pity and never tried to break my 4.5% pity which reach 5.75% in the end.
To be honest it is still better than my year 1 banner attempt for Summer Female Corrin which I had dumped everything on just for her which ended up with me having 0 focus units and a 9% focus rate. Like WTF? Then next year when she was rerunned in a legendary banner, I got her 3x in the same summoning circle so I guess she was so far behind the long queue. 🤣
I’m sorry your summoning experience wasn’t quite as good as the average, Papavi ;v; But if anything, it was the last argument I needed to decide not opening my wallet for this banner in order to get a couple more copies of Thorr or Corrin, that’s the reality of gacha games :v (ngl the recent news about DL shutting down kinda influenced me in this decision too) I’m only 3 merges away from a +10 on Corrin, I think I’ll be patient and wait for her DSH/rerun. I got N!Corrin +7, L!Byleth +7, Thórr +5 and H!Azura +5 in 1020 orbs, with a lot of off-focus. Unfortunately, I got a lot of Dieck, which is basically useless for me, and the other off-focus didn't even remain in my memory for too long. The drought of green orbs is what made the experience in this banner worse than it should have been, since I basically used 200 orbs without getting a single 5*, and then they would show up back to back.
Spend 1200 orbs My start was two off focus in 27 pulls (astrid & gerik). I hit 4.25+ 3 times but ended with 10 corrins (with spark), 7 byleth, 7 thorr, and 6 azura!
Out of my 42 summons 33 were on green stones, most of the time I had only one green per circle, but I got seven 5 stars out of them, all green: four Byleths (I didn't have him before) and one Corrin for focus units, Osian as my only pitybreaker and Hector as my obligatory 4 star special of the summoning session. That Hatari Azura spark cost me 195 orbs (skipped her original banner to get her here), the max I've ever spent on a banner since I suck at saving, but it was a pretty good haul compared to what I usually get sparking on 3% banners. The only bad thing is that I still don't have Thorr, but I only do auto dispatches in AR so I can live without her.
I feel you. I came out of the gate SCREAMING. 630 orbs for 22 focus units with spark (8 Thorr, 2 Byleth, 5 Duo Corrin, 7 Azura, enough to finish my +10 on both Azura and Corrin exactly!). Then I went back in to find disaster… I got the +9 Thorr in 10 orbs, followed by another 800 orbs for the last freakin’ Thorr… I should’ve just sparked on her next rerun 😭 that perfect 29 orbs/focus and 19/5* was dead on in that first round, but ended up with a rate of 43 orbs/focus and frayed sanity. Never again will I not wait on that last merge! An expensive lesson to learn… Either way, those Reddit naysayers can take a shower. Anecdotal evidence < stats, especially when they have no way to sample every player’s results. You keep doing you and bring them the information their contrarian brains don’t want to hear 😎
yeah, being 1 or 2 away feels so tempting to finish he process. I usually stop at 9 for everything just so I'm not mad about an extra copy, but seeing how all of these units have crazy good fodder I totally get wanting to get as much as possible out of it!

I spent 1900 orbs and I 10'd Thor at 800 😱😱, but i kept pulling and ended having 16 Thors and had Corrin at +8 and +7 Azura, and +4 Byleth, I'm really happy with the results
i had saved 150 orbs for this banner and managed to get 2 ninjorrins, 1 byleth, 1 azura, 3 thors, 1 ascended fjorm and annette. pretty damn lucky i got 5 5* in a row
13 Corrin, 10 Byleth (including spark), 16 Azura, 7 Thorr, plus 24 off-focus in 1900 orbs for me (69 total 5*s including spark, nice, for 27.5 orbs per 5*). I got 3 Gerik and 5(!) Shamir, off-focus. I stopped when I hit the last Byleth to finish +10. I would have traded many Azura for extra Thorr but I wasn't going to summon to finish her +10 since I'm consistent T39 in AR without her. Amazing value banner overall and I'm happy with my results, but variance is a bitch. So many Azura.
Got only 4 5 stars to spark personally. That's about 45-50 orbs per summon for me. At least they were all focus. 2 Thorr, 1 Azura and 1 Byleth. Then I sparked Ninjorin. Still better than my average on the last Legendary banner... where I got ZERO 5 stars in 40 summons...
I feel you, I was also not very lucky on this one, but I'm not going all in, since I'd have no chance of getting any of them done anyway. Au contraire; (beware, the following contains a very positive experience for this banner) My friend spent 1.8k orbs and got all of them up to +10 and has 7 M!Byleths and 6 Duo Corrins and 1 H!Azura to spare. That's variance for you... He also had a streak of 6 5🌟 in a row, completely insane. In 1 k orbs he had Byleth and Corrin done already... And the pity breaks were also stupid, A!Fjroms (2), Rennac, V!Palla, Dedue and so many more. He got over 75 5🌟 in 1.8k orbs, where he should have gotten like a bit under 60. If you care, I can check again for the exact details, we made a summoning log, keeping track, if you want an example for the positive results of this banner I can send you the list of 5🌟s, with orb counts next to each of them, when they each got summoned.
Heya Eldervi! I had no intention on sparking on the banner, so I saved up after getting my H!Sonya for my S!Laegjarn, which rounded to around to 33 orbs (Minus all the orb quest I've been putting off) With just those orbs alone, outside my free summon (No Greens), I got the perfect amount of Green Orbs at 7, and in total 4 5 stars, 3 being focus units, 2 Thorr's and a Azura. So days later, I decided to go up to spark, cause why not and, I saw many Azuras and Thorr (I sent some Barracks and others to Manuals, so my numbers are all over.) I believe in total, in 40 summons, I got around 30+ Greens, half of which being 5 stars, and only 2 or 3 being pitybreakers. Now I'm facing a decision on who to spark, cause I have no need for anyone there, and with how much Trace and Flow guard fodder, I think Byleth is my better choice, but I have no clue on who wants Attck Def Ideal right now.
well, you should definitely wait till they give us ATK/DEF ideal 3 on a pool or grail unit so you can fodder it together with either the lull or times pulse
I already spend all my orbs on getting merge needed to +10 Spring Minerva so I knew already that it was a small price to pay for not saving just so I can get my fav bunny girl to +10. But trust me, I also didn't wanted to ended up like spending 1000 of dollars. thankfully, my final summon was (ironically) a 5* Spring Minerva. Saving me 20k feathers for a free merge And I did it. But because of it, I ended up of just yolo summoning in that banner. So far, only got one byleth. Witch is good since I needed one to fix my ban on the one I have.
The thing about regressing to the mean is that large numbers bring you CLOSER to mean, but once you're an outlier, it would take an equal and opposite outlier result to bring you to average -- and expecting that to happen is the definition of gambler's fallacy. Or, put another way, losses stay on the board and are sunk costs. Nothing prevents 3 bad luck streaks in a row just like nothing prevents 3 heads in a row, even if you already flipped 3 heads. Anyway, sorry about Byleth. You know, the other thing about the hype on this banner is the main fodder value of 2/4 units is S/R Trace, which is not usable by the vast majority of units. Kicking out Eirtri is really where this banner went wrong
I wild session. I think I was on the luckier side here as Corrin was my focus and she found me a 10 times including soak in around 700 orbs. Not sure what percentile that is but probably a good one. Also sorry to dash your hopes but this month is another Legendary and not a mythic :(
I hate color sharing. I always have the worse luck and feel like I got worse odds then normal banners. I summoned till I could spark and I only got two of them. Thankfully one that did drop was a +Atk Thorr, so I just sparked for another Thorr and called it a day.
Overall haul for the banner was decent, but the rate was well below average for me as well. I averaged 1 focus unit per 48 orbs much worse than the 1/29 that it should have been for the average. If we were to include off focus and 4* specials that rate would be 1 per 33 orbs (again, good rate overall, but still much lower than the average that should be for this type of banner which is 1/19). There's always going to be variance, but it's a trend that I've noticed within fehs summoning ever since the spark for feh pass holders was introduced, there's been a sever lack of focus units on their debut banners (specifically the primary focus unit or "star" of each banner is the one that is affected the most, idunn in particular cost me another approximately 1k orbs all up for only a +3 result with a total rate of about 1 focus unit per 160 orbs). There is something fishy going on with banner rates at the moment. The focus pull rates are much lower than they should be and this change happened around the same time the sparking on any banner for feh pass holders was introduced.
I'm still debating finishing my spark since I got my copy of Azura and Byleth in 18 pulls but I don't think I need anymore 😂 Don't have Thorr but I don't play AR seriously anyway Also this month's hero is a legendary unfortunately, not a mythic! So you don't have to worry about spending more on AHR hahah
Overall I don't think it's a bad summoning session. It could have been much worse. You got 7 copies of your desired pick, it could've been in the reversed way, 7 Azuras and only 3 Thorrs. I went for the spark and my first pitybreak was Fallen Edelgard (oh the irony)... Then I got 1 Azura, 2 Thorrs and 1 Byleth + 1 pity Dieck. An average/good result, the thing is that I wanted merges of Corrin... In the end I sparked Thorr because it was more viable and abandoned the idea of merging Corrin. But as always, color sharing is ONLY good if you want ALL the heroes that share the color. I think it's time they raise the rates...
I ran bad on this banner. I'd like to collect results from the entire community to check if we have evidence that they rigged it so that it wasn't actually a 3% banner
Got to spark because the odds were good(though several circles were greenless). And my peers were getting decent pulls. Got duo Azura x2, a ninjorrin, 2 Myrrh (got mine to +9), and sparked a Thor. Now i don't need to summon until summer.

I got terrible luck on my way to the spark with nothing,no 5* until around the 30th summon,then up the spark i got 2 focus.
I kept pulling,fortunately the rest of summon where on track with the rates of the chart that you did.
The distribution of the heroes was balance,3 Thorrs,3 azuras(1 spark),2 Byleths and 2 Corrins
I'm pretty happy of the result,considering the fact that even when you get bad luck on this banner,you still get much more than like a mythic/leggendary banner!
I initially had little goals,since i didn't know how much i wanted to pull,wanted at least one copy of each hero but Byleth(which i actually reach before the spark).

I had absolutely insane luck. I got 15 Thórr, 9 Corrin, 10 Azura, 6 Byleth, and a ton of off-focus and 4-star specials. I think I got about 50 5-stars in about 700 orbs.
Yea, that is nuts. I also spent 700, so far, but got 25 total, with 18 focus. I was not exactly disappointed by my own results, so your results are indeed insane.

Yikes man I put in 370 orbs and including spark, I got 6 hazura, 4 ninjorrin, 4 thorr, and 3 male byleth. It's shameful you spent almost triple the orbs and got similar results...thats just how gacha goes

yeah, then on the other hand I was really lucky and got a free summon D!Chrom and free summon A!Idunn. The orbs I saved there were wasted now, so in the end it's probably the same xDD
I managed to get 14 corrins, 11 azuras, 11 byleths, 7 thorrs, and like 10 off-focueses in 1700 orbs, so according to the calculator, I was very lucky.
Don't forget we're getting another legendary this month, not a mythic! Don't want you to have a horrible moment when the trailer drops, lol.
Sorry the summoning didn't go so well for you, too. I ended up on the other end of the spectrum, with 1704 orbs spent for a total of 55 5* units. 35 of those were focuses (12 Corrins, 10 Thorrs, and 7 each of Azura and Byleth), with 14 pity breakers and only 6 4* specials. Average orbs per 5* was about 31 with the specials included, around 35 if you take them out. Still above your predicted rate, but I'm honestly very happy with the results.
so it's really confirmed ö_ö I think I heard it, but I thought this might be one of the translation issues where they just talk about the next legendary banner but it's a mythic banner as the banner type is essentially the same thing... that's kinda sad
I'm so sorry to see that your summons didn't go as well as you had predicted or hoped. This banner seems to either treat summoners super well or super bad, there aren't many people in between. I got my last 3 copies of Ninjorrin to get her to +10, so this all green banner was a success for me. Best of luck with saving your orbs again and your future summons!
My experience with 3405 orbs:
For Start i had 1 Byleth and the Free Corrin, also i Sparked for Byleth.
When i was at 1927 (1475 spent orbs) i got my Last Thórr but i was missing one Byleth (i already +10 Azura and Byleth to this point, i even got an extra copy of Both). The funny Part is that i spent 324 more orbs to get my last Byleth and i got first 5 Corrin's 1 Thórr and 3 Azuras's and in the last Circle i got 2! Byleths 🤣. At the end i Spent 1804 orbs for +10 all, i think it wasn't bad, caus i have a Friend who spent 2300 orbs and almost +10 Corrin 2 times!! And was missing 3 Byleths (even when she spark for him)
My priorities were the same as yours, but the banner got me 5 Azura, 4 Corrin, 3 Byleth and 3 Thor!
Out of these, I only had Byleth, which sitted at +1.
The Azuras were sad to me, but at least I can multi-dance those Rokkrs now!
Oh and it was all in 500ish orbs! My average was insanely good and, even though I got few Thors, summoning on this banner was a blast to me!

My deepest condolences for your experience on AHR this year. You certainly still got tons of units and Thorr merges, but it was not the results you were expecting. Still happy for you though.
I got Hatari Azura on my main account in 15 orbs and my alt account again got a big boost in units.
The alt got Alm, Eyvel, Male Byleth (DC fodder for Valentian Palla), Jill (probably for Speed/Def rein fodder), a merge on Thorr, 2 Hatari Azura (one merged and one for fodder), and finally 2 Legendary Male Byleth (that included the Spark for a merge).
Funnily enough, after I got Eyvel, I started to switch to color sniping instead of full circles when I looked at your Summoning Odds Reddit post and comment sections. It actually helped a lot to get more value out of the banner instead of JUST doing full circles even with no greens.
I left the banner pretty happy on both accounts just like last year and NOW I can resume going for Ascended Mareeta. I am pleased.

For me Corrin was my main goal. I saved 550 f2p orbs since November baiscally for her rerun on double special Heroes. Luckly i got 2 copies of her on her original Banner for only 100 orbs, one free copy from the special hero summon (year 5) (crazy luck), then the AHR free copy and then 5 copies of her in the AHR Banner + another free as spark.
Now i have a +9 corrin, waiting for her double Special to +10 her.
Alongside i also got 4 Azuras, 4 Thorrs, 5 Byleths (i had no one of these before) and some other stuff.
All in all i got much more then i supossed and im greatful for that.
I free summoned Byleth and pulled a Brave Marth directly after when no green showed up which made me optimistic like you did but after that not a single focus unit until the 36th summon with Azura and a Thorr right before the spark made me bail right after. Not mention those 4 and a random Rennac were the only 5* units I got the whole session. I’m just happy my FEH bank recovered all the orbs lost spending on that train wreck.

I managed to save my orbs and not get baited, since the only unit I actually wanted from here was Azura!!! now i have orbs for summer claude 😂😂

So far I only got to like 150+ orbs in (I will still summon to spark as I haven't yet, I'm 5 summons away and I don't even know who to Spark for) and I got 2 Byleths, 1 Azura/Leanne, 1 Ninjorrin/Ninjalise (haha), 1 Thórr and a 4* Myrrh, to me it was pretty good, could have gone better but I'm pretty satisfied so far.
As for your run, as you said, it might have been below average, but it was still better than other banners by the sheer amount of 5* units, I hope your next Summoning Sessions are much better though! :)
my summoning sessions are mostly bad, but I have insane luck on free summons, got A!Idunn and D!Chrom like that, so I guess it evens out in the end xDDD

I used 63 orbs (I think) in 15 summons to get three Azuras, plus the last copy I needed to finish Ilyana (when there was no greens). I'd have preferred Thorr or Byleth just to have one of each, but it's fine. This banner wasn't interesting to me, since I want to +10 B!Tiki once she arrives, and I'm saving for it (already have like 550 orbs).

Well hey, you can just think of it as this: if Azura were blue, and you only sniped greens, you would’ve spent the same orbs to get that number of Corrins, Byleths, and Thorrs, but then also no Azuras as opposed to 7. Count the Azuras as a gift lol Those Azuras wouldn’t have magically become those other focuses necessesarily. THAT’S how colorsharing works 👌🏻 Summoning is pain either way though lol at least you can use her fodder 😁

My goal on the banner was Byleth for +10 him. At the beginning, it went very well and I think I got 6 copies in maybe 200-250 orbs, which made him +8 and ... 600 orbs later Byleth is still +8. With this I got 11 Azura, so I'm the happy owner of a +10 Azura (my first seasonnal +10 i guess), 3 Ninjorrin, 2 Thorr, 1 Gatekeeper, 1 Rinkah, 1 Sirius (at least it's lull atk/spd fodder). So it's not a bad result but I'm not pleased with it
this banner was fantastic for me... I put around 400 to 450 orbs on this and came out with 7 Thorrs, 4 Corrin, 4 Azura and 3 Byleth... off banner: Pent, Gatekeeper, Larum, F!Edelgard, Shamir. FO Julia, Lewyn, Nina, F!Kana and Osian.
Random question, for Thorrforce was there a limit of how many merges you can give Thorr before the self damage wings of mercy stuff breaks? I remember someone mentioning something about that..
no, you can actually +10 her and she will still get in vantage range after 2 combats even during bonus week ^^ +10 Thorr has 45HP, 55 during bonus week, so 50% of that is 27, and double fury 7 does 28.
I finished the banner with a whopping... nine total Azuras, the unit I too wanted the least. It's to the point where I never want to see any kind of Leanne or Azura on my summoning screen over again XD I got over it though and in the end, you can't deny that this banner still gives you a lot of overall value since I got a lot of 5 stars I likely would have never gotten otherwise. I'm sorry about your stats, but I'm glad that at the very least, you still got a bunch of copies of what you wanted!
I’m sorry you got hate for advocating for this banner 😔 it was a pretty crazy banner for me!! In my first summoning I spent 700 orbs and got Thorr to +10 😀 she wasn’t my priority but still appreciated for the AR scoring. I got my Corrin to +8 and went back later with another 50 orbs to get another. I did get another Thorr though 😖 I also got 6 Azura 5 Byleth and 10 off focus with 750 orbs total 😳 so thank you for helping this banner happen!!!! 🥰

I’ve had some pretty good luck I think, haven’t math’d it all out yet but I spent around 1k orbs and got a +10 thorr, +5 corrin, +4 Azura (I summoned another but used it for fury 4), and a +5 Byleth (I only had the free corrin to start with too). Now I begin saving once again for CYL tiki :)
I got 3 byleth , 2 Azura , 2 corrin, 1 thorr for around 200 orb. after spark I go for one more, things got worse. I put a stop to it :)
yeah, if I would have stopped around 500 orbs I would have had an amazing run, but you never know until you've done it xD

Unfortunately summoning in this game is dominated by small-number statistics, meaning there is a big variance in how successful your summons are. I remember needing 7 copies of Bedelgard on a hero fest and it cost me 1400 orbs (which is terrible) - which was dominated by me spending 600 orbs in the middle without a single copy.
My run was similar to yours, but I got enough Corrins to make it a +10 project in the future, so not really mad, but it could've been much better. Still, all heroes in this banner are great, so even at average or a little below average orbs/5* we're still good to go.
that is so true, and I think it is the one thing people should take away from the banner. Like, yeah, it sucks when it could have gone even better, but even doing worse on this banner gives you still the same outcome like doing good on regular banners
My luck on this banner was just really good. Managed to grab 6 byleths (+1 spark), 6 corrins, 4 thorrs, 0 azuras (nice), a brave hector, a brave edelgard, and gduel infantry 3 fodder all in under 450 orbs (23-24 orbs per 5* and 27-28 orbs per 5* focus). Planning to dump whatever orbs I can get into the banner until it ends and then save until May to hopefully +10 byleth.
I spent 1100 orbs. While I also didn't reach the average orb counr I came much closer to it at ariund 24 per 5 star. Got my first 5*+10 in Byleth and Thorr so I'm really grateful for the banner. Now I just don't know what to do with all the Azuras and Corrins I got. Do I emege them and keep them at a middling anämount of merges or do I fodder them. But those are problems for the privileged (Luxusprobleme - I love german sometimes).
I'm only 140 orbs in and got 3 byleth 3 asura and 5 Thor. 12,7 orbs on average. Sadly did not horde enough orbs for the banner.
I was quite fortunate. 3 Corrins, 3 Byleths, 3 Azuras, and 2 Thorrs in a bit over 200 Orbs, maybe closer to 250. No off-focuses, either besides 4* Heldigan. Not to mention, at least one of each unit besides Thorr was +Atk, so that was even better.

I was hoping for one Thórr and another from the spark. I did get one Thórr after I sparked her but it took me 545 orbs to get her. I got 4 Corrininjas, 4 L!M!Byleths, 1 H!Azura and Neimi, Jill, Gerik and Edelgard before her. I really wanted more Thórr merges but I can't complain about the quality.
About 1100 orbs spent, got 10 Azuras, 8 Thórr/Byleths, 3 Corrins, a Selena (Fluospar) and Dedue

I don't know how to feel. I used 1111 orbs. I got 43 5*. Only 19 of those were focus. 17 non focus. 7 4* specials. I got to complete Corrin but. . .I still ugh.

The banner went great for me, i spent more than 1300+ F2P orbs and i got +10 Thorr with 2 more copies for fodder, +8 Byleth, +6 Ninjorrin and +9 Azura, the pitybreakers that i got were pretty good on green and also for red when i didnt get any green orbs on a circle, incredibly happy with my results on this banner, i would have liked to get byleth to +10, but hes at +8 so i can get the last 2 copies in the future.
Was really excited for this banner, invested almost 1600 orbs but couldn't +10 neither Corrin or Byleth, gatcha strikes again

220 Orbs used, 1 Azura, 1 Corrin and Spark (Thorr), Green orbs didnt show up half of time either...
295 orbs and all I got for 5*s are Thorr as a focus unit, Azura as redeem, annette whi broke my pity at 3.5%, and a bunch of 4* special rate units. I should have gone for pity and never tried to break my 4.5% pity which reach 5.75% in the end.

To be honest it is still better than my year 1 banner attempt for Summer Female Corrin which I had dumped everything on just for her which ended up with me having 0 focus units and a 9% focus rate. Like WTF?
Then next year when she was rerunned in a legendary banner, I got her 3x in the same summoning circle so I guess she was so far behind the long queue. 🤣

I got N!Corrin +7, L!Byleth +7, Thórr +5 and H!Azura +5 in 1020 orbs, with a lot of off-focus. Unfortunately, I got a lot of Dieck, which is basically useless for me, and the other off-focus didn't even remain in my memory for too long. The drought of green orbs is what made the experience in this banner worse than it should have been, since I basically used 200 orbs without getting a single 5*, and then they would show up back to back.

My start was two off focus in 27 pulls (astrid & gerik).
I hit 4.25+ 3 times but ended with 10 corrins (with spark), 7 byleth, 7 thorr, and 6 azura!

I managed to get 4 corrins, 7 azuras, 13 byleths, 6 thorrs, and like 9 off-focueses in 800 orbs, so according to the calculator, I was lucky?
I wouldn't say my luck on this banner was bad, but it did take me 850 orbs to get my first Byleth.
Out of my 42 summons 33 were on green stones, most of the time I had only one green per circle, but I got seven 5 stars out of them, all green: four Byleths (I didn't have him before) and one Corrin for focus units, Osian as my only pitybreaker and Hector as my obligatory 4 star special of the summoning session. That Hatari Azura spark cost me 195 orbs (skipped her original banner to get her here), the max I've ever spent on a banner since I suck at saving, but it was a pretty good haul compared to what I usually get sparking on 3% banners. The only bad thing is that I still don't have Thorr, but I only do auto dispatches in AR so I can live without her.
I got 49 heroes with 1300 orbs.
+10 byleth +9 Thor and +8 Corrin.

I feel you. I came out of the gate SCREAMING. 630 orbs for 22 focus units with spark (8 Thorr, 2 Byleth, 5 Duo Corrin, 7 Azura, enough to finish my +10 on both Azura and Corrin exactly!). Then I went back in to find disaster… I got the +9 Thorr in 10 orbs, followed by another 800 orbs for the last freakin’ Thorr… I should’ve just sparked on her next rerun 😭 that perfect 29 orbs/focus and 19/5* was dead on in that first round, but ended up with a rate of 43 orbs/focus and frayed sanity. Never again will I not wait on that last merge! An expensive lesson to learn…
Either way, those Reddit naysayers can take a shower. Anecdotal evidence < stats, especially when they have no way to sample every player’s results. You keep doing you and bring them the information their contrarian brains don’t want to hear 😎
yeah, being 1 or 2 away feels so tempting to finish he process. I usually stop at 9 for everything just so I'm not mad about an extra copy, but seeing how all of these units have crazy good fodder I totally get wanting to get as much as possible out of it!

I spent 1900 orbs and I 10'd Thor at 800 😱😱, but i kept pulling and ended having 16 Thors and had Corrin at +8 and +7 Azura, and +4 Byleth, I'm really happy with the results
i had saved 150 orbs for this banner and managed to get 2 ninjorrins, 1 byleth, 1 azura, 3 thors, 1 ascended fjorm and annette. pretty damn lucky i got 5 5* in a row
13 Corrin, 10 Byleth (including spark), 16 Azura, 7 Thorr, plus 24 off-focus in 1900 orbs for me (69 total 5*s including spark, nice, for 27.5 orbs per 5*). I got 3 Gerik and 5(!) Shamir, off-focus. I stopped when I hit the last Byleth to finish +10. I would have traded many Azura for extra Thorr but I wasn't going to summon to finish her +10 since I'm consistent T39 in AR without her. Amazing value banner overall and I'm happy with my results, but variance is a bitch. So many Azura.
Got only 4 5 stars to spark personally. That's about 45-50 orbs per summon for me. At least they were all focus. 2 Thorr, 1 Azura and 1 Byleth. Then I sparked Ninjorin. Still better than my average on the last Legendary banner... where I got ZERO 5 stars in 40 summons...
This month we will have Legendary hero. Not Mythic.

My friend spent 1.8k orbs and got all of them up to +10 and has 7 M!Byleths and 6 Duo Corrins and 1 H!Azura to spare. That's variance for you... He also had a streak of 6 5🌟 in a row, completely insane.
In 1 k orbs he had Byleth and Corrin done already...
And the pity breaks were also stupid, A!Fjroms (2), Rennac, V!Palla, Dedue and so many more. He got over 75 5🌟 in 1.8k orbs, where he should have gotten like a bit under 60.
If you care, I can check again for the exact details, we made a summoning log, keeping track, if you want an example for the positive results of this banner I can send you the list of 5🌟s, with orb counts next to each of them, when they each got summoned.
I spent over 650 orbs and got 3 azura, 1 byleth, 4 corrins (including spark) and 4 thorrs. Slightly below average I think
Heya Eldervi! I had no intention on sparking on the banner, so I saved up after getting my H!Sonya for my S!Laegjarn, which rounded to around to 33 orbs (Minus all the orb quest I've been putting off)
With just those orbs alone, outside my free summon (No Greens), I got the perfect amount of Green Orbs at 7, and in total 4 5 stars, 3 being focus units, 2 Thorr's and a Azura.
So days later, I decided to go up to spark, cause why not and, I saw many Azuras and Thorr (I sent some Barracks and others to Manuals, so my numbers are all over.) I believe in total, in 40 summons, I got around 30+ Greens, half of which being 5 stars, and only 2 or 3 being pitybreakers.
Now I'm facing a decision on who to spark, cause I have no need for anyone there, and with how much Trace and Flow guard fodder, I think Byleth is my better choice, but I have no clue on who wants Attck Def Ideal right now.
well, you should definitely wait till they give us ATK/DEF ideal 3 on a pool or grail unit so you can fodder it together with either the lull or times pulse
I'm not summoning on this banner cause I don't wanna risk my orbs that I am currently saving right now
I already spend all my orbs on getting merge needed to +10 Spring Minerva so I knew already that it was a small price to pay for not saving just so I can get my fav bunny girl to +10. But trust me, I also didn't wanted to ended up like spending 1000 of dollars. thankfully, my final summon was (ironically) a 5* Spring Minerva. Saving me 20k feathers for a free merge And I did it. But because of it, I ended up of just yolo summoning in that banner. So far, only got one byleth. Witch is good since I needed one to fix my ban on the one I have.
I got Azura first try, going to wait to summon on it depending on what the legendary hero is.
Don't understand why this is bad, I spent 500 orbs and only got 3 Thorrs, 3 Azuras, 4 Corrins and 2 Byleths.
The thing about regressing to the mean is that large numbers bring you CLOSER to mean, but once you're an outlier, it would take an equal and opposite outlier result to bring you to average -- and expecting that to happen is the definition of gambler's fallacy. Or, put another way, losses stay on the board and are sunk costs. Nothing prevents 3 bad luck streaks in a row just like nothing prevents 3 heads in a row, even if you already flipped 3 heads.
Anyway, sorry about Byleth. You know, the other thing about the hype on this banner is the main fodder value of 2/4 units is S/R Trace, which is not usable by the vast majority of units. Kicking out Eirtri is really where this banner went wrong
I got pity broken too many times to consider a good summoning , more pity breakers than focus to be expecific
I wild session. I think I was on the luckier side here as Corrin was my focus and she found me a 10 times including soak in around 700 orbs. Not sure what percentile that is but probably a good one. Also sorry to dash your hopes but this month is another Legendary and not a mythic :(
I hate color sharing. I always have the worse luck and feel like I got worse odds then normal banners. I summoned till I could spark and I only got two of them. Thankfully one that did drop was a +Atk Thorr, so I just sparked for another Thorr and called it a day.
Overall haul for the banner was decent, but the rate was well below average for me as well.
I averaged 1 focus unit per 48 orbs much worse than the 1/29 that it should have been for the average.
If we were to include off focus and 4* specials that rate would be 1 per 33 orbs (again, good rate overall, but still much lower than the average that should be for this type of banner which is 1/19).
There's always going to be variance, but it's a trend that I've noticed within fehs summoning ever since the spark for feh pass holders was introduced, there's been a sever lack of focus units on their debut banners (specifically the primary focus unit or "star" of each banner is the one that is affected the most, idunn in particular cost me another approximately 1k orbs all up for only a +3 result with a total rate of about 1 focus unit per 160 orbs).
There is something fishy going on with banner rates at the moment. The focus pull rates are much lower than they should be and this change happened around the same time the sparking on any banner for feh pass holders was introduced.

I got absurdly lucky and +10'd Thorr with just around 400 orbs, funny enough too i was pity broken by both mamori and dedue too.
I got 16 Azuras, 12 Corrins, 11 Byleths and 11 Thorrs in 1950 orbs. Not sure if that is good or average but I am very happy :)
I'm still debating finishing my spark since I got my copy of Azura and Byleth in 18 pulls but I don't think I need anymore 😂 Don't have Thorr but I don't play AR seriously anyway
Also this month's hero is a legendary unfortunately, not a mythic! So you don't have to worry about spending more on AHR hahah

as some one who will probably not even make it to spark, this banner does mostly nothing for me, but so far i havent had any green orbs
3% focus at base is just bad odds...
The nature of Gambling. just because you have better odds, doesn't mean you will get better results.
Overall I don't think it's a bad summoning session. It could have been much worse. You got 7 copies of your desired pick, it could've been in the reversed way, 7 Azuras and only 3 Thorrs.
I went for the spark and my first pitybreak was Fallen Edelgard (oh the irony)... Then I got 1 Azura, 2 Thorrs and 1 Byleth + 1 pity Dieck. An average/good result, the thing is that I wanted merges of Corrin... In the end I sparked Thorr because it was more viable and abandoned the idea of merging Corrin.
But as always, color sharing is ONLY good if you want ALL the heroes that share the color. I think it's time they raise the rates...
I ran bad on this banner. I'd like to collect results from the entire community to check if we have evidence that they rigged it so that it wasn't actually a 3% banner
I got both thorr and byleth in summoning session
600 orbs, i needed two thorrs to +10 her, only got 1 on the spark t.t
As the banner is ending, I feel that people either got really good luck or really bad luck @___@.

sitting here with 6 pulls, 4 of which were L!Byleth somehow... what even...
Got to spark because the odds were good(though several circles were greenless). And my peers were getting decent pulls. Got duo Azura x2, a ninjorrin, 2 Myrrh (got mine to +9), and sparked a Thor. Now i don't need to summon until summer.
34orbs/focus and 24orbs/5* star (4* special included) here... 544 orbs and no Azura for me, but great result overall

I got 6 Thors, 4 Corrins, 3 Azuras and 2 Byleths in 900 orbs, pretty bad luck but shit happens.
