these stretches really helped my tight muscles 💪 😳 😩 😅 😍 😫 💪 very good stretches!
Baseline to half court
High knees - 2x8
Hamstring stretch (knee to chest) - 2x6
Hip stretch - 2x6
Body twist - 25 sec sets
Arm swings - 20 sec sets
Alternating side lunges - 2x5
3 way hip - 15 reps per part per leg
Static stretches
Quad stretches - 2 sets of 30 secs
Lunge hold - 2 sets of 30 secs
Sitting pigeon stretch - 2 sets of 30 secs
Standing pigeon stretch - 2 sets of 30 secs

Should I do all of these stretches in one workout of should I just do a few?
I wouldn't do all of them. I personally just do about 2-3 exercises

Don’t forget hamstring stretch, just use a towel and lay down, put it on your foot and pull it up keep your leg straight 40 seconds each

do whatever you think you should. everybody’s bodies are different, you can’t ask somebody that doesn’t know you

It'll get you a better posture but nothing helps with growth, it's just genes.
