You are one of the few guys that really knows how to drive the new generation of land rovers. When the vehicle looked like it was getting stucked you did not stop because the terrain response system was doing its job. Great video my friend. I can't wait to get mine here in Costa Rica
This vehicle wasn't designed for this, otherwise it won't have a monocasque chassis, nor it will have so many easy breakable plastics. It's more like a suv ready for sporadic inconveniences on the road.

Not my cup of tea personally but i watch all the vids on it because I love landys but this is the only real testing video of it out there the rest of offroad test videos are just driving on a gravel path Good job boys
There was no actual articulation at all there was no rock crawling trails this was no big deal I would love to have a Jeep Wrangler or a Bronco show you what really off-roading is

Wow you’ve really put that new Defender through its paces on this soft sand and mud and slush and it was nice to see that serious soft sand spin out when the terrain response system really kicked in.
Finally, a real test. All this time watching other "reviews" where they don't even know how to select the right terrain setting. Thank you for beating it like a cherokee drum.

І в принципі машина поводилась майже ідеально крім одного момента. Який на рівному або не виникне, або його ніхто просто не помітить. Не дарма-ж сюди брити приїхали розбиратись.

Test drove a Defender HSE yesterday....of course, not any off-road fun. It appears that the one in the video that has the smaller, 4cyl turbo engine, is powerful enough.

@@DriveYourWay how many days did you drive it for? A friend of mine bought the previous defender new and had a lot of stuff fixed in the first 6 months under warranty. Pretty crazy stuff including the wiring loom and fuel tank getting fully replaced, this is a different car but Land Rover is know for having poor reliability.

Name terrain response system just gives me goosebumps 😶
This and stock tyres. Put some proper tyres on it and you won't even need the terrain response system much.
I liked that. Most of us would have stopped but with the LRs no stopping. Push it and let it do its own things

@@DriveYourWay Може, але я все-таки схильний думати, що ключовою є різниця в умовах: тут рівний пісок, там - крутий підйом з мокрою глиною. І в принципі машина поводилась майже ідеально крім одного момента. Який на рівному або не виникне, або його ніхто просто не помітить. Не дарма-ж сюди брити приїхали розбиратись.

Test drove a Defender HSE yesterday....of course, not any off-road fun. It appears that the one in the video that has the smaller, 4cyl turbo engine, is powerful enough.
Really it is powerful enough!) You can see how easily it drives on the sand and mud!)

@@edplaysdrums8435 we had no problems with the car!) and we drove it hard.
@@DriveYourWay how many days did you drive it for? A friend of mine bought the previous defender new and had a lot of stuff fixed in the first 6 months under warranty. Pretty crazy stuff including the wiring loom and fuel tank getting fully replaced, this is a different car but Land Rover is know for having poor reliability.
@@edplaysdrums8435 our video is not about car with technical issues or about Defender technical problems - our video is about driving the new Defender. Our intention is to create new type of testing the cars capabilities and show what you can do with the car if it is necessary. I believe you can find a lot of videos about cars faults with discussions of technical problems and issues on RUclips - it is better to place your comments there. We will be glad if you write the comment about our video and our channel. We are new people for RUclips and believe me it is hard work to create such video. We are not professionals - we have desire to show that cars are for driving - not for taking!)
