I just can't see a half a million dollar price on this home. It is lovely and has several impressive amenities but the 3rd br is tiny and there are 2 baths. I do like the large living area and larger kitchen. The price is not inclusive of a fp or any built-ins. I do like it very much...just not the price , and 3 years later...🤔
