Sim, I'll try to answer your question. Most all wood floors here are engineered. They are thinner than traditional wood floors. They have wood veneers with plywood or press-wood backing and are made for application to a concrete slab. We are told that they can be re-finished once or twice. Specifically, the wood floor in this video looks to be a 5" wide oak plank.

Sim, it looks like a limestone product made for back splashes and could be a cultured stone.
