Their BBBofC route is dealt with via UKAD, who Benn has had a hearing with and was found not guilty with.
The board has chosen to appeal this- meaning redo it

No Benn hasn't, stop spreading lies. The NAPD decided UKAD doesn't have jurisdiction, so UKAD had to revoke Benn's suspension. They basically used a loophole, (don't believe everything EH says) to circumvent the case. Both UKAD and BBBofC both disagree and have appealed the decision.

Where was UKAD’s jurisdiction when BJS failed a VADA test 👀
@@JoshH1407 From memory, UKAD didn't have an issue with BJS as they have slightly different rules for what he failed the test for. UKAD only considers it a failure if it's "in competition" while VADA / WBO also includes "out of competition". As UKAD didn't take any action there wasn't an issue with jurisdiction. It would have been pretty weird for Eddie to bring it up for a defense in this case 😂
