@@Huw.Evans. It can be done, even beyond 50. It's all about having a regular routine (diet + exercise) and sticking rigidly to it. The average adult male needs 2000 calories a day. If you restrict yourself to 1500, with moderate daily exercise, and stay busy in between, the weight will come off. The first few pounds take the longest to shift, and many give up after a couple of weeks when they see no result, but once the weight starts to drop it will accelerate, as your metabolism changes.
I love Tyson but sick of people saying that someone filming him drunk was ‘disgusting’. He’s one of the most well known faces in the sporting world so if he’s going to go out and get pissed up and fall over outside then he’s going to get seen/filmed doing it. Get a grip ffs it’s no big deal🤦♂️🤦♂️
Yes , not what is expected from a professional athlete , Usyk is much better role model ,Fury has all physical advantages with his height reach and weight but the movement and work rate of Usyk won the fight .

At least the fighters are getting to make big money and keep more of it these days, the promoters should not be seen or heard . They refer to boxers signed to them as their "stable" like livestock . Make them pay into a fund for boxers that don't make it big and are struggling when they retire with brain damage depression etc.

Good to see Fury's statement of intent, back in the gym. The first fight definitely lived up to expectations, looking forward to the re-run. Have to say I think Usyk will wins again, for several reasons (possibly by stoppage this time,) but it'll be a great fight anyway.
