My feet would hurt all the time, I was hungry all the time, and i felt like had no energy not even to go get more food to stuff myself 😂. Thankfully I decided to lose weight and got into a boxing training camp. I dropped 50 lbs in 4 months. I didn’t even have a specific diet. I used to eat like crazy too while in training camp 😅😂. Fatphobic I guess is a word and means something , I think I was afraid of getting fat / big / overweight as a youth because I don’t want to be fat . I didn’t starve myself and I barely worked out intentionally - lots of walking and being active though . Losing weight and becoming FIT is not fatphobic - I’m not afraid of being fat - I’m afraid of not looking how I want to , not admiring my body, dying early , having fat around my arteries x She sounds fitphobic - afraid of being fit - because being fit - being able to use your body incredibly - doing flips and climbing and parkour. Like we can do amazing things with our body and simply being overweight would make it near impossible or dangerous. There’s literally weight limits on roller coasters. That alone should make you wan to be fit- it’s sad when someone in the group can’t go on the ride. That’s not fat shaming it’s DANGEROUS . 💕✨

From a Physical Therapy perspective, your mobility is directly related to how much extra weight your body is carrying. Excessive weight has scientifically been proven to show increasing joint degredation due to increased stress/wear on the surrounding structures. Less weight and more muscle stability means better mechanics/mobility and less wear in your joints over time. Take care of your body, you only get one!!
