You are just so lovingly endearing to everybody who has encountered you and thankyou for your compliments towards Fiona regarding her figure 😊. People say similar things to me regarding that of my 11 stone figure even though its 'skinny git' weight to my friend Sapper but its alright, ones size varies, even you once said to me that I am just the right size once. Fiona isn't the only person I know who would go on such a strict diet if she was over a certain weight to the point where she was not comfortable with it my mother is exactly the same and she would do exactly the same thing in the event she went over a certain weight she was personally not comfortable with a certain weight she might be even though she couldn't be anything more than 10 stone or weight, mind you, I would be more or less the same if in the event I went past the 11 1/2 stone or 160 to 161lb barrier but there we have things. Though the weight I would never want to go back to Michelle is back to the former 9 st 4lb of weight I used to be until about 2021 which was when I first learned of my nearly 2 stone weight gain to 11 stone being the weight I have largely remained since then. 9st 4lb of weight for a man really is 'skinny git' weight in my personal opinion though provided oneself is happy with the weight they are, that is all that matters. But thankyou Michelle for so lovingly wrapping your arm around Fiona's shoulder assuringly telling her that she is fine with the figural build she currently has 🥰. Certainly nothing can beat a good sandwich 😋. I don't know if you have ever had it before but have you ever eaten a prawn or seafood sandwich before? Gosh are they delicious and tastefully tasty 😋. But never mind if you haven't had them before but the sandwich diet certainly is a delicious diet for sure. I would do a strict sandwich diet if I personally went over a certain weight I was not comfortable being, this hasn't happened to me as of yet as I'm still in the comfortable weight zone which I'm personally reasonably happy and ok with being which is 11 stone or 154lbs or weight though if I was say anything over 11 1/2 stone or 160 to 161lbs I would immediately without hesitation go on a diet but everybody is different with their diet and weight preferences all the same. For the first time in my life, I really don’t want to vote for any of the main parties. They all campaign on things they think the people want, then they get elected and all their so called policies, just fly out of the window. Excellent evening chat Graham and Fiona 🙂. This one was certainly thoroughly enlightening and well worth the watch. I know, 4th July 2024 election day yes. Big historical moment our election days but its really in dependence as to who will be voting in the ballot boxes up and down the country and all the rest of things. But how nice Benji is over for a few short days with his new girlfriend 😊. Lovely times 😊. You're quite like me Graham as I too prefer hot warm weather climates too much like yourself as I sadly feel the cold a lot the older I got in age but there we have things really. How interesting learning that Fiona is losing weight in recent days, I don't think I have lost any weight recently either but never mind. I'm still a strong 70kg or 11 stone or 154lbs or weight alongside that of my 5 ft 8 inch height and size 8 (UK) or 9 (US) men's or 10 (US) or EU 42 women's feet/shoe size much like that of my good friends Dawn-Marie Smith and Nadine Williams though the difference being is that Nadine is shorter than I am at a mere 5 ft 7 as she did so tell me but Dawn-Marie, lovely Dawn-Marie on the other hand is my height and also low and behold additionally the same weight as me too to tell you both of things. But good luck with Fiona's weight loss campaign and certainly hoping she is continually successful with it as if I went over a certain weight I would do what Fiona has done recently, go on a strict diet and only eat certain things for a set period of time and all the rest of things. I namely stick to a fruit, vegetable and fish diet most of the time though I do eat some meats but I really don't eat a lot of meat very often as it can cause pains in certain parts of my gut areas and all the rest of it, I can get away with eating chicken more without running into gut pain but other than that when excluding chicken most if not all other meats I don't really eat very often as I can really only eat them either once or twice a week without either feeling momentarily ill or experiencing gut issues and all the rest of it. Dear oh dear. It certainly goes to show ones body will react differently all kinds of food in the indifference of everything in very much the strong holding grip of entirety. I have certainly got to say. I did hear about the troll accounts going down recently thank goodness but really do hope they will not reactivate themselves again as Fiona did say that one cannot rule out this plausible chanced scenario but we shall see what happens. You look great Fiona! I’m with Graham, no Russian twists for me either 😂😂 I don’t care about saggy skin either because I can’t! I have lymphedema from my hips down so I can’t do a lot of anything or get my feet in my shoes. Wish I could… it irritates me that I can’t get around good. Would love to go to the beach with my husband and daughter.
My grandpa build watches & clocks of all sizes. I came across a couple boxes from him, of new parts of all sorts not that long ago. Just the thought of having to go through em all & figure out approx prices,so I can sell em as (what I am hoping for) will be a package deal gives me nightmares. All the parts are at least 35 yrs old, so deffo some for those who repair and build really old watches. Glad to hear your kids are doing so well!! And as far as the letter is concerned.. I think its on one side high time; on the other side, as long as it wont hinder proceedings at some later point, go for it :) You guys take great care & I hope to see another amazing boat update at some point. (How did the roof turn out?) You both look great!

The sandwich diet. Yum
Certainly nothing can beat a good sandwich 😋. I don't know if you have ever had it before but have you ever eaten a prawn or seafood sandwich before? Gosh are they delicious and tastefully tasty 😋. But never mind if you haven't had them before but the sandwich diet certainly is a delicious diet for sure. I would do a strict sandwich diet if I personally went over a certain weight I was not comfortable being, this hasn't happened to me as of yet as I'm still in the comfortable weight zone which I'm personally reasonably happy and ok with being which is 11 stone or 154lbs or weight though if I was say anything over 11 1/2 stone or 160 to 161lbs I would immediately without hesitation go on a diet but everybody is different with their diet and weight preferences all the same. Hi, Do you guys eat out most nights or eat at home, then take a walk along the front to get a drink? Well it’s election day here in the UK, it’s causing a dilemma for me. For the first time in my life, I really don’t want to vote for any of the main parties. They all campaign on things they think the people want, then they get elected and all their so called policies, just fly out of the window. Excellent evening chat Graham and Fiona 🙂. This one was certainly thoroughly enlightening and well worth the watch. I know, 4th July 2024 election day yes. Big historical moment our election days but its really in dependence as to who will be voting in the ballot boxes up and down the country and all the rest of things. But how nice Benji is over for a few short days with his new girlfriend 😊. Lovely times 😊. You're quite like me Graham as I too prefer hot warm weather climates too much like yourself as I sadly feel the cold a lot the older I got in age but there we have things really. How interesting learning that Fiona is losing weight in recent days, I don't think I have lost any weight recently either but never mind. I'm still a strong 70kg or 11 stone or 154lbs or weight alongside that of my 5 ft 8 inch height and size 8 (UK) or 9 (US) men's or 10 (US) or EU 42 women's feet/shoe size much like that of my good friends Dawn-Marie Smith and Nadine Williams though the difference being is that Nadine is shorter than I am at a mere 5 ft 7 as she did so tell me but Dawn-Marie, lovely Dawn-Marie on the other hand is my height and also low and behold additionally the same weight as me too to tell you both of things. But good luck with Fiona's weight loss campaign and certainly hoping she is continually successful with it as if I went over a certain weight I would do what Fiona has done recently, go on a strict diet and only eat certain things for a set period of time and all the rest of things. I namely stick to a fruit, vegetable and fish diet most of the time though I do eat some meats but I really don't eat a lot of meat very often as it can cause pains in certain parts of my gut areas and all the rest of it, I can get away with eating chicken more without running into gut pain but other than that when excluding chicken most if not all other meats I don't really eat very often as I can really only eat them either once or twice a week without either feeling momentarily ill or experiencing gut issues and all the rest of it. Dear oh dear. It certainly goes to show ones body will react differently all kinds of food in the indifference of everything in very much the strong holding grip of entirety. I have certainly got to say. I did hear about the troll accounts going down recently thank goodness but really do hope they will not reactivate themselves again as Fiona did say that one cannot rule out this plausible chanced scenario but we shall see what happens. You look great Fiona! I’m with Graham, no Russian twists for me either 😂😂 I don’t care about saggy skin either because I can’t! I have lymphedema from my hips down so I can’t do a lot of anything or get my feet in my shoes. Wish I could… it irritates me that I can’t get around good. Would love to go to the beach with my husband and daughter.

My grandpa build watches & clocks of all sizes. I came across a couple boxes from him, of new parts of all sorts not that long ago. Just the thought of having to go through em all & figure out approx prices,so I can sell em as (what I am hoping for) will be a package deal gives me nightmares. All the parts are at least 35 yrs old, so deffo some for those who repair and build really old watches.
Glad to hear your kids are doing so well!! And as far as the letter is concerned.. I think its on one side high time; on the other side, as long as it wont hinder proceedings at some later point, go for it :)
