I'm glad you had a good Sunday. I'm working on home projects and took an old gold colored mirror spray painted it black to match the decor in my living room and now fiishing up painting shelves in my bathroom. So it ws a good day and the progress continues.

Hi, Graham and Fiona, listened to your lovely chat, whilst preparing and eating my salad on this beautiful evening. I'm really interested in your chat about school. I've told both my sons, that if I had my time again, I would not send them to senior school, I would home school. or find a different type of education, as you did. My elder son was bullied, because he was a book-worm and loved education, but also quite sensitive. (He became a musician and also got a degree from Cambridge University) But the bullying was painful for him. My other son is on the Autistic spectrum, but we didn't find out until he was in his 20's, he is now doing an Open university degree, but has to live at home. I'm very proud of both of them, as I know you both are with your children. I agree that school is not for everyone and I totally agree that you both made the right choice. Sending love, as always.

I am a touch bit late with viewing everything but really an interesting Sunday chat, it nearly felt like an interesting talk show where the interviewer was respectfully interviewing his/her guest as a showcased example to the Sunday chat itself. I really do sincerely hope the two of you had a nice Sunday evening meal and thanks for the kindly mention regarding over my recent birthday which took place on the 22nd June 2024 being that of my recent 23rd birthday! 😲. 25 in 2 years time! 😲. Well at 23 I'm 2 short years away from turning 25 though astonishingly I have come to realize that the older you get in age the more some realize that time passes so quickly more quickly beyond ones intellectually equipped imagination 😲. But, this is the way it is philosophically speaking. Yes yes yes, in answer to Fiona's questioning in the grip of her curiosity her weight of 63.2kg is the equivalent of 9st 13lbs or 139lbs as a means of answering Fiona's question. Well, if Fiona's goal is to go down to 59kg good luck Fiona with the extra additional weight loss, as Hutch and Mel would so say, achieve your goals and choose life as is their general verbal philosophy they are always encouraging others to set out their intentions be it weight loss intentions, fitness or any kind of intention one has got set in motion and all the rest of it. Fiona got to 65 1/2 kg well, it is certainly true yes that ones weight fluctuates in a wildly varied matter and all the rest of it but 65 1/2/65.5kg is the equivalent translating correspondence to 10st 4lb just to say but 59kg on the other hand is 9st 4lb and speaking of that I used to be 59kg or 9st 4lb of weight before years ago until 2021, I was around about 16 or 17 when I learned I was 59kg or 9st 4lbs and I generally remained this weight until 2021 and when I weighed myself come August 2021 relatively shortly after that of my 20th birthday as my birthday is in June and I had my 20th back in 2021 the same year you had your 60th birthday Graham I weighed myself on the scales and it came out as 70kg which until I properly learned of it in about 2022 or 2023 something like that I used to come under the impression 70kg was 10 1/2 stone only to find out it was 11 stone 😲. I generally say my weight in stones and pounds but sometimes I say it in kilograms/kilos aswell but generally say it in more stones and pounds. But interesting what Fiona had to say in her leaked reveal though I always thought size 5 (UK) or 6 (US) men's or 7 (US) women's feet/shoes was an EU 39 and that a size 6 (UK) or 7 (US) men's or 8 (US) women's feet/shoes was an EU 40 🤔. But I would never argue it with anybody I really wouldn't though my apologies if both my confusion and surprise was a little too much. But to tell both of you on that normally a size 5 or 6 in UK sizing for a 5 ft 6 lady is about the generally about right and the expected average foot/shoe size for a lady within that height range. Only one out of all of my mothers 3 older brother and 3 older sisters takes a size 6 UK shoe size whereas despite having never gotten any taller than 5 ft 6 in height being that of everybody on my mother's side of the family all 7 of them together as my mother is the youngest of 7 most of their size feet is predominantly no smaller than a size 7 UK size which is the foot/shoe size my mother takes which is quite big feet for a lady of her not typically tall 5 ft 6 inch height and physical bodily proportions as she is fairly small for size in weight, an 8 UK or EU 42 which is the size I take is the biggest it gets on my mothers side of the family out of all of her siblings despite everybody not getting any taller than 5 ft 6 of height. An 8 UK is what I would say is the right expected foot sizing for men of my 5 ft 8 inch height well an 8 UK or 9 UK foot/shoe size is the right foot/shoe size for men of my height and certainly the right size feet for men of your 5 ft 9 inch height on average Graham. To share something with you. But please don't worry if Fiona could not tune into the birthday livestream I did recently on my landmark birthday date and am due to be livestreaming on the 26th June 2024 at 7:30pm UK time just to say and should be doing the Saturday livestream special on the 29th of this month but will by the 27th need to figure out a time I will be doing it at though on the other hand which will be scheduled by the 27th June 2024 just to share things with you. Interesting and very funny story about what Benji did when he was a little young 6 year old! 🤣. As Fiona and yourself rightly pointed out Graham just imagine the reaction of the man if Benji confronted him now that he is a fully grown man 😲. Though I never came under the impression Benji was bigger and wider than you Graham he looked to be in around about my sort of height range or maybe about half an inch or so taller 🤔. Though I could certainly be very wrong all the same. But it was certainly an interesting story all the same and funny too 🤣. Admittedly it gave me the giggles the young 6 year old Benji who did the verbal confrontation from so many years ago 🤣. Oh goodness. But I do hope Benji and Faith are well and thanks for sharing your good news about them both and certainly interesting news too. Good luck with Lady Faith progressively moving forward with international duties on EasyJet and Benji of course with all that he is doing. Only one out of all of my mothers 3 older brother and 3 older sisters takes a size 6 UK shoe size whereas despite having never gotten any taller than 5 ft 6 in height being that of everybody on my mother's side of the family all 7 of them together as my mother is the youngest of 7 most of their size feet is predominantly no smaller than a size 7 UK size which is the foot/shoe size my mother takes which is quite big feet for a lady of her not typically tall 5 ft 6 inch height and physical bodily proportions as she is fairly small for size in weight, an 8 UK or EU 42 which is the size I take is the biggest it gets on my mothers side of the family out of all of her siblings despite everybody not getting any taller than 5 ft 6 of height. An 8 UK is what I would say is the right expected foot sizing for men of my 5 ft 8 inch height well an 8 UK or 9 UK foot/shoe size is the right foot/shoe size for men of my height and certainly the right size feet for men of your 5 ft 9 inch height on average Graham. To share something with you. But please don't worry if Fiona could not tune into the birthday livestream I did recently on my landmark birthday date and am due to be livestreaming on the 26th June 2024 at 7:30pm UK time just to say and should be doing the Saturday livestream special on the 29th of this month but will by the 27th need to figure out a time I will be doing it at though on the other hand which will be scheduled by the 27th June 2024 just to share things with you. Interesting and very funny story about what Benji did when he was a little young 6 year old! 🤣. As Fiona and yourself rightly pointed out Graham just imagine the reaction of the man if Benji confronted him now that he is a fully grown man 😲. Though I never came under the impression Benji was bigger and wider than you Graham he looked to be in around about my sort of height range or maybe about half an inch or so taller 🤔. Though I could certainly be very wrong all the same. But it was certainly an interesting story all the same and funny too 🤣. Admittedly it gave me the giggles the young 6 year old Benji who did the verbal confrontation from so many years ago 🤣. Oh goodness. But I do hope Benji and Faith are well and thanks for sharing your good news about them both and certainly interesting news too. Good luck with Lady Faith progressively moving forward with international duties on EasyJet and Benji of course with all that he is doing.
