I was the editor of this video. Haven't seen it for years. The original was in the old 4:3 ratio, but even though enlarging it to 16:9 makes it look a bit softer, it still looks pretty good. I loved editing it and I still love the song 35 years later.

The music of the 80,S will always remain nostalgic, listening to it takes me back down memory lane to those good old days, it was school, books(Enid Blyton The Far Away Tree, Nancy Drew, Hardy Boys, Bopsey Twins), ink pens, sport, cycling, climbing trees, building home made dumbbells' for the home gym constructing mud bunkers lol in the back yard after having watched the movie THE GREAT ESCAPE, trying to find the secret to human flight ,ANTGRAVITY ,levitation, trying to make contact with Extra terrestrial beings using the old broken pocket radio , trying to learn HAM, watching those woofers pound to the base generated by those solid state stand alone amps,,, every moment was filled with a meaning and purpose, today at 49 as i listen to these golden oldies i wish i could turn back the clock, those were the days my friend , i am happy to have lived them to the fullest, iam sure many out here have done too, cheers and good luck

When I'm lost in a strange place
    Scared and alone
    When I'm wishing for home
That's when I think of you
When the load gets too heavy
    Too much to bear
When I'm going nowhere and there's no-one there
And I'm feeling like a fool
That's when I think of you
It's all that I can do
I'd go mad if it wasn't for you
When I'm caught in the crossfire
    Of wrongs making right
When I wake in the night
That's when I think of you
    When I'm halfway to heaven
    With three parts in hell
And it's all just as well and I can't even tell
    I'm lost without a clue
That's when I think of you
It's all that I can do
I'd go mad if it wasn't for you
If not for the thought of you
The promise of dreams come true
I'd go mad if it wasn't for you
    When I'm lonely for loving
    So far from home
When it feels like I'm in the Twilight Zone
And I just can't make it through
That's when I think of you
It's all that I can do
I'd go mad if it wasn't for you
If not for the thought of you
The promise of dreams come true
I'd go mad if it wasn't for you
Oh I'm always thinking of you
It's all that I can do
I'm going mad not being with you
If not for the thought of you

May I suggest starting with Dragon - Young Years then go from there. There is some stunning stuff out there! All massively underrated outside of Aus and New Zealand.

Australian music, is so international, not stuck in one place, they have permission to not be American (the music is cross cultural) as good as anything American's put out, but relatable to anyone who loves music... 1988 is a long is a long time ago, but because this was made with music in mind it sounds like it was produced today...
Whether I am on Bondi Beach, Malibu or a beach in Cape Town or Bull Bay in Kingston, Jamaica 1927 is a go to sound... Go on you fella's thank you for producing music that matters...
