I love that you do emphasize to not use pins along the fold! I wish I knew that with my first baby. With my second I used clips from the craft section at dollar tree when pins wouldn’t be super practical. Came across this video because it’s been 3 years since either has been in cloth diapers and I need the pattern for an incoming niece or nephew.🥰
Yes! Those clips are brilliant! Especially if you have small ones around!
Thank you so much for providing the video and pdf 💛💛💛
I enjoyed watching this video. Thankyou. It's very helpful.
How many cloth diaper covers can you usually get out of 1 yard of PUL?
How can I make sure I got the right size of the pattern after printing it out?
You should consider making and selling cloth diapers! These are adorable!
Cloth diapers are regulated, a lot of book keeping in being able to be compliant to with the federal (and state) regulations on them. Some states require you get a business license and business insurance before allowing sales of them :(
can you use this with prefolds or flats?
Do you also have a pattern for the insert?
Obrigada por esta aula maravilhosa👍👏🙏🥰
Inner fabric name tell me???
How many pounds can this diaper hold
Are those Essential Oils in tge background? Awesome way to store them
Oh my! Sorry for the lateness of this response! They are oils! It’s a spice rack that belonged to my grandmother. This was my way of tying functional and sentimental into one use!
Where is the pattern?
This was really helpful! Thank you! Would you recommend adding a microfiber liner or something? Just wondering if the PUL material is irritating to baby's skin?
Alyssa Hannon you always want to use an Insert with this kind of diaper. It’s a cover for cloth diapering. ♥️
I’m so glad this was helpful! I haven’t had a problem with it irritating skin, but I know all babies are different, so lining along the leg gatherings would be beneficial!
Yes definitely find a good liner you like, as the PUL material itself is just the outside shell, and will not be absorbent at all.
This meterial cloth name pls
Polyurethane Lined material is used for the outer shell. I bought it at JoAnn or I’m sure it could be found at any fabric store. The brand is Babyville. There is a link to my blog in the description which gives more detailed instructions!
Just ask for PUL at the fabric store.
