Fabrics used - I wanted to only use the supplies in my stash and opted for knit scraps on the outer layer, 3 layers of flannel for the absorption, and some of them I added another layer of knit for against baby's skin. For the soakers I used 3 layers of flannel as well.
You can definitely add snaps (as marked on the pattern file) or even hook and loop tape. I opted for a snapless look similar to Sloomb diapers and will either use a Snappi or pins depending on the outer fabric that I used. A handful of them I may add some hook and loop tape for quick and easy nighttime changes.
