    Lets be honest the number one reason we hate our jobs is the feeling of not being valued or being unable to make a big impact in the work place. Time and Time again I see people after a couple of months in a job despite the pay lose enthusiasm with their work.

      No, You need only one - low pay. I can stand idiots around me until i can make a free weekend with a trip or in the mountains - but for that You need money. Money is the only problem if You are healthy average or good looking person. And im not talking about new iPhone, but yes when Your coworkers are imbeciles, Your boss is an ass, but your salary is high You can compestae it with this small usless things, or save money and start small own buissnes with out idiots around You, beside clinets, remeber most of them are retartds too.

    I despise my job because;
    1.) The pay is crap. What's more I'm being paid less for doing the same job as others at the same level purely because I got the job after everyone else.
    2.) It has no future. I see managers and supervisors around me getting mentorship and development opportunities while the rest of us are expected to show up and do the same thing for years on end.
    3.). I don't give a shit. My company's values are not my values. I don't care about their pointless initiatives which are nothing more than box ticking exercises.
    4.) I hate the mindset it embeds in others. Everyone I talk to is more than happy to complain about how much their lives suck, yet no one wants to DO anything to change it. Coming in to the same conversation day after day is just depressing and demoralising.

    I hate working because it's the only thing that has control over my life it's what makes me wake up early the morning the pay is shit i don't understand how companies expect us to survive off of a 10 dollar an hour paycheck and they want to cut our hours down to 20 hours dealing with shitty customers , co workers who wants to think that they are better then you smh

    Employees feel disengaged because the company feels disengaged about us. They have their No-Tolerance policies that don't give you a second chance.
    Companies need to find tune their hiring process and hire people *that actually want the job position*.
    People have been programmed to sign up for all jobs; any jobs, and take what you can get. Therefore that very thing makes people unhappy.
    Plus, as 20 somethings, young adults are at the stage where they *don't know what they want to do with their life.*

    I sell insurance and almost no one wants to actually talk to me. The few who do want to talk to me either are shopping around for insurance at the last minute and are only getting insurance because the law says they have to, they have had an accident, or because they complain about their rates going up. No one calls to chat or check in. I hate my job and life.

    I work 12 hour days , but not everyday. I go in with a hostile, combative , lack of air ventilation, dirty workplace , fights, people make fun of each others, bad attitudes , hot environment, no soaps to wash hands, mouses running around. All of these factors created mental & physical stresses and I hate it. do u still think urs is bad?

    It has to be worth it, and each of us has its own notion of what's worth.

    such low views and lowest comments, obviously many hates jobs. there are 2 types of people. job mentality type and business mentality type . when the types are swapped to wrong occupations, the trouble starts. instant gratification of getting paid the on the same week or month giving you the ability to be able to pay bills at end of the month keeps people trapped in low paying jobs. if only people can work on their dreams and wait to be paid later but pursue passions first, life will be so different.

      Nilla Nate that's what the capitalist world would have you believe. It keeps you enslaved and excepting of the status quo. Other cultures in history have lived very rich lives. You just never learn about that stuff in school.
