"Es quillt und keimt von unten auf" (It Swells and Sprouts from Below), known more commonly as "Das Proletariat" (The Proletariat), is a German revolutionary song written by Johann Christian Lüchow in 1848, during the Springtime of Nations. In 1973, it was adapted to music and sung by the West German writer and political activist Dieter Süverkrüp.

No, it is the 1848 Frankfurt Parliament. It uses the Black-Red-Yellow tricolour, but the black is in the northern part of the map. It is just cut off from the rest of the tricolour.
