People problem. The problem is, these days people think every new camera has to be everything to everyone. Whatever happened to the days when you went out and bought a camera based on your NEEDS and also your WANTS. People, if you don't like one card slot (how did pros ever get by with one all these years?), then go find a camera with two slots and be happy. If you're shooting sports and fast action, go find an appropriate camera for that. If you're shooting general things like landscapes, travel and many other things that don't demand superb fast action AF, there are many cameras available for that. So...folks, maybe try to stop acting rude and make a sensible decision about what camera works for you and be happy. The internet doesn't need your mocking, condescending silly remarks. Oh and one bit of advice. Maybe don't visit the discussion forums too often. There's too much bickering, over analyzing, 'deep into the weeds' discussions about things that don't really mean anything to you when it comes to making art/photos. Now, back to enjoying photography...
Jon Pais Maybe you haven’t been on RUclips or the discussion forums for very long. We already have people making mocking comments here about the product in this video in the comments section here. Either that or you figured out who I am on dpreview and you have an ax to grind for some reason. Whatever the case may be, the condescending comments come quickly and often here in the comments about gear. And thanks for your insult. I appreciate it :-)
Hooked on Photography I hear you for Wildlife I would want The 850 or D500. And it seems like they would work well for landscapes. However I hear the 850 is in short supply while the Z7 and Z6 are starting to pileup from lack of sales. I would hope Nikon will start to keep up with demand on the 850.
Thanks Nigel. Lovely video. I just sold my Canon gear and bought olympus M1 mk2. Just love the new technology and all the new things it brings along. You just made me realize, i´d did the right thing. EVF, size is reasons for gearshift, but most of all, the fun is back. 66 years old, and been photographing for almost 35 years. Right now all the new rhings makes it fun to go up early, struggling against wind and rain, and just feel the smile when Everything is going well. Thanks Nigel.
Nigel. Thanks for your very helpful video. My wife surprised me with a Z 7 (after lugging my D750, 14-24, 24-70 and 70-200, around the UK back in March I made the comment about how heavy everything was) for Christmas. Aside from the shock, I was in a quandary about whether to return it and exchange it for a couple of new lenses but after watching your review I have decided to keep it. Thank you and Happy New Year.
Interesting review on the benefits of going mirrorless, I switched from D810 to mirrorless a few years ago and have no regrets. It took me on a journey through different mirrorless manufacturers, Olympus, Fuji and Sony, until I finally settled on the A7Riii back in January 2018. The A7 is a superb camera and I have no doubts the Nikon will also be the same, however, using one card would play on my mind, I write to both cards simultaneously for peace of mind, therefore I would not be switching again and plan to invest in the Sony eco system.
@8:10. This is exactly why I love my Lumix G9. It's even more portable and lightweight, and I recently took a shot almost exactly like this in Burn O' Vat, in the Cairngorms National Park, where I had to squeeze through a flooded crevice to get the shot. No way I could have done this with a tripod, and my resulting handheld shot was 1s, and came out fantastic!
Really nice video. Danson makes a strong case for mirrorless for his needs. I love the dog. I actually own a 14 year old English Springer and he is the best dog I have ever had. This is such a wonderful breed that I probably will end up with another one someday in the future. Hopefully, in the distant future....
Great video Nigel, I was going to get the Z6 to replace my D750 to save some weight, but have bitten the bullet and gone for the Z7, just have to wait until 25th before I can get my hands on it. Looking forward to using the new camera in 2019, after 35 years of SLR photography, both film and digital, the move to mirrorless is going to be exciting.
I loved my Nikon gear; I had some awesome glass, just right for me but when mirroless came along I was convinced that it was the future. The noises coming out of Nikon regarding mirroless development weren't good so I eventually sold my beautiful Nikon body and glass while the premiums were still high and moved to Sony. I don't regret the move at all but I'd never have come away from Nikon if they'd have made the move sooner. Glad you like the equipment that they've produced. Love your channel.
Thank you so much for that vid Nigel. Just what I was wanting to see. I'm thinking of moving over to mirrorless and the Z7 was the the camera I was thinking about. I, like you do landscape photography but purely for my own pleasure and this vid is a godsend for me, you might just of convinced me about the move. 👍😎
Nigel, this is just the confirmation I needed prior to my used Z7 arriving tomorrow. I’m only a hobby landscape photographer but rationalised the Z7 over the Z6 for the crop factor to save on buying many lenses. I’d love to know more of the FN button and U1, U2 & U3 settings you use to get me off to a flying start. I wanted you to know that this is a really helpful video even 3½ years later. So much to learn and so much fun too. Thanks for this.
As a serial gear changer I have come to the conclusion that you only change for a couple of reasons well I do anyway. The first is because you fancy the bells and whistles on a new camera and the second is to stimulate your photography. With cameras where they are at the present time improving on image quality doesn’t even come into it. I e watched a few reviews on Nikon and Canons new mirrorless offerings and still think they only did it to keep pace with other manufacturers as they had the opportunity to do something groundbreaking but have dipped out. The one thing I don’t ever get is the weight thing. I’m 63 and still hike up as many hills as anyone not only do I carry a heavy camera by some people’s standards but also a heavier tripod than most as I find it gives me more stability. You do do what you need to do I suppose. By the way this is not criticism as I think your images are fantastic however they have been fantastic whatever gear you have been using which I think sums it up Nigel.
Check out the Sirui TY-C10 quick release plate. I have the Z6 and this plate works perfectly. It is small enough to be able to leave it on and inexpensive enough to have one on the adapter as well.
Thanks for sharing your knowledge about photography and equipment. I have a question for you and it is about what lenses will give you the best of the best photo quality when taking a photo with a Z7 and the 24-70 f/4 lense or when taking a photo with the Z7 with an adapter and 24-70 f/2.8 E ED VRII lense. I know the 24-70 f/2.8 E ED VRII is supposedly be the cream of the cream lense but will it loose its quality when used with the Z7 adapter which reduces the amount of light hitting the censor? What are your thoughts about. Thanks
Good video mate , for those of us that are not professional photographers and just hobbyists or beginners , in my book you have answered some good questions here , and the taking shots out in the sticks is very cool (great shots and prints too by the way ). I like Z6/7 feature set , though i have the A73/r models as a second choice . Picking a camera i have found is a lot like buying a car , you can never get the one that has every single perfect feature your heart desires (the grass is always greener :) ) . Keep up the good work .
Nigel, the Kirk Enterprises L bracket does not interfere with the FTZ adapter. And it also comes with the allen wrench and holder built in. Costa $115.00 Better yet is the SmallRig L bracket for the Nikon Z’s. It also doesn’t interfere with the FTZ adapter. Comes with the Allen wrench and built in holder, and as a bonus, you can take off the “L” piece on the side when you don’t need it to save weight, and leave the base bracket on and it provides a 1/2” grip extender base that gives your little finger a grip on the camera if you have large hands. This is the perfect L bracket/ grip extender, all in one available for the L’s and it only costs $69.00 US.
FYI - if you buy the Z6 Kit (assume it’s the same for Z7) - you get the Moza Air 2 and you will need the following to connect: NIKON Z6-->Micro USB to Type-C Adapter-->M3C-Micro Cable-->CAM CTRL port on Air 2. The CAM CTRL port is on the side of quick release plate, next to 7.4V OUT.
"I've got here a camera that can take as good photos as the D850, in a really lightweight and compact body." That's why I want one. 👍🏼 PS; Your dog is cool!
Pebbles always stealing the spotlight lol! I find it comical that she'll be all over the place, roaming, but then when Nigel wants to move & wants her to follow, she doesn't 😂 Classic! I'm currently shooting w/my D810. & for the same reasoning of saving weight, when hiking & traveling, I've looked into mirrorless. I was almost sold on the Sony until Nikon stepped into the game. Which then brought my choices down to the D850 or the Z7. However, w/the rate of technology & my D810 still being a phenomenal beast of a setup, I'm going to hold off on upgrading & see what 2019-2020 brings. Perhaps get the 2nd generation of the Z7 or a nicely discounted D850...win-win lol!
"Criteria" is the plural of "criterion." Sorry, I just had to get that off my chest. I loved, loved, LOVED this video and review! Beautiful scenery, terrific production, great insights into the real-world pros and cons of the camera, and Pebbles is adorable! Many thanks, and Merry Christmas.
Very nicely done Nigel and great to see you on the DPR channel, well deserved. If I was just landscapes I'd go the Z7 route as well as it ticks 9/10 boxes but for my wildlife stuff, often in pretty rough conditions and related issues (viewfinder/two slots etc) mean I'm sticking with the DSLR for now..maybe the Z8 will tip me over the edge !! But I'd sure love to drop some weight from my bag but when there is 500mm F/4 in there it's all relative !!
Thanks for the reply Nigel..interestingly re the D850 a few wildlife guys I know have flipped back to the D4/5's as the whilst brilliant for creative shots and in great light, the 45mp of the D850 is proving very tough to get sharp shots unless up at 1/1000th or even more due to combination of so many pixels/mirror slap etc....in the UK a good chunk of wildlife/sport is down in poor light so not helpful .....the inbuilt image stabilisation in Z7 is massive so I may try and get one to have a go with ....annoying about the arca plate..i guess exactly same issue with any L bracket?
Nice review Nigel. I bought the Kirk Enterprises “L” bracket for my Z7 and there are no problems with it interfering with the ZTR adapter. The Kirk also comes with the Allen wrench and the wrench holder built into it. It sells for $115. US.
Enjoyed hearing your views on the Z7 Nigel. I am considering this camera to replace my D750 with the idea that I'd keep the 16-35mm f4 adapted until the 14-30mm f4 comes out albeit I want to stay in the 100mm Lee filters range. There's too many gear reviews at present with apparently no one-fits-all camera. I do very occasional wildlife and struggle so don't see any difference there, maybe a D500 as an extra body. One dumb question.. when shooting from tripod, can you and should you turn off IBIS as you turn off VR on the lens?
Nigel I have a question what do you use to store your photos on? A Nah box? Also I have a L-mount on my Z6 and it lets me use the NTZ adapter with no issues at all.
Interesting. As ever, a great presentation Nigel. I was an early adopter to mirrorless, moving from Nikon (D700/D3000) to Sony A6000/A5100/A7s/A9 and a series of G Master lenses. I have recently sold the lot and I am back on Nikon but with a mirror - D3s/D500 - and loving taking pictures again! Mirrorless does have its advantages, mostly in convenience for me but they are there for sure. Like you I spend a lot of time in the outdoors for work and always felt a little uncomfortable with the Sony crushed in my backpack after a run of wet days. I'm not saying that I'll never return to mirrorless but if I do it will be with Nikon but not until version 5 or 6 (maybe).
Looking at the Z range and hoping to make a switch some time. I shoot with a D3 and now shooting with a Fuji XT20. Hoping the Z7 will bring me the speed and focus tracking that I need for street photography and also, that film look I need and miss. I love my D3, but it's big and bulky for shooting in NYC.
If size and weight are a factor it's ideal for landscape and its fully weather sealed as are the z lenses. Just wish Nikon had something similar to Canon with regards to sensor protection when changing lenses, (on say a coastal shoot), not an issue if your aware of the risks but I feel many enthusiasts aren't.
Very nice intro to the Nikon Z7, Nigel! I am strongly considering going with the Nikon Z7, and have a question please...Are you able to upload images (jpegs/nef) to a computer via a USB-C cable, INSTEAD of using anXQD reader? (In other words, leaving the card in camera at all times, like I can do with my X-T3.) Thank you!
Can I just say that I shoot wildlife and adventure sports with a d3s (a 12mp camera). I crop a lot and print up to A1 on a regular basis. You don’t need a load of megapixels for anything (especially not billboards, don’t come at me with that 😂)
My frieneds just showed me a 40" panorama they had on their wall yesterday. I asked them where they got it and where it was printed. They shot it with an iphone 7 and had it printed at Costco. It looked amazing. lol
Chris Hall As a wildlife photographer 24mpx works perfectly for me. My Sony a7iii allows me to shoot in extreme low light conditions. That’s why I love it. Do you have an insta so I can enjoy your work?
Hi Nigel, super review, I currently have a couple of D810s which I love, putting aside the obvious benefits of either the 850 or the Z7 and purely for Landscape stills no video, do you find a big difference in image quality. I am getting superb 36x24 inch images and on a few occasions 40x60 inch prints and wondering if I would see a real difference.
Interesting review. Is the dynamic range really better on the Z7 over the D800/D810? I have not found the full test results for the Z7 on DXO yet, but they have tested the D810 and the D850 both giving a dynamic range of 14.8 EV. DXO rate the Sony A7iii and A7Riii at 14.7 EV and the Nikon Z6 at 14.3 EV. In real world use I do not believe that 0.5 EV is going to make any significant difference to a processed image. Anyway, I agree that the camera is just a tool to do a job. Use the best tool you can afford but much more importantly, use it often and use it well.
Nigel hi, very good personal review of the Z7, may i ask have you tried any long exposures over 4-5 mins would be interested to know if there is any thermal noise ( hot pixels ) , i currently use the D850 which has superb long exposure capability's but would like to switch to the Z7.
Your review helped me make my decision. I am an abstract photographer and I often crop my images. I wanted to upgrade to the Nikon D850 so that I could create larger prints. I never saw a review demonstrating that I could accomplish this also with the Z7. I prefer the smaller size and lighter built and had considered buying it instead. I also enjoyed your video because of adorable Pebbles :)
The dog is the best part of your video. It shows the autofcus in video and doesn't complain. The cons you describe are frankly vicarious; your arca swiss mount needs to come off? So what! The opening of the sensor is too big???? The whole idea of the mount is to get the lens closer to the sensor. How do you do that without a large opening? Otherwise, I agree with the pros you show very well and I can't wait for the Z7II to be as good or better than the D850 for wildlife photo and I am migrating.
Nigel, good points I like your overview . I am quite optimistic about the future lenses from Nikon, so the lens swap will be less painful. Actually I try not to swap lenses in the field unless I have no other choice.
4:12 WYSIWYG If you've never used it you don't understand how great it is but once you're used to seeing your scene change in the viewfinder as you spin dials you'll never want to take your eye off the EVF again. You don't realize how restrictive it was not knowing if you got the shot on an SLR. You always have to chimp to be sure. That's gone now and all that time lost is now spent composing and shooting.
Nigel change your arca plate to an arca small rig L plate and you can then fit the adaptor and still have arca style plate without interference from the adaptor
Hi,i just sold my Nikon d850 because i want something more light and easy to carry...today i got the Nikon Z 6....very nice but image quality nothing like the d850 ( i knew will be like that !)....do you think the Z 7 is better image quality then the Z 6 just for still photography...?., i been asking around and most people says only when you print big....but not complete sure about that....just on the computer don´t you notice the difference between the Z 6 and the Z 7 on image quality...?.I will appreciate your opinion....Thanks and happy new year!!!
I really appreciate the fact that the future of digital imaging belongs to mirrorless. Think no one can really dispute that. For me it's too early to make the switch.
I’ve been following your work for a few weeks now. Great content on you channel! I’m a Nikon user, but also interested in hearing your thoughts on the xt3 :) thank you!!
I whant to upgrade to z7 but sadly my tamron90mm 017model it's not suports z7. Some solutions or another macro lens for z 7? I realy like my 90mm lens and dont whant any issues or mistakes of purchases
Nice video Nigel! THIS is exactly why I bought the Z7...but I'm keeping my D850 for action photography; to me they are two completely different cameras for completely different uses.
You can get an Arca SWiss style mount that allows it to go flush with the front of the camera body, I use them on my Nikons and GH5, check on Amazon :-)
Great review! Thank you. I shoot a lot outside in the elements. One thing that concerns me is (from what I understand) that the Z7 is not as weather-sealed as the D850. What are your thoughts on the lac of weather-sealing?
@@davegoslingphoto I was always concerned about the size of the Z7, until I saw a picture of it next to an F3 (which I once owned) and realized it wasn't as small as I thought (although it is much smaller than the D800 with grip). But, with the restrictions in air travel now, it made sense. Still, I had to go to the local camera store and handle one.
I have a dilemma about whether to buy the Z6 or Z7. I am an avid hobbyist who has always shot an D5500 camera sporting the Nikon 18-300 lens when hiking. I realize that is not the best piece of glass but it has been sufficient for most things for me. I love the crop factor and reach of this combo. So I am now moving to full frame mirrorless and I can't judge how well 70 MM will work using 24-70 lens not having used one. I typically shoot a lot of landscape photos. I love the Z6 because of the video aspects. But I like the Z7 for the 45 megapixels should I need to crop. In some of my own personal tests borrowing a Z6 I felt that cropping on it did pretty well. I am not a professional nor will I ever be printing huge prints. I rarely print much as a matter of fact. I typically post photos on social media and build movies of our trips for subsequent viewing and the memory of the journey. Do you have any insight I may have missed? Thanks, Jerry
Many Thanks for a Very Interesting and yet comprehensive review that you have made. I believe Nikon needs to work out towards getting sharper and wider range of lenses for the Z-mount, insert a second Memory Card and upgrade the Video 4K to 60-P. However; this Camera is revolutionary in almost all aspects.
I haven't had one in my hands but I believe I would prefer the mirrorless camera body to be the same size as the DLSR. It looks small in Nigel's hand and to me, it appears to be too light.
I have held my canon 1Ds 2 with VR lens to a 1/10. Exposure on the image in viewfinder/screen is Not a RAW file. DR should be better, yet to see a really extreme example. How does it perform in the cold of winter?
Hello Nigel, it is a good review thank you. How do you rate the battery in actual practical usage? I just handled this camera today and I like that it is rugged and feels excellent.By the way is there a battery grip for the Z7?
Mirrorless is great for landscape, having an EVF to review images for sharpness in bright conditions is something I couldn’t do without now. I think the response to the Z7 on release would have been much better if they’d launched it with some serious lenses instead of plastic fantastics.
I liked the video indeed, however complaining about the D810 sensor was funny. There are thousands of professionals shooting in different categories with worse and older cameras, doing fantastic job - mainly in poor countries. Here in Brazil most of the wedding photographers use something like a 60D or a D7200.
@@dangernba If it has manual settings and a good lens, you're laughing. I did a wedding with a Ricoh GR. Sometimes limitations focus the creative mind.
OK, the game starts changin. Thank you for this very informative Video. I go on working with my high end dslr till at least the 2nd generation of mirrorless comes to the market. There is too much capital involved and my current gear just does the job well :) All the best!
For skeptics, I love to hand my camera over with a fairly long lens, and give instructions on how to engage IBIS and focus peaking.........then view the image in the EVF on a bright sunny day............the response is always the same............Wow !....... E-M1 Mk II with 40-150 2.8 Pro........seeing is believing for some......going into my fourth year with mirrorless.............like you said, not interested in going back to SLR.........

I agree.
Most of that people complaining about it will never buy such an expensive camera at all, and have never used.

FYI - if you buy the Z6 Kit (assume it’s the same for Z7) - you get the Moza Air 2 and you will need the following to connect:
NIKON Z6-->Micro USB to Type-C Adapter-->M3C-Micro Cable-->CAM CTRL port on Air 2. The CAM CTRL port is on the side of quick release plate, next to 7.4V OUT.
Hi. Great vlog. I have the XH1 and XT3 and I'm thinking of going back to Nikon Z6. What is your opinion?
Thanks
Great insight from Nigel, was waiting for a video on his user experiences of the Z7. Nice video mate!
Thanks Cameron - appreciate the kind words
"I've got here a camera that can take as good photos as the D850, in a really lightweight and compact body." That's why I want one. 👍🏼 PS; Your dog is cool!
these are some stunning images, great work Nigel
I realize that the 2.8 version of the 24-70 is far more expensive, however, do you see a need for that level of glass ?
Makes sense Nigel. And the reality is it wouldn't be a lot of weight. Seems the focus is better on the D850 for sport / wildlife as well
Thanks for the reply Nigel..interestingly re the D850 a few wildlife guys I know have flipped back to the D4/5's as the whilst brilliant for creative shots and in great light, the 45mp of the D850 is proving very tough to get sharp shots unless up at 1/1000th or even more due to combination of so many pixels/mirror slap etc....in the UK a good chunk of wildlife/sport is down in poor light so not helpful .....the inbuilt image stabilisation in Z7 is massive so I may try and get one to have a go with ....annoying about the arca plate..i guess exactly same issue with any L bracket?
Nice review Nigel. I bought the Kirk Enterprises “L” bracket for my Z7 and there are no problems with it interfering with the ZTR adapter. The Kirk also comes with the Allen wrench and the wrench holder built into it. It sells for $115. US.
I have almost always preferred the Kirk L-brackets...
Aw, this is like a techie Countryfile episode especially with his dog!
Always enjoy seeing your videos Nigel. Interesting review, thanks.
This camera it's a hard sale for the price! Now days is hard to sort out the for sale review vs actual reviews. Thanks I do love your work.
Video and PDAF is why I got the Z6. The compact size and lighter weight is huge benefit of the mirrorless systems.
was interested in the Nikon Z7 camera,,however wanted to know how to deal with such large file sizes..Am i better with Z^ or z6II?
Thanks
ADAM
Thank you for such a thorough review! I'm considering the Z Series, right now...
A good honest review about what it is really like to use this camera in the field.
Wendy Newing thanks Wendy
the main Z7 weakness doesn't matter whatsoever for landscape, so it makes a ton of sense
Z6/7 and the "R" are good cameras. They just get teased because they aren't the best and have some weaknesses.
Yeah, all Canon did was program the mechanical shutter to close when the body is turned off. So simple, I'm amazed nobody else did it.
In-Body Image Stabilisation, focus-peaking, great dynamic range, great image quality (Sony sensor), why, you're describing my Pentax K70 perfectly well.
@@Dan.gibson.photographer 24mp is more than adequate even for landscape shooters. Only reason to need more is you need to crop waaaay in
Hi Nigel, super review, I currently have a couple of D810s which I love, putting aside the obvious benefits of either the 850 or the Z7 and purely for Landscape stills no video, do you find a big difference in image quality.
I am getting superb 36x24 inch images and on a few occasions 40x60 inch prints and wondering if I would see a real difference.
HI
Where is that ruin at the start of the video?
Just got to visit it!
Pebbles is so frolic! Z7 review is very good and pragmatic. Thank you
Interesting review.
What a breathtaking review :p
Great video. I enjoyed hearing about your experience of using the camera and not so much about technical details.
Ta for the time an effort you put into this video. Appreciate an actual photographers point of view.
Helped me a lot, I'm also thinking about switching from a D850 to a Z7. Loved the foggy forest photo ! Congrads !
Otherwise, I agree with the pros you show very well and I can't wait for the Z7II to be as good or better than the D850 for wildlife photo and I am migrating.
nice video. What brand is that jacket with the 3 on it?
Would love to see Nigel do a comparison between the Z7 and the Lumix G9.
Probably won't happen - sorry!
Nigel! Great job!
Jim
For a camera with just one card slot is it possible to have it backing up to Google drive as a safety net?
Nigel, good points
I like your overview . I am quite optimistic about the future lenses from Nikon, so the lens swap will be less painful. Actually I try not to swap lenses in the field unless I have no other choice.
It's amazing how big of a print you can get with the Z7.
I love this guy
4:12 WYSIWYG
If you've never used it you don't understand how great it is but once you're used to seeing your scene change in the viewfinder as you spin dials you'll never want to take your eye off the EVF again. You don't realize how restrictive it was not knowing if you got the shot on an SLR. You always have to chimp to be sure. That's gone now and all that time lost is now spent composing and shooting.
Great video man. Have you tried third party lenses on the Z7? Sigma lenses for example. Does it focus well? any issues using them? thanks
Alsalim Photography thanks a lot - appreciate your kind words
I whant to upgrade to z7 but sadly my tamron90mm 017model it's not suports z7. Some solutions or another macro lens for z 7? I realy like my 90mm lens and dont whant any issues or mistakes of purchases
what did you use to shoot this episode ?
5:21 the dog is so confused, who the hell is he talking to ?
hahaha :) at 5:50 the dog knows, that you won't leave with the camera filming :) so he stays until you pack the camera :)
merry christmas and thanks.
Vincent Oliver yeah - I have one but doesn’t go flush as mount on z7 is off centre...
'Importantly, the RRS BZ7 can be used as normal with the Nikon FTZ adapter' - when it ships ;-)
Great review! Thank you. I shoot a lot outside in the elements. One thing that concerns me is (from what I understand) that the Z7 is not as weather-sealed as the D850. What are your thoughts on the lac of weather-sealing?
Which Raw setting do you use? 12bit or 14 bit?
I made the switch to the Z7 mirrorless in January 2019. No regrets.
From which camera?
@@davegoslingphoto From a D800.
@@RobertTeague I have a D800E that has taken a dunk and trying to decide over the D850 or the Z7.. Insurance is coming to the party..
Glen - it is a personal taste thing I believe and I have fairly small hands. Need to try.
So, what lavaliere mic are you using?
Black Warrior Lures rode
I have a 40" x 50" print that hung for the last two months in an exhibition, and it was plenty sharp enough
Awesome video -
I have held my canon 1Ds 2 with VR lens to a 1/10.
Can you explain how and what you back up your files in the field please
Gnarbox
I can't wait for mirrorless to become as popular as SLR's because then the silly prices may decrease!
Nice video. Thanks DPReview and Nigel Danson.
Could you please also show stuff in metric. Imperial is so... imperial.. :-P
It's not about the gear apparently, so why is everyone always talking about the gear.
Because dpreview is about gear
he says in the beginning it's a review of gear
Because you make money posting camera reviews on RUclips
Wow, did not notice it was DPreview until you said it XD
There are smaller arca Swiss plats that can solve the adapter’s issue
Is that 24-70 lens weather sealed?
yes
