I agree with what you are saying. Europe isn't all magical the way people think. There is more l admire about Africa but our leaders are pulling us down. The corruption rate is too much. Paying taxes isn't the issue , the issue is, the taxes being paid is it going to do the job it is supposed to or is the money going to go into other people's pockets? The issue of Kenya, when you look at the bill sincerely speaking its favoring a few, not the vast majority. The president might have good intention however on the ground things are so different.

So he is not trying to reach Africans who speak French, Portuguese, Spanish, etc.? He can still speak his African language and still reach a wide audience. All he has to do is use a an English subtitle or any European language subtitles.
