    Steve, I can't thank you enough for your review of the 2023 Kia Telluride. Your review was magnificent, superb, totally thorough; you didn't miss a beat. Steve, you did a great job ! You're exuberance, excitement, and enthusiasm came through loud and clear for the new Telluride and was just wonderful to witness; you really love this vehicle. Based on your review, I also now love the Telluride too ( Always thought it was great ). Great job, Steve ! Best- Tim

    I saw the 2023 Telluride yesterday and, I have to say, that while the amber color DRL’s were stunning, this new iteration follows up with being just as identifiable from a mile away! Very impressive! Not a fan of the lower front fascia/bumper though. It seems to resemble the X-Line and X-Pro trims on Sportage and Sorento, but is standard across all trims for the Telluride, which just looks ok to me.

      I agree with the lights they're adding in the Kia lineup, it makes them pop. If you did go for a Telluride which trim level do you think you'd go with?

    I just picked up this exact telluride for the wife literally its twin. We had got a 2023 x5 m50i but we have 3 kids 2 5 years olds and a 3 month old and unfortunately the x5 was too small so now i get to keep the x5 as a toy 😎. Anyway i was blown away by the 2023 kias interior i would say its pretty much on par with my x5 and the x5 is double the price. Amazing value for the money my only gripe is the the engine feels pretty underpowered a 3.8. V6 should be making well over 300hp oh and the single exhaust the dual exhaust would have completed the look. I would recommend the telluride to anyone looking for a spacious suv.

    • @CarsWithSteve
      @CarsWithSteve  Год назад

      Exciting you'll have X5 to have some fun with now! The engine is one thing a few people have mentioned too.. It would be great if Kia could add on a turbo or pair it with a nano motor for a hybrid with a bit more capability. It's great to hear from a BMW owner how surprised they are of the interior of this!

    Another top rate video - thank you! I looked at a lot of vehicles before getting down to either a 2023 Telluride or the Palisade. Initially, I liked the look of the Telluride a bit more than the Palisade, but I liked the tech more in the Palisade. Due to market circumstances and another buyer who bailed due to sharply higher loan rates, the precise 2023 Palisade I was looking for became available from my dealer 3 weeks out, not 6 months out, so I bought the Palisade. It's a tie between the Telluride and the Palisade for class leader and it's more personal taste or, in my case, dumb luck that determined which vehicle wound up in my driveway. Cheers!

    • @CarsWithSteve
      @CarsWithSteve  Год назад

      Carbon buildup is not really an issue now compared to the way it was in the past, it can affect engines from every car. . Use a top tier gas and regularly maintain your vehicle to limit your exposure to things happening. Turbocharged engines tend to have it worse if they aren't properly cooled down before turning them off and this one doesn't have a turbo.

      @@billc4169 Bill, constructive criticism: he's a one-person operation using a single camera, so it limits how dynamic the content can be. That said, I think there's plenty of car footage with his voice-overlayed. His format is in-line with most other youtube car reviewers. In fact, when there's TOO MUCH 'car footage with a voice talking over it,' people tend to become distracted and less engaged with the video. So I believe your criticism is invalid.

      I hope you don’t plan on towing. There is no towing harness and none are available. KIA does not have a remedy. Aftermarket will void your warranty. There are no plug and play options. With that in mind, it’s definitely NOT the best SUV under 50k.

    Have the issues of an inappropriate fire at anytime and from the Company 🫣 Do not park this vehicle inside a structure until wiring issues are resolved.😬

      Looked into this a few days ago.. The NHTSA recall is for builds in the 2020 - 2022 model years for people who chose to get the accessory tow hitch installed. Looks like it can allow moisture into the harness module and cause a short circuit. No fires currently reported because of it. There is a temp fix with a fuse being pulled and a permanent fix in the works
