As an owner of rav4 , id say if you want for reliability and less tech and not very great ride quality, go for a Toyota. If you want good ride quality that has less wind noise and has better ADAS lane keep system, go for the Kia Telluride. I drove all Hyundai Kia Genesis vehicles and own a RAV4. One thing about Toyota is i do not satisfy with their ride quality, too stiff and rough. And their interior is too cheap and dont feel im riding a nice vehicle due to too much usage of plastic on the interior. Palisade and Telluride have def better ride quality than Toyotas I bought the RAV4 bc i care mainly about reliability but I def miss the comfortable driving on the Kia with their ADAS system. Def one of the best in the industry while Toyota lane keep system is not dependable and not very great so if you do a lot of highway long drive that can be reliable, id say go for the Telluride If you are all for reliability and plan to take it for 200k go for a Toyota.
Interior purple color is too dark, KIA needs to copy Audi color theme. This vehicle is targeted more for people in their 30s to 50s , people in this range have poor eye sights, dashboard color scheme needs to improve that. Also, need hybrid engine and better towing capacity.
I would like one thing on the Telluride, actual pre-set buttons for the radio stations. Yeah, I can program God knows how many channels into the thing, but I listen to about 7-10 channels, max, and I have to scroll to find them. I’m driving the car, why to I have to scroll for my desired channel? Nooooooo! Fix it, KIA!

They advertise the tow capabilities but do not have a tow hitch and harness. Asked the dealer when will it be available and they said do not know.😢
I feel this should be a lawsuit in the making. You shouldn't be able to advertise towing capabilities when it can't actually tow anything!
I would laugh at their ad of it towing a horse trailer (I’m sure the trailer was empty)
I’m trying to decide if I should get this or wait for the Toyota Grand Highlander
As much as I love this Suv, I would wait for the Grand Highlander. The seats in the Telluride are a bit firmer than expected but still pleasant.
Toyotas are ugly as hell especially their interiors.
