Great painting, however I would have liked to see you paint in the "eyes" You did such a great job doing so! Thank you very much.

You struck a cord in my heart! I love it, when a person finds a new way of applying paint! I work in oils! Many years ago, when I was a 12 year old, I painted a picture of birch trees, using a pallet knife. A friend suggested that I inter it in a local art show! To my surprise I won first place ! Today I Use epoxy putty for the trunks of the treess and limbs to give it a "raised surface" to paint on. Gives it a wonderful 3-D effect! Many people don't seem to know that you can use something other than a brush to make a painting,! Might add that I am a self- taught painter with no restrictions,,! You have given me another idea to work on THANK YOU!!😊😊😊

Thanks for the nice comment. I came up with this idea mainly because I dislike masking fluid.

@@joemenzaart I tried masking fluid several years ago. Not worth the time or effort! Might be alright under certain circumstances!

@robertchilders8698 personally I’d rather use white, it’s more fun.

I like your idea of putting paint into the water of your spray bottles!
Now have to try it & personally rather use tape than masking fluid. Ty.

The large Ron Ranson Hake and a fan brush with stuff bristles. The bottles I got from cheap joes, I mix the paint myself by squeezing some paint and filling the bottle with water.

Watercolor. To my knowledge there would be little need to mask acrylic since you can just use white.
