Nice video. My lock stops fell out so my retractable top does not stay put. I see e-trailer has the replacement for ~$16 before tax and shipping. This is only for one side. I'd like to do a DIY repair since we are just talking basic hardware from Home Depot. Thoughts and suggestions are appreciated. To be clear, I don't know the thread size, length, etc for the hardware.
I would like to know where I could buy the felt tape because when I roll mine in and out the slats misaligned and catch on things and it stops Midway... if I could replace all the felt tape on the bottom I believe it would fix that problem and make it a little more waterproof...My cover is 14 years old
it would be very helpful to make a video showing how to replace/ adjust the rolling cover and recharge the canister spring.

My retractable cover won lock because I is misaligned. What is the fix for this?
Looked like some felt was missing on a panel or two as it was picked up to roll in.
I purchased a Retrax for my 2014 f150 5'7" bed when I purchased my truck in 2014 from a Ford Dealer and it is the plastic material one, when closed right at the cage a slat broke, is this repairable?
great video my bed cover is having issue will rolling all the way out i have to assist with putting pressure down for it to roll out in also put pressure for it to roll back . do u think it could be a piece needs replacing i just bought a ford 02 f350 with auto roll bed cover. its like its not catching on tracks n it just spin n doesnt go anywhere?

The issue I have is the brake latch is too loose to prevent the cover from rolling back up while driving and braking. So how do you repair or tighten up the brake?
How do you stop water leaking through the slats??? Mine is starting to do that now.
Is it possible to tighten up the tensioner in order for the 8-foot bed roll back to fully pull back
