I have a question what if you want to renew your lease on the land after 30 years and the owner will not renew it. What happens after that and the house that is built on the land that the individual purchased ?
I can only answer for us, and there’s no way we’ll refuse for you to renew your land. Before you purchase from us, we sign a sales and purchase agreement with you and in that, it’s boldly listed that you’re entitled to renewing your lease upon expiration.
