I live in Prampram and whilst at face value it is a desirable location with a lot of potential there are many, many, many issues associated with being a property owner there. First land litigation is a serious and chronic problem. You have a very corrupt network of families selling land multiple times. There is also an ongoing stool and family conflict that turned violent (several local chiefs have been killed) and then you have very weak leadership both at the political level (local Member of Parliament) and the District Assembly. Finally we have a massive beach pollution and trash problem. I don't regret owning and living in Prampram but it has numerous challenges that potential homeowners must be aware of. Folks need to do significant due diligence.
