I’m 46 years old and my essential tremors are getting worse. Even spreading through out my body. My hands are the worst. It makes my depression and anxiety worse. I was harassed and bullied in school over it. It’s gotten too the point that I hate myself. Been seeing a psychologist for 20 years. I’ve been on every medication possible. One day I hope there is a breakthrough that is affordable. 💔 🙏
