I also have eccencial tremor, my one is worse on my left side . God bless your heart. You have a good sense of humour. That is how I cope with my shake as well.❤😁
Nan I’m not sure if you can respond to these comments but how much of the day do you shake like you are here? On a scale of one to ten I would say you have Level Ten tremors. Level 10 for me comes with a similar level of hand and head tremors. My Level Ten also comes with the very pleasant unsteady gait where I have to only go short distances and my speech is short and only able to get out and only able to say something to my wife like “Please … help!” as my wife helps me up the stairs and helps me get changed for bed. When I’m finally able to get under the covers I might have an emotional moment. Fortunately Level Ten episodes like that happen once a day or less. I am able to rest it off for the most part.
