Thank you, it is easier to laugh than cry … sometimes. Having ET all my life I’m glad I do have a good sense of humour with it, some ETers I have spoken to hate it which only make the tremors worse. I find if I can’t laugh at it, walk away quickly 😉😂
Hi again friend! The struggle with this is so real! It has gotten worse for me. It seems like overnight. I dread trying to eat. By the time I get the food or drink to my mouth I'm so wore out and upset I don't even want it anymore. Sending love and prayers friend.❤🙏
I have mixed feelings about my last workplace. On the negative side they hid behind the (legal in Canada) reason for firing someone called “Terminated Without Cause”. It means they don’t have to tell you why they are terminating you except that you did nothing to cause it. On the upside, it means guaranteed government benefits for almost a year. So I see my former boss having dinner with one of the sales ladies (don’t know, don’t care). I pleasantly smile at him but sit with my back to him and my wife will be seeing him. I pick up a heavy glass (too full of water), get it successfully to my face to drink it but predictably when I’ve almost got the glass back down it goes CLATTER CLATTER CLATTER! My wife said he looked up startled, stared at me in shock for a few seconds and then studiously avoided looking at me for the rest of the meal! I was barely able to not ROAR WITH LAUGHTER when I heard that! It was exactly the reaction I hoped for!
Hi Shaky nan I think you are amazing woman and I all not only got essential tremor I got COPD to I niver smoked so now I got to things the tops of my legs have tremors to but not the bottom I do have balance problems to ❤❤❤❤❤❤❤

It isn’t fake. I have the same thing with my hands. My head does the no no.
