This was good. Loved how she talked about being organized even before training in an office.

I'm going to save this and watch later, thank you! I was a dental assistant back in the late 70's (I know, I'm ancient!) for about 10 years. I've done a lot of different jobs since, my career path has been mostly Executive Assistant/Administrative Assistant/Receptionist. I MISS dentistry! I was so lucky when I started that my boss hired me and trained me OJT. I soon became first dental assistant with expanded duties. The downside is I never got any type of formal training or certification. I am 64 years YOUNG and want to work for several more years. I'm very social and love being around people so retiring isn't really an option for me. What are my chances of being hired for the front office? Should I get certified in anything? I can't go back to school full time, I thought maybe I could take some online courses? Any straight forward advice would really be appreciated. Thanks again for posting this...can't wait to go home and watch!
