I was fine and working out on a regular basis and then I started to get shortness of breath and sometimes had to rest before I went up the stairs to my apartment. So this has been going on for approximately a year or so and btw I didn’t have any vaccines. I just had a Cardiogram last week and I’m waiting for the results on that. Then there’s another test where they have to sedate you somewhat through medication and that is February 23, two weeks before that I need to get my ordered blood work done. This is great to know that this could be brought on for a number of health conditions! Thanks ❤ I was only leaning toward a blockage of some type before but it has happened fairly suddenly for me. The cardiologist I’m seeing seems to be leaning toward blockages or narrowing of the arteries. He did say that I have a heart murmur and I’m not so sure if this has been some thing that was brought on by something else or if I grew up with it. He said heart murmurs aren’t always detectable at younger ages.

I don’t have anxiety. I take 75 mg’s of iron bc my periods are extremely heavy. What else could I ask my doctor? He already told me he doesn’t know.
since when you docs treat the causes of the illnesses ! u always have been treating the symptoms rather than the main cause, u are only good in diagnosing, nothing more, treatment is not ur field.

Did you take the C shot? First time I heard of this the other day..Interstitial fluid is something that supposedly hardens after the shot in some people. Making the fluid like glue.

My breathlessness was sudden. I was fine until this month. I am going to see a doctor tomorrow.
GERD is also a big cause for breathlessness. It can put pressure on your diaphragm and the acid from stomach can easily reach your airways.
Yes - Silent Reflux in particular, where heartburn is not always a consistent issue.

I was normal before i started have short breathe.. painful throats and chest...nose . grouting non stop..who will help me
After jogging for half a kilometer I have shortness of breath, even after stopping I breath heavily for sometime
