You explain things with huge clarity... if you are not a lecturer already, then please may I ask you to consider this... good lecturers and teachers are a rare commodity (as you will recall from your days of being a student) so I think your skills should be used as a teacher or lecturer in heart medicine.

      @MzDaUgly hey. I am a but scared too but beta blockers don't work for everyone. Did u have these issues before BETA BLOCKERS?? I GOT all types of odd breathless issues. Also as .mich as I hate to say this anexity issues run in my family. . I am 50 and been told I have anexity issue since I was 32. I love the beta blocker but decided to stop them when cardio doc did not want me on them 48hrs prior to a stress test so when he said that it discourage me. Never STOP taking then or any med without doctors approval. I did it on my own but slowly. Again not under my doctors approval. I am sure .y blood pressure it a wreck. But I also went straight keto diet which tends to help bp... you are so young so.. I would def rethink what ur systems where before beta blockers. We're u given this only for blood pressure and sinus tachycsrdia?? Many people get on meds for high heart rate due to sinus tachycardia but sinus tachycardia is normal for all types of situation. So people have it when they are taking to much caffeine or diet is not right. Also were u Vax? Did this stuff happen after Vax. Some other things need to be looked at. I am a mess due to genetics and old

    I am a man aged 70 who suffers with breathlessness caused by angina which was only diagnosed about 10 years ago even though it started to be a problem 30 years ago....I started to struggle on stairs and even collapsed once or twice,but never had any chest pain until 10 years ago when I began to experience chest pressure on walking uphill which became a problem.But if I stopped for just a few seconds the pressure subsided.It was a strange sensation but I literally could not take another step, I felt like something inside was about to burst open!Anyway I had the angiogram ,got the angina diagnosis...I have more than one narrowed artery,and I was given the Nitromin spray which I never got on with....It did not prevent the breathlessness,in fact it made it worse ...I literally had to wait for the stuff to wear off before I could take a single step.Believe it or not I still have not used up the first spray I was given 10 years ago!But lately my symptoms have worsened and I often feel like I am about to pass out even walking up a slight incline and I start staggering like a drunken man,It's made me reluctant to go out but I am alone and need to get to the shops on foot.

    Thanks doctor. I like your vids more than any others online. You make it easy for me to understand my heart 💗 .I am.over weight but I'm solid thick build kind of guy. Even on drugs years ago and strung out not eat well at all I was 180 pounds at my worst. I'm now 250 pounds and I have not weight lifting for 2 years since refuse covid vaccines I have gained fat and no gym . I'm out of breath walking even I noticed yesterday. No chest pains lately but I had weird flutters and feeling sensation in heart recently. I'm going for a heart EKG for my Suboxone treatment and I do have left ventricular hypertrophy as well. I'm afraid I'm have something seriously wrong in my heart . Come to think of it I'm catch my breath alot lately even at rest , something is wrong. Thank you and I'm Go for EKG soon. I'm on several medications for high blood pressure and I'm taking aspirin daily or every second day. These heart issues scare me .

    • @mirocabraja5128
      @mirocabraja5128 Год назад

      The reason why I ask I was taking bisoprolol and it was causing breathlessness. When I stopped taking it my breathing improved. My cardiologist mentioned this can happen in a small percentage of people. I’m not saying to stop taking your medicine but it’s worth looking into and asking your doctor.

      @@mirocabraja5128 yes I was. Wise to stop taking those as well. Terrible stuff. Doctors keep us on drugs that only weaken us long term and cause future health problems. It's an evil viciious systym of big pharma scientists make new drugs to keep us on something. Evil evil government as well. I'm done with all medications for close to 6 months now and im healthier than ever before and lowest bodyfat % and most muscle mass now. The system had me for years. Never again. Thanks for the tips and comments .

    Thank you youre so sweet! If you have a chance, do you have any advice for this situation? My Dr is stumped :/.... I have breathlessness but perfectly fine O2 levels, dizzines/weakness/being off balance with low blood pressure that seems to fluctuate (will be getting a new cuff to double check). I habe asthma and allergies and anxiety but my symptoms feel different than anything I feel from any of those and are mostly while at rest. Upon excercising more they improve until Im done and then are typically worse. Ive always felt this was related to blood sugar, but again numbers are completely normal o.o... No pressure to answer if youre busy or arent sure... Again just thank you for the video and stay well ❤

    Hey Sunjay, I've started getting these so called ectopic beats for a few months, they've gone away for two months and started again with other symptoms like dizziness, should I consider increasing my potassium and magnesium intake? I got tested a few months ago and I have a structurally normal heart, blood pressure is fine and they suggested the 24 hour test however said its not completely necessary so I didn't go ahead with that.

    I do have a idea on how to stable your breathlessness , it worked for me , but im not sure if it work the same for you.
    1. Dont panic and sit up right
    2. Dont take a deep breathe for as long as you can
    3. Try to focus on something else that can fully distract you from the breathlessness
    Keep in mind that this is a idea from a random stranger and *NOT* a docter.

    Thanks again Dr Guptor. Yes I presented to my GP with breathlessness and medicated last July. No remission so my GP naturally passed me to a certain Respiratory Consultant who diagnosed Dysfunctional Breathing which was passed back to my GP with no BNP taken by the consultant. More exercise/treadmill and gym work needed apparently. One week later extremely acute breathlessness, back to hospital and the receiving doctor echoed and found heart failure within 30 minutes.

    This eased my anxiety a bit hearing that if it was a heart problem it would get worse with exercise. I think I have bad anxiety attacks and the last 3 days I’ve been having trouble breathing when I’m not laying down. Exercise and Yoga help (or at the very least, temporarily reduce breathlessness).
