Man, this album never gets old. I remember seeing you guys in 1998 while touring this album. It was in Philly playing with Hepcat at the Electric Factory. That album got me through some good and bad times .

I notice in all the downward picking there's a o much attack but it doesn't look like it's being played super hard or heavy handed. Any special tricks for managing fatigue throughout the years?

That's so cool, Matt. Do you happen to remember what gear you used in that recording besides the bass? Your sound in 'Cash, Culture and Violence' is insane.
I believe I was using a GK RB 800 and/or an Ampeg 2 pro. I had both in the studio. We recorded in a few different studios. I do remember that on Cash Culture and Violence the engineer had a Sans Amp pedal going . That gives it that bite.
