    Nice demonstration for this. It was a good pace, and I appreciate the way you explain some of the finer points. As a small - but important note: the outfit you chose was helpful, as it helps to more clearly see what to do. Or not to do, in some cases. Thanks for putting this out, to help introduce folks.

      I appreciate you reaching out. Those details matter! Sometimes I choose pants that have designs on them so you can see better but this worked out pretty well. Thanks a lot!

      Love that! Thank you for telling me 7 months ago, sorry haha. You're awesome. I hope you've kept it up. I find that some of my circles are "smaller" now but because I realized how much I was moving other stuff!

    I have done this routine a couple of mornings now and it feels good. Motion is lotion, as I heard on another video. If I wer in Philly, I would become a client, alas, South Dakota is just too far. ;)

      Now I'm in North Carolina, still a little far. But if you ever want a remote assessment let me know! I bet it's beautiful where you are.

    Very informative, I picked up a few tips I'm going to incorporate, thanks!. Just out of interest, no 90/90 hip stretches in the daily practice?

    • @movewelldurham975
      @movewelldurham975  6 лет назад +1

      I vote you do whatever feels good every day. Really 90/90 is just internal and external hip rotation, so you could hit that any way you want to! If you're ever interested in joining my assessment crew for hip mobility, shoot me an email at samantha@movewellphilly.com!

    Your channel is really amazing! I subscribed already and you deserve way more subscribers ;) How many reps do you recommed per exercise?

    • @movewelldurham975
      @movewelldurham975  7 лет назад +3

      Thank you Pedro! 4-5 each way would be awesome. I've been playing with higher reps and it feels soooo good (like 10-15 each way). If you don't have time for that, do 3-5 on each joint and only do extra on the ones you notice are harder so they can start to catch up to the other joints. :) Keep moving

    This is awesome, do you have this routine written down somewhere? I’d like to do it when I don’t have internet.

    • @movewelldurham975
      @movewelldurham975  7 лет назад

      Hi Stoic Dad, love the screen name. Marcus Aurelius is my favorite. After you practice a few times I hope you feel comfortable enough to move your joints around on your own, in an order that feels right for you on any given day. Take your time, go slowly, and pay attention to what's going on. So basically if you can identify it as a joint, it should be moved mindfully at least a few times a day and whenever you think about it especially if you're working on something. If you follow me on Instagram on my movewelldurham account you'll see I do a huge variety of versions depending on how I feel that day. They all just include full ROM at each joint.
