isolators are used offline i.e. the first cut of power supply then isolate the circuit. while CB are used online, separate the circuit whenever any fault occurs
P=IV... We know that in series power is additive. So taking the power equation we get 140=i(230) That comes to current being 608.7mA. or .6087 A. If we then plug both those in to find the voltage drop across each of the bulbs we can equate the 100 watt to 164.28 volts and the 40 watt at about 65.71 volts. When we take these numbers and plug them into our favorite equation ohms law, we get the resistance of the 100 watt bulb at about 16,428 ohms and the 40 watt we get about 2,188.4 ohms. Remember, in series voltage is not constant, therefore we have to equate the voltage drops before we can get resistance values.
Nice explain
Great
👍👍👍
Well said
👌👌👌
asynchronous generators are dc and IM generators
100w bulb be brighter
In parallel ,the voltage be same.
So P= vi =i²R
The more the resistance the power be more ,🔆 brighter the bulb hence it be*100wattage*
As in series, the current be same p= vi = v²/R
The lesser the resistance the power be more hence 40w bulb be brighter.
"Bcoz while designing the devices resistance value is more by increasing the wattage. "
All over the bulbs are brighter when connected in llel than the series ,in series adding up of resistances increases the total voltage drop..
Sound very low
Improved in other parts.
Not good explain
100 w
Wrong
@@Sangram9853 with the way the question is worded, he is actually right. the question should have stated that the light bubl is rated for 230v.
@@Sangram9853 in parellel 100 watt is more brighter than 40w bcz in parellel the voltage is same and current is devided and one more point is brightness is directly proportional to the which consumes more power.......
generators work on electro magnetic induction ,motor work on magnetic effects of current
