Thanks! No more wobble, but grub screw may have been stripped in the process. It was on very tight before I loosened it up
Thanks my friend, i fixed it. I turned the square shaft to adjust the tension. No more end screw on a 2022 model..
My skate does not have a screw at the end, it is identical but it does not have the star screw.😮😮
Did this . Still have stem wobble .. how do u fix it of the wobble is below the locking mechanism. My wobble seems to be where the stem mounts to the goose neck
I haven't found a fix for that. Even took it to a shop and it hasn't changed. On the bright side it hasn't gotten worse. Just hit 5000km
What I don't understand is that scooter why don't Apollo and other scooter companies don't look at this and dial it in from the factory. What happened to your Regen braking?
What light do you have mounted on your handlebar? I haven't been able to find one that fits the size and shape of the City!

Alas, it doesn't work on the update. The grub screw has locktite on it.. looks like I might need to buy a heat gun but it gets worse. The Phillips head screw has been replaced by some other fastener that I don't recognize. Already getting some stem wobble after a few rides.... but not as bad as yours. Am sure it will get worse in time though. This shouldn't be happening out of the box at this price.. thx for the vid
I agree. Hopefully the new locking mechanism is better on the 2023 model.
@@nicthedoor Yes, it has a new folding mech and latch with a clip on it.. prob is I got the 2022 version 10 days ago with the handle bar update (new headlight, turn signals, throttle and display etc) but they said nothing about the full update at the time of purchase 2 weeks ago -- it has a bigger batter (20 amp hours) which pushes the mileage to 43 from 38...same price on their site currently at 1499 US, less any coupons. So far the customer service has been very good re. handling my problems but I think they could have been avoided. Am guessing they are pre-occupied and stretched by the launching of the APOLLO pro which I have zero interest in because it's a tank that most of us don't really need..

I haven't had any side to side wobble :( could be the headset.
My handlebars are wiggling side to side, but the stem isn't
Try re tightening the screws in the middle of the top stem. Where you first installed the stem

Why would one feel cringy lol I got a Apollo that does 68 km I just fly by people haha and giggle feels amazing
