Kent's song choices show he is an old soul. Very tasteful, as befitting a master. He is the best fingerstyle guitarist on the planet right now.

Tommy is incredible, but Kent is just so clean. Tommy has that emotion in every performance, and Kent always comes with the precision. They're both masters.
I will say Kent is one of the most accomplished arrangers/guitarists and few play as tastefully as he does. All of his takes are so beautiful and amazingly clever.

This is one very confident youngster, look at his posture, he is exuding with confidence....after all his diligence of practicing has paid off handsomely, at 17 plus years he is far beyond his superiors in fingerstyle guitar performance all round, he is indeed masterful.

The little grins at certain flourishes make me happy to see Kent enjoying the music he makes. Even more than the amazing talent and obvious practice to turn that talent into skill, that enjoyment of the end result is what makes it great. As they say, it takes soul.

That's it, I'm doing it. I'm learning how to play Kent's arrangements. I had a pretty good chance of going pro classical at one point, but I stopped playing during a major depression, and I feel like a part of my soul has been missing ever since. I've been listening to this channel on repeat for the last couple of months, Kent's playing has stoked the fire in me again. I've been watching like a hawk. I could cry. What a blessing his playing is. You'll see my covers of his work on here within a year. Mark my words.

You can really tell you're enjoying this this one. Especially when you hit the chorus. There's an undeniable grin that seems to increase with every chorus. Love listening and watching your undeniable talent.
