Red Dead Redemption is an action-adventure video game developed by Rockstar San Diego with support from Rockstar North, Rockstar NYC, Rockstar Leeds, Rockstar New England and Rockstar Lincoln. It is a logical continuation of the 2004 game Red Dead Revolver. Released May 18, 2010.
Timings:
0:00 - You can see the owner playing with his dog by throwing a stick.
0:52 - Some people stop for a pee
1:15 - Drunk John can't walk properly
2:18 - You can stop by people's campfires and listen to stories about the characters
2:58 - Sometimes bandits can use various tricks to rob you.
3:42 - If you ride a lot and the horse becomes overexerted, it might throw you off.

RDR 2 still beats modern games and RDR 1 has a lot of awesome details that was way ahead of its time. Rockstar always strives for Quality over quantity making games way ahead of their time
You're right, but I think the details in the Gta V game are a bit disappointing because there aren't as many details as those given in the RDR Series games

The campfire one though is one of the few things this game does better than RDR2. Just let me hang out with strangers at their campfire don't try and shoot me :(

It’s very unrealistic and they act like you aren’t there one thing I think rd1 does better is if you’re drunk you actually act drunk in rd1 and it’s hard to actually walk

Fun fact Dutch’s character model in rdr1 is different when he is dead instead of it being normal with blood half his face is ripped off and one of his arms has a bone hanging out of it the model is still used but it’s impossible to see because Dutch’s face is face first in the snow

Rdr2 only has the boring drunk preset walking animation when you're drunk. It has nothing to do with physics.
But, when you're drunk in Rdr1, Euphoria physics come into play. So it's not preset animation.
You are trying to walk with a dynamic Euphoria physics.
So if there is an obstacle on the ground or the ground is sloped, you will fall.
They should've allowed to travel in the carriage in RDR2 rather than just fast travel. It was cut out apparently,
