But at the end of the day she was probably the best horse I'd ever had up to that point in all my time playing Red Dead. Unfortunately, the poor girl met her end in the final mission of chapter six after getting shot by those goddam Pinkertons. Rip Zoe.
One that always gets overlooked is the fact that in Red dead redemption (the mission) Javier is the only one who doesn’t point his gun at Arthur and John, he holds it to the sky
I truly believe that if Sadie, Charles, or any dead character who died before that mission were there to back up Arthur and John that Javier would have switched sides
Another fact about the mission "an honest mistake" when uncle shouts a sentence in this scene, that is the only line in all of rdr2 where the original rdr1 voice actor spoke. He died after this scene.
I remember playing this game the first time, I played it without a patch because I was pretty much non internet the time, and I'm almost 85% sure I killed the bear
Arthurs honor effects ALL journal entries in chapters 2-6, not just the magician mission one. And the house in "an honest mistake" isn't empty if you do the Jeremiah Compton side mission
The scene where Arthur thanks his horse is the only scene in any game ever to make my grown ass cry... I've never been attached to a character like I was with Arthur. I play through until the final mission and then restart the game and save over that file every time now because I can't him or his horse die again...
Technically, the first mission isn't the only mission you can ride another gang members horse. You briefly ride the back of Dutch's horse in Our Best Selves
Blood Feuds, Ancient and Modern is my favourite mission. Nearly the whole gang all riding to Braithwaite Manor and then at the end with the burning manor, Catherine's cries and the music is just perfect.
Lenny's death was always ridiculously upsetting to me, because happening as it did in gameplay, it's also the only death that feels cheap. There is *_so. much. time._* to shoot the lawmen that come out of that doorway before they kill Lenny. We've seen what Arthur can do with quickdraws. He is repeatedly established as being one of the quickest and most accurate gunslingers around; even when sick and less than an hour from dying in the final mission, he still draws on Micah like lightning in that confrontation. So just having to stand there and watch Lenny get shot when we should not in any way be physically unable to help him feels completely wrong and unjustified. Especially since Arthur audibly reacts to it before Lenny is even shot.
In the home Robbery with Hosea you can also kill them in their sleep or kill them during the day and Hosea will shoot one of them. You can also decide not to rob them and their is alternative dialogue. In the mission were Arthur comes back from Gurarma you can also skip shady belle head for straight to lakey.
13:52 I heard a youtuber say that the guy in the barn is actually one of the robbers in the old slave trader side mission. ( if you do not know the barn used to be a slave trade in the mission you need to retrieve his old items )

Fainting on foot and then your horse comes and rescues you just makes your horses death more meaningful [If it’s the same horse], I’ve used my same horse I got since chapter 1 all they way till he bled out in chapter 6 😢.
A side note, after the Braithwaite manor burns down you can also find a lockbox underneath a floorboard containing a gold ingot. Now this isn't the secret gold that was rumored to be in Rhodes. You can find a body in the marshland north of Saint Dennis with a note revealing that there was a previous Romeo and Juliette couple in the Grey's and Braithwaite's families, who stole the gold and fled to Europe during the Civil War.
I kept the same horse that I got in "Exit, Pursued By A Bruised Ego" for the entire game, so when it just suddenly got killed at the end I was wrecked.
19:06 that’s the horse i used until the end of the game. loved the old girl so much that after the time skip to play as john i bought the same kind of leopard appaloosa and gave her the same name
The storyline and gameplay to this masterpiece is so good I played through it 7 times... 7 times!! I never been more impressed by a video game in my life Sidebar: RDR would make for a good motion picture gunslinging western on the big screen
A few more Outlaws From the West-The only mission where Sadie’s cabin is accessible Aftermath of Genesis- Unique dialogue based on whether “Old Friends” was previously completed Exit Pursued by a Bruised Ego- The Legendary Grizzly cannot be killed during the misson. Pouring Forth Oil- If you don’t get the oil wagon, John will eventually do it for you An Honest Mistake- The only mission in the game where the voice of Uncle’s original RDR2 voice actor (John O’Creagh) is heard outside of singing. Horse Flesh For Dinner- Different dialogue depending on if “The Fine Joys of Tobacco” Blood Feuds, Ancient and Modern- The only mission where you can pick up the gold shield in Braithwaite Manor Angelo Bronte, A Man of Honor- The party immediately following this mission is the last time you can see Kieran alive. No, No, and Thrice No- If you spare Anthony Foreman, he will be a bounty the player can catch in the epilogue, the only main story mission to affect that. Country Pursuits-The legendary bull-gator cannot be killed during the mission. Welcome to the New World- The soldiers will beat the player to death if they refuse to keep walking. A Fork in the Road- The good samaritan cannot be found outside the mission. That’s Murfree Country- Molly is the only gang member to be burned rather than buried. Visiting Hours- Sisika Penitentiary is only accessible in this mission. The Fine Art of Conversation- The only mission Rains Fall ever speaks Lakota, even to other tribe members. The King’s Son- The only time Fort Wallace is accessible. My Last Boy- Charles is no longer seen during the main story after this mission.
You can go to Sadie’s ranch after the mission, but it will be burnt. You can also visit it in online mode. You can also take a boat off an NPC or if you’re lucky, one might spawn and take that to sisika penitentiary, so you can get the legendary fish there.
@@finn.25 The cabin itself though is inaccessible (because it’s burnt), at least in Story Mode. And if you went to Sisika itself, you wouldn’t get very far.
That fact about John being in the field that is examined last in the hot air balloon mission helps me because a lot of the times I played it I always forgot what field he was in.
Another fact about “A Strange Kindness” is that, although it wasn’t confirmed, it is almost 99% certain that the German family is Juan “El Rubio” Strickler’s Great Great and Great Grandparents.
Considering this game was in development for around 8 years just imagine how much more realistic GTA 6 will be considering it's been in development since around 2014 and it probably won't release for another year or two
17:58 I actually got lucky here by accident, and the trolly thing stopped the kid. Instead of blocking my way to him, I thought it was normal at first till I saw Markiplier play the game.
I caught him my first playthrough with a very lucky lasso throw, I didn’t realize until my second one that he is supposed to lead you on a long ass chase into a bunch of other kids.
another neat fact about "Horsemen. Apocalypses" after you barricade the door and Arthur tells everyone to get to a certain corner. You can move to another person's corner and if you move to a different corner someone else has there is dialogue of Arthur telling them to go, he has this corner now.
10:40 Rockstar could’ve easily just made Bill disappear and spawn him back in camp like every other game that ever existed would do. But, it’s Rockstar, and that’s why I love their games, all the details
Bro when the horse died i actually cried and then the shit that happend afterwards aswell cuz i had my horse since chapter 1 and i only used him throughout the whole game
In the mission where Lenny and Arther get drunk you can escape the police, it's a bit difficult but it's possible. found that out on my second playthrough
Did you know if you don't donate to the lady asking for donations for the veterans hospital it never gets finished. I didn't and in the epilogue it was just like it was when you leave her.
0:28 Not entirely true. There are some opportunities. I had Gwydion for a short ride in Shady Bell just before I met Trelawny in Saint Denis to get a suit for Arthur. I just saw him without tack, so I tried to put my saddle on and it worked. And some players said they have ridden Baylock. Obviously, you cannot stable (I tried) or bond with gang-horses but it is possible to ride some of them. 16:18 Doesn't Micah always complain? He said the same thing in my current playthrough and I walked through the back door.
I feel like Javier didn't want to take dutch's side he seems to actually care about his former brothers it makes it sadder to see him in the first game
A bit late to the party but, here's another one about Magicians for Sport: if, after you have examined Trelawney's place and followed his tracks to the bounty hunters, you kill one of them instead of walking up to them, you get a cool cutscene. I don't know if it changes depending on honor or which of the two you kill, but it's pretty cool imo!
6:13 while you can’t wear a facial covering using the bandana, you can wear the black hooded mask that replaces your hat, while it does visually stop Arthur from getting tb, the cutscene after showing Arthur on his horse has him take off the mask
3:40 Anastasia’s friend can be seen in the credits. She is with Morris Peyton (auctioneer from the mission „The sheeps and the goats”. They are in the saloon and they talk with Ross and Fordham
3:40 you actually can see the red head one again in the epilogue cutscene, when the Pinkertons are tracking down John they go to the saloon and talk to the guy John and aruthur sell sheep to and her
In "The Fine Art Of Conversation" mission, you cannot only kill horses without losing honor, but kill a horse is one of the Golden Medal objectives for this mission.

Unfortunately, the poor girl met her end in the final mission of chapter six after getting shot by those goddam Pinkertons. Rip Zoe.
Do you not know how to command your horse to stay?
I think every horse crashes into trees and trips over rocks
I named her Dalmatian!
Sounds more like a user issue
I've never felt a kind of connection to a game emotionally like this one. Literally made me cry.
One of the Best Singleplayer games of all time!🔥
Yeah 😍😍
And what do you think about red dead online?
@@wifinet8838 We don't talk bout that
@@tudorstoi3454 W
@@wifinet8838 "Singleplayer"
One that always gets overlooked is the fact that in Red dead redemption (the mission) Javier is the only one who doesn’t point his gun at Arthur and John, he holds it to the sky
If you look at the very last second before everyone flinched, you'll see Javier point his gun at them. Sorry to burst your bubble
I truly believe that if Sadie, Charles, or any dead character who died before that mission were there to back up Arthur and John that Javier would have switched sides
I never realized Dutch recieved two head injuries in this story.....i overlooked that....just wow
You can I am 100% sure it kinda breaks the mission though
I'm 100% sure I did kill it
Yup I killed it before too
Im also pretty sure in the base PS4 washed out sutter version, unpatched back then. I killed the bear with lots of kiting.
Same bro
The fact that this video is over half an hour long certainly says something about how perfectly long this game is.
somehow i wish it was longer
Arthurs honor effects ALL journal entries in chapters 2-6, not just the magician mission one.
And the house in "an honest mistake" isn't empty if you do the Jeremiah Compton side mission
The scene where Arthur thanks his horse is the only scene in any game ever to make my grown ass cry... I've never been attached to a character like I was with Arthur. I play through until the final mission and then restart the game and save over that file every time now because I can't him or his horse die again...
I think it’s a miracle that I only just got level three bonding with buell a few seconds before he passed
Now we want the counterpart on rdr1 XD
❤️
And then every other rockstar game
Would be sick ngl👀
Bro you can try 1 interesting fact about Gta iv
Sure thing! ❤
Technically, the first mission isn't the only mission you can ride another gang members horse. You briefly ride the back of Dutch's horse in Our Best Selves
The sheer amount of research that must’ve gone into this. Outstanding work, was such a great watch. Subscribed!
Thank you so much! 🥰
My favorite mission is Lenny and Arthur getting drunk. Most iconic drunk scene ever 😂
Blood Feuds, Ancient and Modern is my favourite mission. Nearly the whole gang all riding to Braithwaite Manor and then at the end with the burning manor, Catherine's cries and the music is just perfect.
You can legit feel her pain in those cries. Makes me feel bad for a split second
The death of Arthurs horse still gets me. I had the Albino Arabian since chapter 2 all the way to the end. Rip Snow White
Don't know if this helps or not, but players have found those two lawmen are literally unkillable until after Lenny's dead. Sadly, you can't save him.
In the home Robbery with Hosea you can also kill them in their sleep or kill them during the day and Hosea will shoot one of them. You can also decide not to rob them and their is alternative dialogue. In the mission were Arthur comes back from Gurarma you can also skip shady belle head for straight to lakey.
hmm yes *hoeza*
Hoeza
Bro you spelt hozio wrong 😭
@@naagarx.000no you did 😂💀
That is 1 strong bear, tanking multiple shotgun shells to the face
13:52 I heard a youtuber say that the guy in the barn is actually one of the robbers in the old slave trader side mission.
( if you do not know the barn used to be a slave trade in the mission you need to retrieve his old items )
holy shit and I've never realized that
When I finished the Story for the First time I never knew that the cutscenes I got with High honor or High Horse bonding were Special. I had a great experience and this Video clears me up how much I recived by being honorble! Thanks for that, it really open'd my eyes.
My man Arthur dissed Anesthesia and her friend so hard that they left the country. LOL.
As someone who was always on the verge between high honor and low honor I got a mixed bag of dialogue
Played it twice for the story and a third time for full completion … maaaan trying to get all the hunt stuff is awesome it s like playing a whole new game …
I hope I ll live long enough to play another game like this one
Fainting on foot and then your horse comes and rescues you just makes your horses death more meaningful [If it’s the same horse], I’ve used my same horse I got since chapter 1 all they way till he bled out in chapter 6 😢.
A side note, after the Braithwaite manor burns down you can also find a lockbox underneath a floorboard containing a gold ingot.
Now this isn't the secret gold that was rumored to be in Rhodes. You can find a body in the marshland north of Saint Dennis with a note revealing that there was a previous Romeo and Juliette couple in the Grey's and Braithwaite's families, who stole the gold and fled to Europe during the Civil War.
the chess move Dutch is studying in "That's Murfree Country" is called Dutch Defense
I always loved John's horse, and it still pisses me off how he doesn't comfort his horse
Very brave horses, Appaloosas. Becomes skittish when close to alligators but won't buck you. At least mine doesn't.
5:10 nah man, this must be"finding 2 Lennys when doing dirty things at the bedroom of the bar"😅
3:31 damn Arthur roasted them so hard they moved away lol
"It is impossible to kill the bear on this mission."
"Sounds like a skill issue."
After micah gets locked in jail u can ride his horse baylock around while he's in jail. So not the only time u can ride a gang members horse.
Oops, didn't know that. I'm going to try it
Interestingly Baylock is healthier when Micah isnt Around
Now this is a great way to watch instead of online class
😁
Molly coming along to the party from bronte would have been interesting to say the least
Bro the volume difference between when you are talking and the sound from the game is giving me fricking whiplash
The storyline and gameplay to this masterpiece is so good I played through it 7 times... 7 times!! I never been more impressed by a video game in my life
Sidebar: RDR would make for a good motion picture gunslinging western on the big screen
You can also ride dutchs in the chapter 6 mission “our best selves” where you rob a train
I think the time I laughed the most during this game was seeing Dutch shaking after the boat crash
A few more
Outlaws From the West-The only mission where Sadie’s cabin is accessible
Aftermath of Genesis- Unique dialogue based on whether “Old Friends” was previously completed
Exit Pursued by a Bruised Ego- The Legendary Grizzly cannot be killed during the misson.
Pouring Forth Oil- If you don’t get the oil wagon, John will eventually do it for you
An Honest Mistake- The only mission in the game where the voice of Uncle’s original RDR2 voice actor (John O’Creagh) is heard outside of singing.
Horse Flesh For Dinner- Different dialogue depending on if “The Fine Joys of Tobacco”
Blood Feuds, Ancient and Modern- The only mission where you can pick up the gold shield in Braithwaite Manor
Angelo Bronte, A Man of Honor- The party immediately following this mission is the last time you can see Kieran alive.
My Last Boy- Charles is no longer seen during the main story after this mission.
you can kill the legendary bear during the mission but hosea acts like you didn't
@@kashmir3489 it's the only legendary animal I got
Considering this game was in development for around 8 years just imagine how much more realistic GTA 6 will be considering it's been in development since around 2014 and it probably won't release for another year or two
GTA 6 probably didn't start any real development till rdr 2 released so its only been 4 years
“You should’ve killed me when you had the chance!”
*Blows his fucking head off*
3:52 guees what Arthur said hurt her so much they both had to leave Valentine
💀
17:58 I actually got lucky here by accident, and the trolly thing stopped the kid. Instead of blocking my way to him, I thought it was normal at first till I saw Markiplier play the game.
There's no grown man out there that didn't cry to the part where Arthur died
My 3rd playthrough - Arthur and Sadie acting like a couple warmed my heart 😭❤️
Actually in Joys of civilization, you can catch him by predicting the route on the roof too, but it’s either a hit or miss.
That’s how I caught him in my second play through
I caught him my first playthrough with a very lucky lasso throw, I didn’t realize until my second one that he is supposed to lead you on a long ass chase into a bunch of other kids.
another neat fact about "Horsemen.
7:47 when ross says “enjoy your fishing kid , while you still can” it foreshadows jack killing him at the end of rdr1
Ross wasn’t fishing when he died or before he died he was duck hunting
NGL I cried multiple times during my first playthrough of rdr2
Bro when the horse died i actually cried and then the shit that happend afterwards aswell cuz i had my horse since chapter 1 and i only used him throughout the whole game
In the mission where Lenny and Arther get drunk you can escape the police, it's a bit difficult but it's possible. found that out on my second playthrough
Yes, On my first playthrough I actually managed to escape but after that 2nd, 3rd and now on pc I wasn't able to escape lol
The bank job with losing Hosea and Lenny is just so damn sad
Did you know if you don't donate to the lady asking for donations for the veterans hospital it never gets finished. I didn't and in the epilogue it was just like it was when you leave her.
Braithwaite Goldbar in lock box. After burning down the Braithwaite's Manor,.. it is often missed $500
I think this video deserves a part 2 that its a fact about every mission in the epilogue dont you think.
I'll do it too 😊
amazing man love the video ❤❤
Thanks a ton! ❤️❤️😊
For the first one, it’s the only *mission* in the game, not free roam or otherwise
Man probably did not shoot a single bullet without dead eye in his whole playthrough.
I feel like Javier didn't want to take dutch's side he seems to actually care about his former brothers it makes it sadder to see him in the first game
I'm half way through Rhodes and still haven't brought Micah back 😂
The concussion mission and Dutch getting CTE makes sense about his behavior.
Arthur saying "Shit, now _we're_ being robbed!" when the O'Driscolls show up in American Pastoral Scene will never not be funny
Im here to say im late on finishing but good god, what a freaking masterpiece this game is
I don’t know if the person speaking is a bot or an actual person 😂
Honestly though, great video!
I knew the rain didnt come in until after a certain point but I didnt know when it was! cool video
Trevor wasn’t supposed to fall in Franklin’s garden but during filming the actor playing Trevor laughed and said they could put in the game
What does that have to do with rdr2?
3:40 Anastasia’s friend can be seen in the credits. She is with Morris Peyton (auctioneer from the mission „The sheeps and the goats”. They are in the saloon and they talk with Ross and Fordham
3:40 you actually can see the red head one again in the epilogue cutscene, when the Pinkertons are tracking down John they go to the saloon and talk to the guy John and aruthur sell sheep to and her
I didn't think skyrim would ever get competition but red dead is also a Masterpiece in gaming for me.
i got so used to gta contest that wnen i saw the thumbnail i tought u was someone else XD
😊
In "The Fine Art Of Conversation" mission, you cannot only kill horses without losing honor, but kill a horse is one of the Golden Medal objectives for this mission.
One more time,
Awesome blaze with awesome video❤
Thank you so much DeKu! 🥰🥰🥰
I absolutely love when game developers made unique models for even minor characters.
What a good graphics in the first cutscene. GTA 6 will be like this, i can't wait more for it.
